]]>Drywall scraps add up fast on a new construction project—and getting them out of a multistory building is a job of its own.
For a new construction contractor working in North Philadelphia’s 19140 area near Temple University, the 1-800-Haul-Out crew took on approximately 10,000 pounds of drywall scraps spread across the basement and the first, second, and third floors.
Oscar, Ron, and Carlos completed the removal in approximately four hours, loading two truckloads of material.

This was more than a pile waiting beside the curb. The material had to be gathered and moved out from four levels of the building, including the basement.
The drywall offcuts included large sections, narrow strips, and smaller broken pieces piled inside the unfinished rooms. Across multiple floors, that material represented roughly five tons of debris to load and haul away.
Every building has its own access challenges. On this job, some window access helped the crew save a considerable amount of time getting debris out.
We jokingly called it the “elevator”—although this particular elevator was a window. Alongside the work of gathering and loading material from the different floors, that access helped Oscar, Ron, and Carlos keep the removal moving.
A construction project can leave a contractor with a substantial cleanup task before the next stage of work. This pickup shows the scale of a single drywall removal: approximately 10,000 pounds, four building levels, two truckloads, and about four hours of crew work.
Thank you to the contractor for trusting Haul-Out with the job—and to Oscar, Ron, and Carlos for putting in the work.

]]>The post Feasterville-Trevose House Cleanout: Six Truckloads Hauled Away appeared first on 1800-Haul-Out.
]]>This was a substantial cleanout: everything in the house needed to go. Furniture and appliances were part of a much larger removal, and the volume ultimately required multiple truckloads.
For homeowners looking at a similar project, that distinction matters. A whole-house cleanout involves more than picking up a few unwanted items. The amount of material, the items involved, and access to the property all help determine the crew and hauling capacity needed.
Aaron, Ron, Joe, Oscar, Carlos, and Brendan completed the Feasterville-Trevose job. Their work took a house full of items that needed removal and turned it into approximately six truckloads hauled away.
Thank you to all six crew members for taking on a large project and seeing it through.
The truckload count and tonnage are estimates for this particular job. Every cleanout is different; these figures are not a standard truck capacity or a pricing estimate.
If you need furniture, appliances, or a house full of unwanted items removed, start by telling us what needs to go and where the property is located. Our team will confirm service coverage, availability, and pricing before work begins.

]]>Ron, Carlos, Oscar, Joe, Pedro, Andy and Brendan have been carrying candy into the Fox Meadow clubhouse and helping the organizers prepare. The visit is a different kind of haul for our crew: bringing treats in, instead of hauling items away.
The candy will help stock the event for local families. We appreciate the chance to support the Fox Meadow community and the people putting the evening together. The Trunk or Treat itself is still ahead on October 28; this update is about the donation and preparations.
We’ll share event photos when they are ready. For more company updates, visit our blog.
