Polyhydroxyalkanoates (PHAs) are a unique class of biobased and biodegradable polymers produced through microbial fermentation of sucrose. Unlike conventional plastics, PHAs break down naturally, making them an environmentally friendly alternative to traditional plastics.

]]>Chematur’s DNB technology is less complicated to our well-known and well-proven pump-nitration technology for DNT. As benzene is far less reactive than toluene during the nitration, the DNB process is a safer and simpler than the DNT process.
Chematur’s pump-nitration technology is inherently stable and operates at a point where energy needs to be added (by pumping) for the reaction to continue. Excessive heat is rapidly removed from the system by inline coolers. A state-of-the-art control system monitors all important parameters continuously, and process interlocks will shut off the process if any deviations are identified. This is the safest nitration technology on the market.
