April 10 … That’s the day that sits forefront in my mind every day.
Late last year we met with a friend who is a real-estate agent to talk about options, as we were looking at possibly selling our house, and finding a new home that better met our families changing needs. After chatting with that friend a couple of times, he came to us with someone who wanted to purchase our house! So after praying it though, Tamara and I signed a contract on our house, and we need to be moved out on April 10.
Now we are waiting for God to show us what’s next!
Tamara recently said, “usually when you’re excitedly waiting for something, time drags. For us, even though we’re eager to find our next home, the weeks are flying by, and we still haven’t found one that meets our needs.”.
Around the same time that Tamara said that, I wrote, “When you are walking in obedience to God, that time between when you are stepping out in faith and obedience, and when God steps in with the next step, can be a nerve wracking and stressful time.”.
I can’t actually remember a time when I have felt this under pressure to see God move on our behalf.
Tamara was encouraged by something that singer Toby Mac said, “Don’t underestimate what God is doing in your season of waiting”.

At the same time, I have been reminded of how God has moved on our behalf in the past, and how He has always proved faithful.
So, would you pray with us? Would you ask God to reveal to us what’s next, and pave the way for His will to be done?
Thank you …

We are remaining in South Australia and prayerfully trusting God to reveal where our next home will be as we step out in faith and begin the journey of house-hunting.
We appreciate your prayers and support during this time, and if you are nearby, maybe some muscles on moving day …

Luke 2:10-11 (NIV)
“But the angel said to them, ‘Do not be afraid. I bring you good news that will cause great joy for all the people. Today in the town of David, a Savior has been born to you; he is the Messiah, the Lord.'”
We hope that you had a lovely Christmas and have a Happy New Year.
The Sunday between Christmas and New Years this year our Senior Pastor shared a good message about “Growth” with us that I wanted to pass on. He had three key questions that he encouraged us to ponder as we leave one year and enter the next …
He finished with two other questions to challenge us going into the new year:
It’s given me something to think about as I start 2026, and maybe it will for you as well.
Again, hope you had a good Christmas, and have a good New Years.

It has grown from a fortnightly audio podcast of about 15 minutes long, to an audio and video news show that is streamed live on the last Thursday of every month on many video and podcast platforms. Every episode can be found at ywampodcast.com, with the video shows starting in March of 2021.
The preparation and production for each episode takes about 2 weeks of news gathering, video and audio editing, recording and streaming, and post production work. This usually involves sorting through over 400 articles, hundreds of videos, and many social media posts to try to figure out what is happening in Youth With A Mission at our over 1200 different operating locations.
Next month we will be expanding further and bringing in a co host and other contributors to the show. This will be exciting, as it will introduce new perspectives to the show, and hopefully we will find stories that I have been unaware of, or haven’t come across yet.
Moving into this new phase involves a lot of changes and challenges. I would appreciate your prayers and support moving into this, as my workflow is dramatically changing, there are many technical issues to overcome, and I will likely have additional expenses to help with the extra workload.
You can head over to ywampodcast.com to check out the latest shows, and billhutchison.org to find out how you can support and partner with me as move into this new phase of ministry.
