The following three e-mails were transmitted to government officials advising them that I have become the target of blatant, persistent and indiscriminate criminal activity including two attempts on my life originating from the Montreal Police Department. So far, no measures have been taken to curtail these attacks in spite of an abundance of evidence:

The attached file contains a gargantuan variety of spam messages sent to me from the server of the Montreal Police Department using templates collected by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police over many years. It is intended to be distributed as evidence against these organizations and is not to be opened.
I have also attached pleas to governmental officials at all levels and the police department to put an end to the criminal attacks directed against me by their Supercriminal Caroline Trottier, an individual who possesses very limited cognitive abilities as will be explained; however, she enjoys complete immunity from prosecution under Canadian law as a consequence of her connections to criminal networks. I expected to interface with at least some high-minded and intelligent individuals within the government bureaucracy. However, it eventually dawned upon me that I was dealing with a flock of complacent idiots who prefer to sacrifice my safety for the sake of maintaining the inflated image of their celebrated baboon whose intelligence or lack thereof rivals that of Mike Tyson or Mohammed Ali.
I write this letter to the global academic and diplomatic community as I have exhausted all viable channels within the Canadian process to bring my persecutor to justice or even to require governmental officials to protect my fundamental civil liberties under the Canadian Constitution. Since I met Supercriminal Trottier three years ago, I have been the victim of seven crimes, including two attempts on my life. Most recently, Trottier has been sending me the spam e-mails in the attachments, has infiltrated or seized control of my accounts, most notably my Microsoft account (11/20/24) which has been restricted even though all previous logins over 5 years were effected from the same platform and I provided a trove if verifiable information (my platform was surreptitiously removed from the list of trusted devices), she sent an internet technician to steal my credit and debit cards (10/20/24) (and he even admitted that he took the bag that contained them), Uber Eats was coerced into stealing money from my account (9/22/24) and she had tried over a six-month period (4/24-10/24) to poison me with carbon monoxide in my own apartment.
In particular, beginning in March of this year, I suddenly began to experience Transient Ischemic events several times a week. Subsequent to sufficient damage to the coronary vasculature and the cerebellum, the accumulation of these events can be fatal. I only realized that small amounts of carbon monoxide were being leaked into the ventilation system in my apartment after I relocated. Since then, the sharp pains that I had experienced in the morning completely vanished rather than exacerbating. I likely only survived on account of my fitness and my medical background.
As for the hijacking of my Microsoft account, there are few organizations on the planet aside from the Federal Police that can accomplish what was done. My account was accessed using packet-sniffing and transparent logins in order to remove my platform as a trusted device and to alter the specific credentials associated with my account. This required root administrative privileges. I highly doubt that a typical criminal organization would waste its limited resources in order to steal my credentials. It is much more likely that the act was perpetrated by a rabid juvenile delinquent who has been told by government officials that she can perpetrate any crime she pleases in direct contradiction to the Canadian Constitution.
Briefly, the sequence of events began when I requested the intervention of the Montreal Police Department to calm an individual outside of my office who had become temporarily psychotic and was resorting to extreme violence. Rather than sending one of many intelligent and level-headed police officers that I have come across over the years, they dispatched one of the stupidest, most violent, powerful and dangerous criminals in the country. Upon her arrival, she decided to diagnose a 128-pound pacifist doctor with severe mental illness, portrayed me as violent even though I had taken refuge behind a locked door and used this prescription as a basis to forcibly remove me from an office for which I was paying. Her decision to use unmitigated force was endorsed by her supervisor, Angélique Beaudet, an individual who has failed in every way to control the illicit activities of her alleged subordinate.
The Minister of Public Safety, François Bonnardel’s, office suggests using one of their ineffectual conflict resolution departments, the Commissioner of Police Deontology or the Civilian Protector, to bring Trottier to justice. Unfortunately, these structures are designed to defend criminals against the accusations of civilians. Commissioner Melanie Hillinger, a second-rate attorney encouraged Trottier to commit further crimes against me rather than to apologize for her heinous act.
Initially, all of these incidents seem bizarre and out of place. Why would any credible police department go out of its way to protect the interests of a stupid, arrogant and reckless Neanderthal? The only reason that I can think of is that Trottier’s criminal network is integral to the operation of the police department. And the activity of patrolling demonstrations of individuals holding banners and dancing in the streets with Palestinian flags is a mere sideshow. If accountability to elected officials is inherent in the system, it would be incumbent upon a civil administration to root out all criminality and impropriety as soon as it emerges. The evidence shows that elected bodies are actually fearful of perpetrators of criminal acts such as Trottier. In other words, the civilian administration derives financial benefit in the form of financial compensation as a result of criminal activity. This might include drugs and weapon smuggling as well and financial fraud, an activity that is part and parcel of the cybercrime that Trottier has undertaken.
It would appear that Trottier is even more powerful than Prime Minister Trudeau. If he would target citizens with spam communications in a deliberate and persistent manner, he would surely be forced to resign and to serve a prison term. Conversely, Supercriminal Caroline Trottier is at liberty to break any law that she disagrees with. As such, the nature of our so-called democracy comes into question. It would appear that elected officials have very little authority and that Trudeau is nothing more than a spineless and feckless poster boy who deliberates legislation to justify the collection of taxes. However, this legislation does not seem to apply to bureaucrats in the hierarchical structure. Therefore, the constitution and all the civil liberties that have been promised to citizens are invalid.
I began to suspect this many years ago when I became the victim of judicial fraud. In summary, the judge in question paraphrased my testimony in a manner that was deliberately misleading, suppressed all of my exhibits and well-known facts from the record and delivered a verdict that explicitly contradicted written legislation. All of this was designed to justify the misappropriation of funds intended to be allocated as employee benefits by a government-funded organization. I have retained all of the evidence for public dissemination.
In conclusion, it appears that Canada is nothing more than a lawless police state run by corrupt criminals rather than a burgeoning democracy. The civil structures protect the bureaucrats at the expense of citizens and there is no coherent judicial system. Surely, the Democracy Index which characterizes Canada as the world’s thirteenth most democratic country is grossly inaccurate. The country is much more of a hybrid state. Nothing seems to have changed fundamentally in a quarter of a millennium. In fact, the situation has deteriorated as the state no longer issues edicts in order to justify the murder of innocent civilians. Perhaps, it should be labelled the Afghanistan of the North.
As a consequence, I have no choice other than to internationalize my disclosures as an act of self-defense and preservation against one of the most dangerous Canadian criminals. Do they honestly expect me to remain silent while attempts are being made upon my life and I am being targeted by fraudulent activities at the expense of taxpayers? And all of this aggression resulted from my request for police protection and, later, my request for a formal apology. I did not provoke the offenders in any way. This situation seems to be leading to a showdown between stubborn autocrats and a proponent of the rule of law. In order to resolve this matter, I require a very detailed admission and apology as well as very substantial financial compensation, beginning with a reimbursement of my municipal taxes. Otherwise, the failure to hold King Kong accountable will come at the expense of Canada’s reputation as a liberal democracy. The information is already circulating in over a thousand universities across the globe as well as in diplomatic circles. It would be a tremendous shame if Canada were to be recorded in history books as a totalitarian state that hides behind a veneer of the democratic electoral process. And there should be little doubt that the conduct described above will be an important issue in the next Federal election. The e-mail record that is attached constitutes a public indictment not only of Trottier, but also of the Montreal Police Force and all levels of government.

Malheureusement, l’idiote de votre organisme, Mademoiselle Caroline Trottier (matricule 6158), continue de contrevenir le code civil et le code criminel en tant qu’harceleuse et cybercriminelle. Au lieu d’être une affaire sporadique, les délits se produisent sur une base quotidienne. Quelqu’une qui ne conforme pas aux lois ne doit jamais être admise comme représentante des forces de l’ordre. Alors, si je reçois un seul pourriel de cette malveillante ou si je reconnais une seule infiltration de mes comptes internet après le 31 octobre à 23h59, il va falloir communiquer le fait que le Canada, la province de Québec, la Ville de Montréal et le Service Policier de Montréal abritent, finance et fournit des ressources à une terroriste et une criminelle aux dépens de ses citoyens, aux autorités et aux acteurs internationaux, ce qui pourrait sûrement démolir la réputation du pays au niveau diplomatique internationale.
Elle me poursuit déjà depuis trois ans et je ne vais pas attendre qu’elle tente de m’assassiner une deuxième fois avant d’agir. Elle est évidemment une folle avec des troubles psychosociaux très sévères, ce qui devrait être établi facilement à partir des registres de serveur policier. Le type est trop malhonnête pour être agente de police et trop stupide pour être criminelle et s’en sert de la réputation de ses parents pour se promouvoir. Alors, je vous demande de la congédier immédiatement, d’investiguer son dossier pour d’autres contraventions et d’insister que son superviseur, Angélique Beaudet, démissionne. Alors, c’est elle qui a autorisé l’expulsion illégale d’un docteur de son bureau privé sous menace de la violence. Après trois ans, elle a bien démontré qu’elle est toujours incompétente d’être chef de poste.

I am writing to you today in the hope that you might address the matter of the dangerous serial criminal and terrorist by the name of Sergeant Caroline Trottier (Matricule 6158) who remains at large and is using public resources to commit heinous and violent crimes. I first came across this loathsome individual when I contacted the Montreal Police Department to restrain a violent individual who lost emotional control and was preventing me from leaving the parameters of my private office. When Trottier arrived, she instead decided to fabricate an outlandish story that made me appear like a violent and dangerous hoarder and forcefully and illegally evicted me from the office that I was paying for without notice, court order or reimbursement of my rent. She humiliated me by bringing five police officers and escorted a 128-pound pacifist doctor with very few worldly possessions other than some scientific and medical journals in a 3-by-4-meter office out of the location where he was working peacefully. I, after all, am the Chief Executive Officer of the corporation. This constitutes fraud, criminal defamation and a clear breach of trust.
Subsequent to a review of the transgression by the Bureau du Commissaire à la Déontologie Policière, a process which she used her influence to entirely subvert, Trottier began a campaign of criminal harassment against me. She broke into my e-mail and public internet accounts, sent me loads of offensive spam and hired a Sri Lankan man to follow me on a daily basis.

She also tried to poison the air circulation in my apartment. I had little choice other than to expose her publicly to which she responded by trying to frame me for vandalism of public property, which she had arranged professionally.

The next act in this drama occurred six months later when she hired a man driving an untraceable public city bus to strike me down on a public roadway at double the posted speed limit.

A few months later, she resumed using the Montreal Police Department’s internal server to distribute spam and impersonated individuals like Brenda Lucki, the 24th commissioner of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police from April 2018 to March 2023, and Sahbi Guedda, from the Québec public curator.

Caroline Trottier is the daughter of Réjean Trottier, a sergeant-detective for the Montreal Police Force since 1977 and Micheline Daoust, a retired RCMP officer. She graduated from the police academy in 2006 and undoubtedly has many connections within the police and criminal networks. Unfortunately, she has decided to use these connections to pursue a life of crime and violence. Moreover, on account of governmental transfers, she is implicating your bodies in internationally condemned state-sponsored terrorism against your own constituents. This makes Canada resemble much more a warlord state in which half-witted civil servants act with impunity towards federal and provincial law in order to curtail the civil liberties of voting citizens rather than a democracy governed by duly-elected officials.
I ask for your assistance in arresting, indicting and convicting this individual before she harms other individuals. Evidence of her crimes is readily available on the police servers from which spam is being circulated. It should be a straightforward task to parse the logs and to deduce her complicity. Should there be no action in this regard, perhaps it is best to address other states including those of whom Canada is particularly critical in order to expose the double standard. If you cannot help me, perhaps Mr. Putin, Mr. Kim and Mr. Maduro should be given a chance. Furthermore, I believe that it is incumbent upon city officials to reimburse my municipal taxes for the last 5 years as public resources have been used largely to hurt me rather than to benefit me.

Elle m’a humilié en faisant venir cinq policiers et en escortant un docteur pacifiste de 128 livres avec très peu de biens matériels autres que quelques revues scientifiques et médicales dans un bureau de 3 mètres sur 4 hors de l’endroit où il travaillait pacifiquement. Après tout, je suis le premier dirigeant de la société. Il s’agit d’une fraude, d’une diffamation criminelle et d’un abus de confiance manifeste.

De plus, en raison de transferts gouvernementaux, elle implique vos organes dans un terrorisme d’État condamné par la communauté internationale contre vos propres électeurs. Cela fait ressembler le Canada à un État de seigneur de guerre dans lequel des fonctionnaires stupides agissent impunément à l’égard des lois fédérales et provinciales afin de restreindre les libertés civiles des citoyens votants plutôt qu’à une démocratie gouvernée par des représentants dûment élus.
Je vous demande de m’aider à arrêter, à inculper et à condamner cette personne avant qu’elle ne fasse du mal à d’autres personnes. Les preuves de ses crimes sont facilement disponibles sur les serveurs de la police à partir desquels des spams circulent. Il devrait être facile d’analyser les journaux et d’en déduire sa complicité. S’il n’y a pas d’action à cet égard, il est peut-être préférable de s’adresser à d’autres États, y compris ceux à l’égard desquels le Canada est particulièrement critique, afin de dénoncer le deux poids, deux mesures. Si vous ne pouvez pas m’aider, peut-être que M. Poutine, M. Kim et M. Maduro devraient avoir une chance. De plus, je crois qu’il incombe aux responsables de la ville de rembourser les taxes municipales des 5 dernières années, car les ressources publiques ont été utilisées en grande partie pour me nuire plutôt que pour me profiter.

Samedi 21 novembre autour de 16h, coin Wellington et 5e Avenue, Verdun.

En sortant d'un commerce, je traverse un feu rouge où il n'y a aucune auto en vue jusqu'au coin de rue suivant.

Vague coup de sirène d’auto-patrouille. Je n’y prête attention qu’à moitié et j’entre dans un commerce de type « dollarama ». Les policiers me suivent jusqu’à l’intérieur.

Ils m’interpellent de l’avant d’une rangée. Je les attends vers le fond de la rangée. Le plus grand des deux s’approche à environ 2 pieds de moi. Technique d’intimidation. Je lui demande de reculer, 2 fois, à cause de la pandémie. Il ne bouge pas. Alors je dis: "Je vais aller au fond de la rangée et remonter la rangée suivante jusqu'à l’avant du magasin, où on aura plus d’espace pour parler." Il me suit, l’autre attend à l’avant du magasin.

Moi : "Il n’y avait aucun véhicule à l’intersection."
Le policier : "La loi c’est la loi."
Moi: "Vous êtes en mode Collecte de fonds pour vos bonis de Noël?"

Arrivés à l'avant, il me demande une pièce d’identité. Je prends toutes mes cartes et lui tends ma CAM. À deux reprises, il vient pour la prendre et je retire ma main en lui demandant de ne pas la toucher. Je lui dis que je ne veux pas qu’il la touche et que j’aimerais qu’il reste à 2 mètres de moi. Je n’ai évidemment aucune intention de fuir ou de résister, mais que je ne veux pas être touchée : on est en pleine 2e vague de pandémie et Montréal vient de passer en alerte maximale.

Pendant ce temps l’autre policier passe derrière moi et m’arrache le reste des cartes (crédit, banque, etc.) que je tiens dans l'autre main. C'est une provocation tout à fait gratuite : jusque là, je coopérais en tentant de respecter les directives des autorités sanitaires.

Je lève le ton et lui dis de me redonner mes cartes, mais le premier m’immobilise par derrière, et demande à l’autre les menottes. Je comprends que j'ai affaire à des juniors qui veulent jouer à Rambo. J'abandonne tout dialogue.

Et vlan, je me retrouve menottée dans le magasin pour avoir traversé un feu rouge à pied à une intersection déserte. Je sors du commerce menottée et escortée comme une voleuse!!! Humiliation totale dans mon propre quartier, devant tout le monde.

Ils me fouillent sommairement (2 hommes, aucune policière), regardent dans ma sacoche. Déposent ma sacoche ouverte à côté de ma pile de cartes sur la valise de l’auto. Je n’offre aucune résistance. Ils m'enferment menottée à l'arrière du véhicule.

Ils mettent une vingtaine de minutes à rédiger leur contravention pendant que je suis enfermée à l’arrière de l’auto-patrouille, les fenêtres fermées, sur une banquette rigide, les deux mains derrière le dos, avec deux policiers qui travaillent dans la rue et qui sont parmi les métiers les plus exposés à la covid. Est-ce que l'arrière a été désinfecté récemment? Comme fumeuse de 61 ans, je commence à faire partie de la population vulnérable. Je suis extrêmement inquiète. Je commence à avoir mal au dos.

J’attends
Enfin, ils me lisent le contenu des contraventions, sans me les remettre parce que leur imprimante ne fonctionne pas : une d'une cinquantaine de dollars pour le feu rouge, et une autre d'environ 480$ pour « entrave au travail d’un policier ». Ils m'ont dit que j'avais 30 jours pour contester et que je recevrais la contravention par la poste. Si l’imprimante ne fonctionnait pas, pourquoi m’avoir gardée pendant 20 minutes menottée dans l’auto???

La semaine suivante, je passe une fois au poste et j'échange plusieurs courriels, avec le maire de l'Arrondissement et deux personnes du poste 16 sans avoir de réponses à mes questions.

J'appelle au poste le jeudi 3 décembre: les policiers sont dans leur semaine de congé et il semble qu'ils ne l'ont pas encore envoyée. Le policier me rappelle le 8 décembre et me dit qu’il n’a pas encore envoyé la contravention pour cause de « délais administratifs ».

15 décembre, 24 jours plus tard, je n'ai toujours pas reçu la contravention que j’ai 30 jours pour contester.

Mes observations et article du code de déontologie policière correspondant:
• Manque de jugement quant à la mission d’un policier dans la société.
• Tentative d'intimidation malgré les consignes sanitaires. Le policier est resté trop près de moi dans le but de m'intimider. (Art. 6.2)
• Usage disproportionné de la force: immobilisation et recours aux menottes (Art. 6.1), alors que je ne tentais pas de fuir et que je montrais une carte d’identitl
• Fouille illégale, aucune policière sur place (Art. 10.4), seulement 2 hommes.
• Accusation portée sciemment sans justification: amende pour "entrave au travail d'un policier » (Art. 6.3)
• Négligence, insouciance à l'égard de ma santé (Art. 10.2) alors que Montréal vient de passer en zone rouge, en alerte maximale.

Ma crainte:
Même si j’arrive à contester les deux contraventions, que faire contre deux policiers s’ils mentent, eux qui travaillent ensemble et qui ont beaucoup de ressources professionnelles à disposition pour monter leur dossier? D’après moi, la situation était tellement absurde qu’ils ne pourront pas expliquer les faits tels qu’ils se sont déroulés en regardant un juge dans les yeux.

I was accompanied home by two ppl i met at a bar not 300 metres away from home.
I had a few drinks they were nice enough to drive me home with my car and followed by a friend of his to drive him back. When i got home, my parking was taken by cars that were unlawfully parked there by clients of a business next to my home. I've had several disputes with the manager but most than not the cars het removed. I walked into the business asked the manager to have the cars removed and he refused. Telling me to leave or he'd call the cops. I was all for it seeing that i was the victim. 4 cars arrive and all hell breaks loose. i was threatened by an officer to move my car complaining that she would wreck my car. i told her no!! i was over the limit amd would have been charged with a DUI and second she ended up fitting her car through. When the officers came out i expected to say my side of the story instead the officer placed me under arrest and the cause was uttering death threats.
i was amazed at how poor their communication skills are and their training. I had approximately 1200-1300 hundred dollars in my pocket. They emptied my pockets asked me how much money i had and i told him i wasn't sure. He did not count it there...when they put me in the cells i was given no blanket and ended up having a panic attack in the cells. Finally before being released they brought me a blanket. When giving back my belongings there were only 816$ left. I told them momet was missing amd was screamed at,obviously can't prove any of this but it's really sad that police act like this. I have no criminal record they hopefully realized i was the owner of the building amd quite frankly the victim. No logic or people skills, a somple conversation and the matter woulf have been cleared. i was falsely accused death threats and they arrested me. If anybody accuses you of anything they impulsively act on it without doubt.
Its sad...it's twice now that i have been arrested falsely and both times was mistreated and felt their police brutality and " god like" personalities.

J'ai témoigné ce soir, vers 21h40, un incident de brutalité sur la rue St-Denis, près du métro Sherbrooke. À mon arrivée, au moins quatre voitures policières étaient présentes et les policiers avançaient vers deux jeunes. One of the young men kept repeating, "You got the wrong people". They both had their hands up and appeared to be cooperating with the orders being given to them-- back up, etc. There was a certain distance between the cops and the young men, but all at once, unprovoked, one of the cops rushed towards the young man in the gray jacket and knocked him violently to the ground. With the force of the impact, I would not be surprised if he sustained a fracture. The sound of him hitting the ground was pronounced. I took out my camera, but many cops rushed at the two young men and kept them on the ground, blocking my view. Also, three cops appeared from behind me and kept on moving in front of me to prevent me from filming. I did not get any useful footage. I then observed that the man in the gray jacket was put into a cruiser. J'ai entendu les policiers dire qu'un des jeunes avaient un couteau, mais je ne l'ai pas vu. Assez troublant, témoigner un tel incident.

La Prairie environ 19:30 - 8:00 pm Soirée Halloween

J'étais en attente pour visiter une maison, j'étais en compagnie de mes petits enfants, mon fils, ami de mon fils.

J'ai reçu 4 coups dans le dos dont un dans le bas du dos, les 3 autres entre les omoplates. L'ami de mon fils est intervenu.J'ai été étourdies, vision troubles.

Le 27 oct. le lendemain, j'étais somnolente, maux de cœurs, maux de tête et aussi le lundi et mardi: j'ai mal à la tête, maux de cœurs.
Le lundi, je prenais ma pause devant la bâtisse où je travaille et les policiers (qui te parlent de loin, jamais devant toi, porte des perruques), ne te plains pas, ça pas fait si mal que ça, tu nous prend pour des champignons. Ton gigolo était là pour t'aider.

Ils continuent de me harceler, je dois sortit de chez moi, du travail, je dois les rencontrer, les suivre etc...

J'en ai assez, je suis déjà allée les rencontrer mais ils ne parlent pas.

J’ai porté plainte sur un ex-conjoint violent et en plus je me suis fait agressee par 2 policiers, un de St-Jean-sur-Richelieu et j’ai porté plainte, je suis fait agressee sexuellement par les 2 policiers.

Depuis 1 2 mois, je me fais harceler, intimider par le poste 21, je travaille dans le même immeuble où je travaille . Ils me disent que je dois me rendre,m’avan Vers eux, faire un parcours, me passer le doigt, me dire toucher le petit piton etc...ils sont aussi su la 17 émet avé et jean talon est où ils font la loi.

J’ai peur, je suis allée les affronter mais rien n’y fait .

Je voudrais rester confidentiel . Même à l’isLet d’ou Je viens.

Cette année, la 22e manifestation contre la brutalité policière sera l'occasion de poursuivre la lutte antifasciste, dont la nécessité s'agrandit à Montréal, au Québec et partout où déferle la montée du racisme, de la xénophobie, de l'islamophobie et des nationalismes.

Cela ne date pas d'hier : la police et les fascistes font bon ménage. Alors que les militant.e.s antifascistes sont harcelé.e.s arrêté.e.s et emprisonné.e.s par le SPVM, la SQ et le SPVQ, les membres de la Meute, d'Atalante-Québec, des Soldats d'Odin, de Pegida Quebec ou des «Justiciers du peuple» s'accaparent les rues, défendent leurs prétendues frontières et répandent la haine.

La police pave la voie à ces défilés de l'intolérance, et s'offre en garde du corps pour des néo-nazis déjà violents, et parfois armés. La police est au service des fascistes. Là où il y a de la haine, du racisme, de la misogynie, de l'homophobie, de la transphobie et de l'islamophobie, elle n'est d'ailleurs jamais bien loin.

Rappelons aux néo-nazis, aux fascistes et aux nationalistes qu'ils ne sont nulle part « chez eux ».

Comme à chaque année, le COBP organise une semaine contre la Police, orientée autour du thème choisi pour la manifestation. Nous invitons les groupes et les personnes voulant y contribuer à le faire par la co-organisation d'évènements ou par la soumission d'articles, de textes de réflexions, de bandes-dessinées, de dessins et de poèmes qui seront publiés dans l'édition annuelle du journal du collectif, l'État Policier. Cette semaine contre la police aura lieu du 9 au 14 mars.

Les textes devront contenir un maximum de 2 pages et peuvent être écrits en français, en anglais ou en espagnol. Les auteurs-E-s qui tiennent à ce que leurs textes soient traduits dans une autre langue doivent assumer la tâche de la traduction. Aussi, on vous invite à nous envoyer des images à jumeler avec votre texte si vous le désirez. Les images feront toutefois partie des 2 pages. Vous pouvez communiquer vos propositions de textes/activités et dessins à cobp@riseup.net avant le 1er février 2018.

Une lutte active contre la police est d'abord une lutte anticoloniale, antiraciste, féministe, queer, et intersectionnelle. Nous tenons à rappeler l'importance de mettre de l'avant des groupes et des personnes subissant, au quotidien, l'oppression systémique de la police.

This year, the 22nd annual demonstration against police brutality gives us an opportunity to pursue the anti-fascist struggle, which, in the light of the recent rise in racism, xenophobia, Islamophobia and nationalism, is of growing relevance on the island of Montreal.

This is nothing new: the police and fascists go hand in hand. While anti-fascist militants are arrested and locked up by the SPVM, the SQ and the SPVQ; members of far-right groups such as “La Meute”, “Atalante-Québec”, the “Soldiers of Odin”, “Pegida Québec” and the “Justiciers du peuple” are taking over the streets, defending so-called borders and spreading messages of hate.

The police paves the way for these processions of intolerance, and even acts as bodyguards for these already violent (and sometimes armed) neo-Nazis. The police is on the fascists’ payroll. Where there is hate, racism, misogyny, homophobia, transphobia and Islamophobia, the police is indeed never too far away.

Let’s remind the neo-Nazis, the fascists and the nationalists that they are not “at home” here!

As is the case every year, the COBP is organizing an anti-police week focusing on the theme chosen for the demonstration. We invite everyone (groups and individuals) that wishes to contribute to the cause to do so by co-organizing events or submitting articles, essays, comic books, drawings or poems that will be published in the annual edition of our collective’s newspaper, État Policier. The anti-police week will be happening from March 9th to March 14th. Mark your calendars!

All submitted texts will need to be a maximum of 2 pages and can be written in English, French or Spanish. The authors that wish to get their texts translated into another language must do so on their own. We also invite you to provide images or pictures that illustrate or relate to your text, if you wish to do so. The 2 page maximum, however, must include the images. Please submit your essays, activities and drawings at cobp@riseup.net by February 1st 2018 at the latest.

The active fight against the police represents first and foremost a stand for anti-colonialism, anti-racism, feminism, queer rights and intersectional equality. Let us recall the importance of giving visibility to individuals and groups that are systemically oppressed by the police on a daily basis.
