While moving through hot summer and planning vacations it was time for our legendary team building event.
With having such a hard task to plan something that will match the last year team building event, we thought hard and looked for fresh ideas. Decision was to skip busy airports and highways so we planed something close and interesting.
Montenegro offers many natural beauties but having an opportunity to be on 2100+ meters of altitude and then hit the beach in less than 90 minutes is rare and wonderful.
So the decision was made: last Friday in the early morning we arrived to Kolašin, small town in north of Montenegro surrounded with majestic mountains, clear lakes and most beautiful European river Tara. We jumped on ATVs and hit 70km long mountain trial, full of adrenaline, dangerous paths and breath taking sites – to sum it up, it was a once in a lifetime experience. Team spirit grew true helping and believing each other in heavy situations as we also do while working in office. Adventure ended well, with smiles on our faces, a lot of dust and a few bruises and that is how we remembered and cherished the value of life and friendship. Amazing diner and party in the club that lasted until early morning hours was a great way to finish the day.
As new day started, after nice breakfast we hit the road again and soon arrived to Boka Bay, real jewel of Adriatic see. We jumped to our speedboat, enjoying the fast ride through Boka bay, with wonderful sites to see and places to swim and relax.
At the sunset we had a nice dinner, summarized our impressions and cooled down before ending this extraordinary weekend.
Refreshed, reenergized and with attitude to rock on we are now back in office, wondering what could we do next year that can top this up.

And so, last weekend 3G PROXY organized a team building gathering on the Tara river at Šćepan Polje.
We talked about plans for the future, rode the zip line, went on a rafting Tara and hung out at a party until late at night.
Rafting was great, and our colleagues used this team building for rest and socializing.
We have recharged our batteries and are going to new work victories.

2. In the app dashboard you can choose your next steps – e.g. reserving a sim in one of our offered geos or to create a new message
3. Select your desired country, the mobile carrier of your choice and the time amount you would like your sim card reserved only for you
4. You can see your reserved and active sim card in the next view and also how much time you have left to test your products
5. Now it’s even possible to reserve several sims at the same time to test different offers and services simultaneously
6. In this example, we are using the localised mobile internet of Hungarian carrier Telekom to see the landing page of a Nutra offer, the same ways as users would see it!

Welcome to 3G Proxy, Mirko!
This month we are happy to welcome our newest member of the Team, Mirko Vujisic! He joins as the IT systems administrator and will be responsible for the infrastracture, maintenance of our hardware and also helping the technical support team.
Mirko studied Electrical engineering and later ICT at the University Mediteran, Podgorica – (Faculty of Informatics). During his 15+ years experience in IT, Mirko got familiar with with different kind of equipment and apps. He started his IT joyrney as technical support and proved himself capable to lead IT departments of some of the biggest private companies in Montenegro, learning something new every day. He is happy to be a part of our fast growing company, learn about startup culture and use his experience to help the company reach new levels. Mirko is happily married and a proud father of two extraordinary girls.

It is known that 3G Proxy is not only growing on number of covered GEOs and mobile carriers, but also on product features. That wouldn’t be possible without a dedicated and great team. Therefore, we also regularly add skilled new employees to our team. This month, we’re happy to welcome two new software developers as well as three new interns. In this short article we would like to introduce them.
Let’s start with our new full-time developers are Mirza and Stefan.
Mirza achieved a Bachelor degree in Electronics, Telecommunications and Computer Science. He is interested in Startups and wants to help to improve our 3G Proxy product and the user experience.
Stefan holds a Bachelor degree in Applied Computing. At 3G Proxy he expects to use his experience from previous projects and also to learn new technologies. He wants to expand his knowledge as a programmer.
We also employ interns to identify possible new future employees and to teach them technological skills, that are needed in companies. Our new interns Nemanja, Ana and Olja are eager to learn and already have first experiences in their dedicated fields.
Ana has a Bachelor degree in Computer Science. She is currently a 4th year student in this field. In the next months of her internship she wants to expand her knowledge of .Net developing and to improve her programming skills.
Nemanja studied Electronics, Telecommunications and Computer Science. He holds a Bachelor degree in this field and currently he continues to study Computer Science as a 4th year student. He expects to improve developing his skills at 3G Proxy and to adjust to new technologies.
Olja holds a Bachelor degree in Applied Management Studies and will support 3G Proxy in the fields of Marketing & Sales. She is very motivated and wants to learn how to market and how to sell tech products to business customers.
We’re very happy to have them all on board and are looking forward to work with our new colleagues. In case you know somebody who could suit to our team, as well (maybe it could be you yourself, dear reader), please give us a shout.
