Batch was pulled and put into the refrigerator on 1/28 in morning (2.5 days). When popped was very fizzy, nice apple cinnamon taste. Not too dry or sweet.

Well, this is weird. I cut the second fermentation short by a day because I burped a bottle and it basically exploded. So we went from a flat bottling to an explosion in just 6 days. It also turned out vinegary and not sweet. I guess the heater being on all the time is resulting in strong second fermentations. We’re going to need to check things earlier.

Babs said this is good, a little dry, probably because it had a nine day first fermentation. Good fizz and tea taste.

We tried this on 12/9 and it was sweet but fizzy after a short first fermentation and a long second fermentation. The long 2nd saved the short 1st but it really needed the longer (or warmer) 1st. Still good though. We’re diggin’ the Tie Kwan Yin

This is awesome except for the Golden Monkey aftertaste. We used a lot of mint this time. A new favorite flavor!

Don’t like the Ruby Oolong. Does not have the ‘oolongy’ taste. No flavor.

Grape tasted pretty good – not too sweet. Will try another bottle tomorrow.
