Happy New Year, Blizzard Blade Forum

Phazer — Fri, 14 Jul 2023 02:35:50 GMT

I don't have much of a New Year's resolution. In fact, I'd rather do a small apology. Remember in 2021 when I said I'd give life back into this tundra? I didn't do all that much, but I know it doesn't matter hehe. Besides, the rest of you are busy with work and I am with school. Nonetheless, I do believe I fulfilled my role of saving this forum from pure extinction. For this new year, I wish luck upon all of you and your endeavours. Ms. Snow Taradien, good luck on the development of Scars ...

Brine Aegir Topic 2023

Phazer — Fri, 14 Jul 2023 02:34:31 GMT

Hello, Blizzard Blade Family. I, Phazer, the second to last surviving TLOK fan and ONLY surviving Brine Aegir fan, return to this graceful tundra to give my input on His Majesty Nergal's best general. To start, his voice. I imagine General Aegir having a british accent, almost sounding like a pirate (but not with his speech). Perhaps Keith Silverstein could do it justice? I liked his portrayal as Speedwagon in the JJBA Part 1 English dub. Secondly, I shall pose some questions. What element ...

Luciole2831 — Sun, 22 Sep 2019 16:55:44 GMT

Just posting here as a sort of memorial. Can't believe how long it's been since this used to be the first place i would visit when i got home from school each day. 8 years ago....wow time flies. I'm 23 now. If any of the old team sees this i hope you guys are doing well. I notice a few people similar to me tend to check in here a couple times a year. Quite a blast from the past indeed.

An attempt to breath life into things

Snow Taradien — Fri, 05 Dec 2014 01:22:00 GMT

Well. First notice, as many know. The Legend of Korah has been dead in the water for an internet eternity. That does not mean everything is lost. That certainly does not mean that things are dead and gone. Far from it. As far as I am concerned, this is simply excuse for a new beginning. In the time that has passed since the series ceased consciousness and slipped into its current coma state, most of us have moved on. Most of us have gained new strengths, and some of us have lost ...

This place needs a new plan ;/

Discuss. ( On how to get this place and Tlok back up and running )

I suck at this.

X-ela Hyoutetsu — Mon, 16 Apr 2012 01:29:48 GMT

I'm really sorry guys. I suck at keeping up with this forum and with my other accounts. So what I've done is created a Twitter account to keep everything I do in check. Whenever I make a new animation, new music video, new art, or something at least semi exciting, I will post it there instead of only posting in their respective sites (Newgrounds, Youtube, DeviantArt, etc.). https://twitter.com/#!/The_Nostalgic Please keep in touch with me there.

Some of you may know me as Bobby. I'm pretty good at animating and I'm not so bad at spriting. I hope I can help with any projects.

Hm....I just realized something..

Frusciante — Wed, 12 Oct 2011 21:24:34 GMT

So why aren't I a "Contributor"?

I Recall contributing to both the site and flash...I'm not complaining just a question..

Also I don't remember when and why I got that member point on my profile under the avatar! 0.o
(Guess that just strengthens the whole "Contributor" issue! lol)

Ahhh just pointless things I notice while lurking the forums and searching for interesting topics that have been posted since my absence. xD

Marsus Three

Snow Taradien — Thu, 29 Sep 2011 06:45:58 GMT

Hey there! This is a slice of life casual sandbox roleplay set on a planet called Marsus Three. It's part of the vast and mighty lupin empire which will not show up very often if ever at all! While this is indeed a whole planet, its probably best if we only use the eastern continent of the planet, as it is far easier to manage the roleplay if we keep to only one of the two massive sections of the planet. There is a third but unimportant southern continent too but its mostly boring farms. ...

I am not frozen anymore!

The Number — Sat, 02 Jul 2011 23:45:39 GMT

Well... it has been summer for long, but it took some time for the ice to melt. It means that I can be somewhat "active" again, when coming here. However because my element is water, I freeze again when the climate gets cold.
Anyways its nice to see that this forum is not dead yet.

Got a confession to make.

Aiden — Sat, 02 Jul 2011 19:37:49 GMT

I feel this should be mentioned, but I think I have fallen out of Spriting. I used to do it all the time, but now I never sprite at all, aside from the occasional pixel-art.
The last time I worked on anything was maybe March? April?

I'm not sure I can contribute to TLOK in this state.

KORAH CAN DRAW TOO (Diddy & Dixie Time!)

X-ela Hyoutetsu — Fri, 01 Jul 2011 00:59:58 GMT

I'll be posting my work here from now on.

And I just remembered Newgrounds takes art, so hopefully I can use that to help build TLOK popularity.

How about a LOK game?

Disgruntled Member — Tue, 21 Jun 2011 04:29:57 GMT

Well, this is not a promise... it's not even a plan. It's mere speculation. I want to get a job, and they told me I need to have a big portfolio. So I have to make games, lots of them. Since I need to make those games for a company, I'm currently focusing more on programing than other things (like college or real life). So, my speculation is the following: If on a very distant (and not very likely) future, N@C achieves to finish those games, he will have game-making experience. So ...

X-ela Hyoutetsu — Wed, 15 Jun 2011 22:46:06 GMT

I've been on break for a month, but for the last three weeks i had no charger for my comp, so I couldn't start animating. Hopefully I can start animating again soon if work doesn't get too much in the way.

A fighting Game I've just begun working on. I encourage you all to try and make characters for it, but there's just two rules you need to follow.

1. The obvious, it must be JUS Style.
2. You need a DA Account.

Beyond that, anything else isn't a formality.

May I direct your attention to...

Aiden — Fri, 11 Mar 2011 20:35:18 GMT

OpenBOR? http://lavalit.com:8080/index.php Just got it the other day. It's like MUGEN, except instead of making fighting games you make side scrolling fighters like Golden Axe or Streets of Rage. Here's a sample; http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iA0fWpJ5PHs I've been trying to figure out how to set up this thing for modding all day. When I finally crack it, would it be possible to consider a TLOK fighter? (Purely a side project, of course) If not, then just download it and enjoy. (Just ...

X-ela Hyoutetsu — Sun, 27 Feb 2011 01:20:38 GMT

That for one thing that, yes, I will finish this chapter, and that it will be sooner, not later. Second thing, I will not reboot the series anytime soon. Maybe later like after the saga is over, but if I do that will be much later. Third thing, if I change sprites, it won't happen until after this saga is over. We also already decided on having the "TLOK Season 2" style that Kaze made earlier. If we use a different style, it would be some sort of edit on JUS sprites to make the ...
