This is done entirely specific to them, often breaking apart the remedies, again, based on participating the patient and their specific needs and resonance. With pleasure, Laura. The Phos type can be so overly enthusiastic that they burn themselves out. Their fear of missing out can become obsessive and their inherent lack of boundaries becomes so filled-up with activities and people that they schedule little down time for themselves. Phosphorous can also feel ungrounded, especially if their regimen is off. They eat too many carbs, sugars and dairy for quick fixes and cause their un-groundedness to become pathology over time. Thank you for this post! I’ve been dehydrated for ages because I just don’t feel thirsty and, as a result, forget to drink. My recent blood work showed kidney stress… Early stages, so reversible, but concerning none the less. So, I’m forcing myself to drink water, setting a reminder in my phone. Your post makes so much sense. Thank you!

I’m a mom to a 3 year old and avoided some vaccines, I was pressured to some and completely left out of the decision on the hours old ones. Which is so infuriating and violating to be honest! I had a c-section and was drugged up, 1st child, no visitors allowed bc covid. It was the hardest mentality taxing moment of my life. (Mind you I was kidnapped at 6 by my father and moved to a new country, so that says a lot) I’m sorry I digress, with school being around the corner I’m researching my options and the best route for us. I was kicked out of our pediatricians bc I didn’t follow the cdc suggested vaccine schedule. Very informative article and I like the “green vaccine ” option and relieved to see I may be able to travel with certain paperwork in place. Thank you.
