]]>During our daytime showcase, acts will perform block party style to a room of their peers and industry professionals such as DJ King Tech and Sway from “The World Famous Wake Up Show” (on Shade 45) as we celebrate artists to watch in 2014.
The showcase will have performances by several artists off of the AllHiphop.com Top 50 of 2013 Artist List as well as special surprise performances and appearances from AllHipHop.com alumni. SXSW attendees can come network with Hip-Hop royalty as we celebrate good music and birthdays too! Chuck Creekmur, Grouchy Greg Watkins and Skyyhook will share their birthday cake with the masses as they bring the SXSW crowd into their own birthday celebration as well!
Great music…great people…and a little something sweet to eat too! What could be better?! We hope to see you there!

]]>Besides performing tracks from Trunk Muzik Returns, Yelawolf also took time to talk about being a “single artist” versus an “album artist” with XXL.
“If it ends being that I have a single so be it, but looking back I may just not be the person that is built for that,” says Yelawolf. “I might just make albums… If I get a hit record cool man. If not, f*ck it.”
Yelawolf is currently working on his sophomore LP tentatively titled Love Story. It is expected to be released later this year.
In the meantime, Yelawolf dropped his sequel to 2010’s Trunk Muzik mixtape last week.
The 10 track Trunk Muzik Returns is produced entirely by frequent collaborator WillPower. It features appearances from Paul Wall, A$AP Rocky, Raekwon, and Killer Mike.
