Built in 1906 and lovingly cared for and upgraded by the original family. Two small bedrooms on the main floor, one queen bed, one full bed and a full bathroom are on the main floor; upstairs loft sleeping for four with a bunk bed and two twins, half wall. Maximum eight renters. Kitchen has new stainless appliances including refrigerator, dishwasher and range. The screened porch surrounds two sides of the cottage. Outdoor shower, fire pit and gas grill. Bass Lake is perfect for kayaking, boating and swimming. Plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and water toys are provided.
Also, Bass Lake Association has a private Owner’s beach on beautiful, clean, sandy Lake Michigan, just a short drive or walk from the cottage.
Renters must provide their own sheets and towels. Owner provides pillows, mattress pads, blankets and spreads.
