The doors have officially closed on the 46th National Sports Collectors Convention in Rosemont, Illinois, and it is safe to say this was our biggest and best year yet!

From taking in thousands of new consignments and giving away incredible cards to welcoming special guests and talking strategy with collectors, the COMC booth was buzzing all week long. Whether you could not make it to Chicago or found yourself swept up by the packed show floor, here is a look back at some of the biggest moments from COMC at The National.

“Road to The National” with Jason Galleske

We love seeing our users thrive, and Jason Galleske provided an absolute masterclass in flipping through COMC. By sending COMC his $0.75 to $10 cards that wouldn’t move at physical shows, selling them on the platform, and converting that store credit into massive show hits (like turning a stack of $3 Frank Thomas cards into a Chipper Jones Auto), he essentially funded his entire National inventory. He started the show with six fully loaded cases of grails and, by Day 2, he was nearly sold out!

Hobby Talk with Card Ladder’s Kristina Thorson

During Friday’s live Hobby Talk, Kristina Thorson, COO, CFO, and Co-Founder of Card Ladder, joined COMC Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer Tim Getsch and SVP of People & Operations Vanessa Williams to discuss what is ahead for both companies, emerging trends across the hobby, and the cards they were personally hunting for at The National.

Hobby Royalty Stops By

Longtime COMC user and hobby legend Dr. James Beckett stopped by the COMC booth to catch up with co-founders Tim Getsch and Julia Agostine. And, true to form, he brought a few cards along to consign with us.

An Unbelievable Surprise from InfernoRed Technology

The National always delivers incredible moments of camaraderie. Scott Lock from InfernoRed Technology bought an Upper Deck blind pack and pulled both an autographed Steph Curry jersey and a signed Cameron Brink basketball. Knowing that Tim Getsch is a massive WNBA and basketball collector, Scott generously gifted the basketball to him right there at the COMC booth. Thank you to Scott and the entire InfernoRed team for such a thoughtful surprise, which will be proudly added to the WNBA memorabilia showcase at COMC Headquarters.

The Evolution of the Hobby with Sam Goodman

Sam Goodman, journalist with Yahoo Sports and co-founder of SOMOS Index, joined Tim Getsch on Saturday to break down the generational growth of the industry. They discussed how collecting has evolved from trading cards out of bicycle spokes to a highly sophisticated market, and how COMC’s massive database—featuring over 20 million cataloged cards—serves as an invaluable research tool for the next generation of collectors and entrepreneurs.

Giving Back to The B.L.A.K.E. Project

The absolute highlight of our week was sitting down with 14-year-old hobby personality and social media force Blake Grice. To support his incredible charitable organization, The B.L.A.K.E. Project, which helps children of veterans and first responders battling PTSD, COMC presented Blake with a $10,000 check—funded entirely by the generosity of COMC users who have donated cards to charity through our platform!

The Ultimate COMC Flip

Just as we were wrapping up on Sunday, COMC user Jeremy Stigen dropped by to tell us an amazing story. On Christmas Day, he purchased a 1999-00 Fleer Tradition Net Effect Allen Iverson insert #6 NE on COMC for just $36.25. After submitting it to Beckett, the card came back as a flawless BGS Black Label—the only Black Label from the entire set and one of just two Black Label Allen Iverson inserts known to exist. We’re thrilled for Jeremy and his incredible COMC flip story, and we’ll be rooting for an epic result on the auction block this week at Goldin.

The National Sports Collectors Convention is the biggest week of the year for trading cards, but beyond the massive showcases and record-breaking sales, the true heartbeat of this event is the community. This year at Booth #2816, COMC had the honor of witnessing that community spirit in action with a very special guest: 14-year-old hobby visionary Blake Grice.

The Vision Behind The B.L.A.K.E. Project

For the past five years, in addition to being the social media force behind the popular hobby channel @the_blakedown, Blake has dedicated his time to running The B.L.A.K.E. Project, a charitable organization with a powerful mission. Blake works tirelessly to support children of veterans and first responders who are battling PTSD, as well as kids facing other hardships and disabilities. He uses the trading card hobby to spread joy, raise funds, and bring a sense of community to those who need it most.

Hobby Talk with a Visionary

At The National, Co-Founder & Chief Product Officer Tim Getsch sat down with Blake for a live Hobby Talk at the COMC booth. Even while keeping busy with all his incredible philanthropic work, Blake remains a passionate card collector at heart. He shared that, while he loves the thrill of ripping packs, he uses COMC to hunt for specific, more expensive cards to complete his collections, especially when he is chasing hockey cards and his favorite prospect, Macklin Celebrini. Tim commended Blake for his dedication and for helping welcome a brand-new generation into the hobby in such an accessible, positive way through his social media posts and show appearances.

Seeding Details:

The brackets begin by ranking all participants by total value of sales and purchases from 1 through 64. Those rankings are then distributed across the four quadrants to balance the field. Ranks 1 through 4 become the No. 1 seeds, one placed at the top of each quadrant. Ranks 5 through 8 become the No. 2 seeds, again one per quadrant. Ranks 9 through 12 become the No. 3 seeds, and the pattern continues until all 64 positions are filled. Once the seed lines are distributed, each quadrant follows the standard tournament format where higher seeds face lower seeds in the opening round, and winners advance within their quadrant until a four competitors remain.

The Play-In round is almost over, and the field for COMC Bracket Battles is about to be set.

The Play-In period closes Saturday night at 11:59 PM PT, so there’s still a short window to qualify. Members can earn a spot in the tournament either by climbing the leaderboard as a Top Performer through combined purchases and sales, or by making at least one eligible purchase or sale to enter the Random Draw bracket.

Then, join us Sunday at 5 PM ET on the COMC Blog and our social media channels when we officially reveal the tournament field. We’ll announce the four Bracket Battles groups:

• Three Top Performer brackets featuring the highest-ranked members based on combined purchases and sales during the Play-In period
• One Random Draw bracket selected from eligible members who completed at least one qualifying purchase or sale

As outlined in our original announcement, the top 192 members from the Play-In leaderboard will be seeded into the three performance-based brackets, while additional eligible participants will have a chance to compete through the Random Draw bracket.

Once the brackets are revealed, the competition moves into head-to-head matchups. The first round begins Thursday, March 19, kicking off the tournament action that will continue through multiple elimination rounds until four champions are crowned.

The battle is about to begin!

Recently, we shared an update with the COMC community about the operational and customer service improvements already in motion. In that message, we tried to be clear and direct about where we have fallen short, especially around fulfillment timelines and response times, and we committed to fixing the underlying issues instead of applying temporary patches.

Today, I want to continue that conversation. I would like to share more detail about the changes we have already made and the next steps we are taking to make COMC stronger and more reliable for the long term.

Here’s where things stand and what we’re doing next.

Customer Service: Faster, Clearer, and More Proactive

Customer Service hasn’t been where it needs to be. Response times have been too slow, backlogs grew too large, and we know that was frustrating.

Over the past several weeks, we’ve made significant structural changes to fix that.

We completed a full transition to a new customer support platform designed for better routing, cleaner intake, and stronger internal visibility across teams. While previously unanswered tickets could not migrate during the transition, the new system positions us to serve you faster and more accurately going forward.

At the same time, we’ve reduced our open ticket backlog by more than 65 percent. As the new system takes hold, same-day response rates have increased by 75 percent, and we are now operating at near full same-day engagement capacity. Customers can increasingly expect same-day or near same-day responses, a major shift from prior service levels.

We’ve also improved ticket quality by encouraging one ticket per issue and clearer descriptions, including order numbers and detailed explanations. That clarity is helping us resolve issues more quickly and consistently. Requests are handled first come, first served, and submitting duplicate tickets does not change prioritization.

In parallel, we’ve expanded and strengthened the Customer Service team and are hiring key leadership roles, including a Director of Customer Service and Communications. This role will establish clear service standards, improve accountability, and lead to more proactive communication.

Customer Service is no longer just reacting to tickets. We are identifying root causes, addressing recurring issues, and working closely with our Product and Operations Teams to reduce friction before it impacts more customers. We’ve also implemented structured prioritization standards to ensure high-impact and time-sensitive issues are addressed first.

The goal is straightforward: respond faster, communicate clearly, and deliver a consistently better experience.

Operations: More Resources, Smarter Execution

We’ve made two immediate shifts in Operations: smarter retrieval and more people on the floor.

First, we increased the size of our retrieval passes through the warehouse, reducing wasted movement and increasing throughput in a meaningful way.

Second, we consolidated our operations into a single location and brought teams closer together, which increased headcount in our fulfillment center. In addition, we hired over 20 people this year. Process improvements only go so far without the team to support them.

As part of this consolidation, our Redmond location is no longer accepting incoming submissions. As a reminder, all mailbox submissions must be sent to the new address, as we will no longer be accepting submissions that arrive in Redmond.

We’re already seeing positive early results as a result of this consolidation. In February, overall shipping volume increased nearly 25% compared to levels late last year, and several recent days have shipped at more than 130% of our previous baseline.

We still have work to do, but the trend lines are moving in the right direction, and that matters.

Extended Grading SLAs

We’ve made the decision to temporarily pause processing on new grading submissions.

Clearing the larger fulfillment backlog and restoring predictable turnaround times is our immediate priority. To accelerate that effort, we are temporarily redeploying members of our grading team into fulfillment. That shift reflects our commitment to restoring speed and predictability across the platform. We are aligning every available resource to move product through the system faster and eliminate delays.

During this pause, customers may continue submitting items to grading through COMC. However, timelines and SLAs for those submissions will be extended by the same duration as the pause in service, which we currently forecast at approximately six weeks. We want to be transparent about this expectation so members can make informed decisions about whether to submit during this period.

At the same time, we are implementing a number of structural changes to our grading services behind the scenes. This includes operational refinements, workflow improvements, and expanded grading partnerships. When new grading submissions resume, they will return within a more streamlined process, supported by stronger infrastructure and an even broader set of grading partners.

As part of these changes, the Pre-Grade Review service will be discontinued indefinitely. There will be no changes to the Reprocess As Elite (RAE) option, which is handled by our ingestion team rather than our grading team.

We are focused on getting this right. We’ll continue to share updates as we make progress.

Per-Item Shipping & Handling Fee Update 

Effective immediately, we are adjusting our per-item Shipping and Handling fee as follows.

We understand that fee changes are never welcome news. This decision was made carefully and with a long-term view in mind.

In an industry where shipping costs are often hidden inside higher item prices, we choose transparency. We show our fees clearly instead of burying them. However, we can only grow effectively if the underlying model is sustainable.

For many years, this has been a loss leader to keep prices low. Over time, that limited our ability to reinvest at the level required to support growth and service improvements.

This change helps ensure we can continue building those capabilities while staying transparent about costs.

What to Expect During the Transition

As this change rolls out, you may notice a temporary mismatch between the fee shown on a listing and what appears at checkout. That’s simply a timing issue as updates propagate across our systems and external platforms.

Here’s what that timing looks like:

• Checkout: up to 48 hours
• COMC.com listings: up to 2-3 days
• COMC.com search filters: up to 14 days
• eBay listings: up to 30 days
• UpperDeckePack.com listings: up to 48 hours

We know that kind of inconsistency isn’t ideal. Thanks for bearing with us while everything syncs up across the board.

Even if you don’t make the leaderboard, any qualifying activity still gives you a shot at being randomly selected into the fourth bracket. Every member who makes at least one qualifying sale or purchase is eligible so nobody’s left on the sidelines!

What Happens After March 14?

Once the Play-In Period wraps on March 14, brackets will be revealed on March 15. Then the head-to-head matchups kick off starting March 19, moving through quarterfinals, semifinals, and ultimately the championship round. The competition is fierce, the stakes are community pride (and some serious store credit rewards), and champions will be crowned in early April!

This March and April, we’re bringing tournament season to the hobby with the first-ever COMC Bracket Battles, a month-long competition.

Starting on March 1, the COMC marketplace transforms into a place where champions rise and underdog stories unfold.

Key Dates

The rules are simple, but the competition will be fierce:

• Play-In Period: March 1-14 
• Bracket Announcements: March 15 
• First Round: March 19 
• Second Round: March 21 
• Third Round: March 26 
• Quarterfinals: March 28 
• Semifinals: April 4

Tournament Structure

We’re running four separate brackets:

1. Top Combined Purchases & Sales (1-64)
2. Top Combined Purchases & Sales (65-128)
3. Top Combined Purchases & Sales (129-192)
4. Random Draw Bracket 

During the Play-In period, participants are ranked based on total qualifying combined purchases and sales. The top 192 members will be seeded into one of the three Top Combined brackets according to their rank.

Everyone else still has a path to compete.

Any member who completes at least one qualifying purchase or sale during the Play-In is eligible for selection into the Random Draw Bracket. Members seeded into any of the Top Combined brackets are not eligible for the Random Draw.

Top performers and Random Draw participants will not compete against each other. Each tier advances within its own bracket.

Step 1: The Play-In (March 1-14)

Your buying and selling activity during this period determines:

Step 2: FREE Seller Promotions

From March 1 through April 6, we’re rolling out FREE seller promotions to help you sell more and compete stronger. 

Why set them up in advance? 

• You’re eligible from Day 1 
• You maximize Play-In momentum 
• You increase your chances of earning a seed 
• You’re prepared when traffic spikes during matchups 

Sellers: Don’t wait until March 1, set up your promotions now! 

Step 3: Head-to-Head Matchups

Once brackets are revealed on March 15, the real competition begins.

Each round features a one-day, winner-take-all matchup aligned with the tournament schedule.

On your assigned day, you go head-to-head.

Winners advance based on their total qualifying combined sales and purchase value for that matchup day (subject to eligibility rules).

When the day ends, the higher combined total moves on.

Win and advance. Lose and you’re out.

Champions are crowned April 6.

What Counts

• Only sales and outright purchases on COMC.com qualify.

COMC continues to see strong growth in both marketplace activity and seller participation. More collectors are choosing COMC, and more sellers are trusting us with their inventory. This growth reflects the strength of our platform and the passion of the collecting community.

Growth, however, brings complexity.

As transaction volumes increase, the demands on operations, fulfillment, and customer support expand as well. Scaling systems, processes, and teams to support sustained growth requires continuous adjustment and investment. In certain areas, those transitions created strain on specific workflows, which contributed to extended service timelines.

This context does not change our standards. Our focus remains on delivering the consistent, reliable experience our community expects.

Operational Improvements

COMC has been actively investing in strengthening the foundation of the business. We are expanding automation, streamlining workflows, and implementing structural improvements designed to increase throughput, reduce cycle times, and improve overall service reliability. These efforts are centered on building a platform that supports both present demand and long-term growth.

As part of these efforts, we have recently consolidated our Washington operations into a single location. Bringing teams and workflows together strengthens coordination and improves efficiency. It has only been a couple weeks since we completed this transition. We have already worked through some hiccups and are now starting to see some of the benefits of being under one roof.

Operational transformation at scale is complex. While many improvements are already delivering measurable benefits, others require stabilization and refinement over time.

The security and integrity of our customers’ items remain a core and uncompromised priority.

As part of a long-term effort to improve how quickly and efficiently cards move through COMC, the destination address for COMC Mailbox submissions has changed. Cards that were previously sent to our Redmond, WA location should now be sent to our Algona, WA facility. The new mailing address is listed on our COMC Mailbox page. If you have previously saved the address in your PayPal account, please be sure to update it there as well. 

Why the Change?

Over the past several years, COMC has been working toward a long-term goal: consolidating all of our operations into a single, centralized location. We’re excited to share that this plan is now fully realized at our Algona facility, which, at 200,000 square feet, is the largest card warehouse in the hobby. 

For the first time, all COMC operational teams are working together under one roof. This allows us to reduce internal transit time for cards, streamline workflows, and improve overall efficiency across the board. 

What This Means for Customers

This consolidation is a positive step for both COMC and our customers. By eliminating unnecessary movement between facilities and taking full advantage of our large, purpose-built Algona warehouse, we’re able to: 

• Reduce time in transit once cards arrive 

• Improve consistency and reliability in processing 

• Continue scaling the COMC Mailbox service more effectively 

Because our Algona facility is located close to our previous operations, customers should not see any changes to shipping rates based on distance.

1. Ending Support for Store Credit Purchases by Mail

To better protect our customers and streamline our payment process, we will no longer accept mailed payments for COMC Store Credit after January 9, 2026. 

Why We’re Making This Change 

Processing personal checks, money orders, and cash sent by mail requires significant manual effort and often delays the availability of funds. There’s also an increased risk of mail delays or other delivery issues. By discontinuing these methods, we can focus on faster, more secure, and more reliable online payment options. 

Easier, Faster Ways to Add Store Credit 

You can continue to purchase COMC Store Credit quickly and securely using these methods: 

• Credit or debit card 

• PayPal 

These payment methods ensure that your Store Credit is added to your account almost instantly—no waiting for mail delivery or funds to clear.

2. Update to Our Due-Date Guarantee Policy for Non-Catalog Listings 

Effective today, November 10, 2025, we are updating our due-date guarantees to improve accuracy and efficiency in our cataloging process. 

What’s Changing 

We will no longer guarantee due dates for certain items that require research-heavy catalog work: 

• Modern items: If the set is not in the COMC catalog at the time your consignment arrives and the item is more than two years old, we cannot guarantee a due date. 

• Vintage items: If the specific listing is not in the COMC catalog at the time your consignment arrives, we cannot guarantee a due date—regardless of whether the set is known. 

Why We’re Making This Change 

Some items—especially vintage or non-English releases—require extensive research to accurately identify the exact release and checklist. By removing due-date guarantees for these rare cases, our Identification & Catalog team can plan research work more strategically. This improves accuracy and helps keep turnaround times reliable and consistent for the vast majority of submissions. 

Our intention is still to identify these cards in a timely manner, but this change gives us more flexibility in how we schedule and prioritize research across orders. It also helps us keep our ingestion services efficient and cost-effective for everyone. 

As always, Elite and Select submissions will continue to receive the highest prioritization even for obscure or hard-to-identify items, so customers can enjoy the fastest and most predictable turnaround times possible.

• Direct-to-Cash Auctions – Submit directly at checkout, cards are listed on eBay within 2 weeks. You’ll receive a cash payout after the sale based on final price (92–95%). Auctions will start at $9.99 and a $5 fee per item listing fee is applied post-sale if the sale price is below $1,000. You must configure your cash-out preferences at the time of submission. 

For items already in your COMC inventory:

• Cash eBay Auctions – Same payout structure as Direct-to-Cash. 

• Store Credit eBay Auctions – A simple way to turn sales into COMC credit, with just a 4% fee (minimum $0.99) – basically replacing our no-minimum auctions 

What’s Staying 

• Direct-to-Auction (Promoted Events) – Still available for marquee eBay events at 5% with $5 minimum. 

• Live Auctions – No changes here, still 5% with $2 minimum. 

What’s Retiring 

The old Standard 7-Day and No-Minimum auctions have been retired. They’ve been replaced with the updated Cash and Store Credit eBay Auctions, giving you more direct and transparent options.

• Why it fits: You’re working through a collection you picked up or cleaning out your PC of prior-year inserts and autos. You’re excited to monetize your cards in a price-conscious way, or trade bulk for your grail, without the pressure of being time sensitive. Standard is the most cost-effective option.

• Direct-to-Grading: Submit directly for grading with a 1 week turnaround. No fees are charged at deposit, grading fees are billed after return. 

• Mailbox: Buy cards online and ship them straight to COMC. Mailbox has a 2-week turnaround with a $2 per-package fee.

• If you want speed and/or have cards $100+, choose Elite

This decision comes as SGC is discontinuing all discounted grading partnerships, including ours, and implementing changes to their submission policies and procedures. These adjustments make it no longer feasible for COMC to continue offering SGC group grading in a way that aligns with our commitment to providing value and convenience to our community.

2025 TCG Auction Event Runs July 13th – July 20th, 2025!

Here is everything you need to know about submitting and transferring gaming cards to our TCG Auction Event! Our auction fees and listing standards are not changed. All auctions run for 7 days and start at $0.99 with no reserve price. Please note our auction fee is 3.5% of the auction sale price. Auctions have a minimum auction fee of $3.50 per card and a maximum auction fee $35 per card.

Domestic Mail-In Submissions must be received by June 27th, 2025.

Mail-In Submissions to our Canadian office must be received by June 13th, 2025.

Transfers to Auction must be submitted by July 6th, 2025.

Effective today (May 29):

• For 7-day Auctions, the fee will increase from 3.5% to 5%, with a minimum of $5 and no maximum.
• For COMC’s Live Auctions, which are hosted on the eBay Live platform, the current fee of $0.99 + 5% will remain in place, but we are adding a minimum transaction fee of $2.

Today’s changes do not impact fees associated with No-Minimum Fee Auctions, which remain at $0.99 to list and 5% of the transaction fee.

Additionally, any items submitted for auction prior to today or those currently in the process of being transferred to COMC’s Soccer Kick-off Auction Event (June 8–15) will be grandfathered under the old fees.

Even with COMC growing and business booming for our sellers, we aren’t immune to the rising costs of shipping and supplies that you’ve been hearing about each night on the news.  

Given these larger macroeconomic pressures, we have no choice but to make some adjustments: 

Effective today (May 27):  

• The price to ship cards in top loaders has increased from $0.35 to $0.50. 

• COMC has introduced a new Standard shipping option that has slightly increased per-item fees, but provides faster overall processing times of 7-10 days. Our Economy service has been replaced by a new Bulk service, a high-capacity option ideal for larger orders containing 50 or more cards. Visit our Shipping Services & Fees page for service times & fees associated with each tier. 

• For Rushed shipping, the cost has increased to $8.99 plus $1.00 per additional item. 

• For any multi-card purchases on eBay, COMC has raised the additional item fee from $0.50 to $1.00. 

Please note that, if you already have a shipment in progress, you will not be able to make changes to the shipping methods originally selected. We will honor the shipping methods and fees for orders placed prior to this change.

Today’s sophisticated trading card market requires a specific grading scale. SGC uses a scale which eliminates the grades known as “tweeners”: no grading scale is more accurate or consistent. Many industry experts agree that accurate grades mean more accurate prices for your trading cards!

Upon arrival at SGC, all items are authenticated by their team. Cards are then graded using the SGC Grading Scale and encapsulated in SGC’s tamper-evident holder. Grading will start at just $16 per card with a 6 week turnaround!

This service is available for both sports cards and non-sports cards (including TCG’s). Please note: SGC’s standard value-based upcharges will apply for all cards manufactured 2000 and before valued $3,500 and up.

Breaking News! We’re bringing back our No-Minimum Auction feature for a limited time. Act now and get your cards sent to auction before the open auction spots get claimed!

To use the No-Minimum Auction feature, all you have to do is send items to auction as you normally would, via the drop-down menu in your Inventory Manager. With No-Minimum Auction Fee submissions you will no longer need to pay the $3.50 minimum auction fee! Listing your items for auction ONLY costs $0.99 each plus 5% of the realized sale price.

With No-Minimum Auctions, the listing time for your cards decreases from roughly a week to a couple of days. Your cards will start at $0.99, and run for 7 days and operate just like Standard COMC/eBay auctions. Spots are limited, so act now!

• All cards in your inventory are eligible to list at auction (Not just Elite!)
• No minimum Auction Fee (regularly $3.50 minimum)
• $0.99 to submit, 5% transaction fee. Auctions run for 7 days

COMC Fresh Pulls eligibility requirements

• Newly released cards can be included in Mailbox, Elite, or Select submissions.
• Eligible items do not need to be separated when submitting with other cards. The discount will automatically apply for each qualifying card.
• Cards must be received at COMC within 90 days of the hobby releases date to qualify for a discount.
• Eligible sets will change as we see new releases in the hobby.
• Regularly added continuation sets are NOT eligible for the discount (Project 70, Living Set, Topps Now, etc.)

How is the discount applied?

• Select normally $1.00 – now $0.50
• Elite normally $2.00 – now $1.00. There are no additional fees for standard-sized graded cards.
• The 50% discount applies to the per-item fee and graded, encased, and oversized fees. For example, a Select oversized would normally be $4 ($1 per item + $3 oversized fee). Now a newly released Select oversized card would be just $2.
• The discount does not apply to the Mailbox package fee, toploader removal fee, or the missing/incorrect paperwork fee.

As part of this event, COMC Auctions will be featured on eBay’s homepage from September 30th through October 6th. This promotion is the ideal opportunity to increase the visibility of your graded auction consignments!

Cards submitted to auction via COMC will receive a maximized number of views throughout the auction event. Below you’ll find all the information you need to get started, and even if you’re new to COMC, there’s still time to register for a free account!

COMC users have multiple options for submitting cards. Whether you already have cards consigned with us to submit to auction, or you are considering sending cards to COMC specifically for this event, details and key dates are listed below.

Please note, the graded trading cards you wish to submit MUST be encapsulated by one of our supported trading card companies. Please review our Supported Grading Companies list here. Items graded by companies that are not supported will not be able to be listed for sale in any format.

Mail-In Submissions

Both domestically and internationally shipped cards must be received at COMC’s Redmond, WA location by the end of the day on 9/13/2024 to be included in the promotion.

Items sent to our Canada office must be received by 9/6/2024 to be included in the promotion.

Items must be received at COMC by 9/13 to be eligible for this event.

To create a new mail-in auction submission, follow these simple steps:

Elite-Item Transfer deadlines apply only to items already processed through our Elite consignment service.

Items must be transferred to auction by 9/23 to be eligible for this event.

If you already have COMC Elite graded cards in your COMC Inventory Manager, you can send them to auction in just a few clicks! You must transfer them to auction by the end of the day on 9/23/2023 and select the 2024 Graded Card Auction Event option when transferring your items to auction.

Click on the Actions button for a given item in your inventory and then select Send to Auction to begin the auction transfer process.

Then select 2024 Graded Card Auction Event for the eBay auction service.

After transferring your cards to auction, they are moved from your Inventory Manager to the Grading Submissions page in your COMC account. Once one of your auctions is scheduled, you can monitor it via the Auction History page.

Only items already processed through our Elite consignment service may be transferred to our COMC/eBay Graded Card Auction Event. If you’d like to reprocess an item as Elite in order for it to be included in this promotion, you must submit it for Elite reprocessing by the end of the day on 9/16/2024.

Items must be submitted for Elite reprocessing by 9/16 to be eligible for this event.

Important Auction Reminders

As you consider participating in this exciting auction event, there are a few key reminders we’d like to share:

• The minimum fee per auction, regardless of the final sale price, is $3.50. We do not recommend submitting cards to auction that will not reach a final sale price of $35 or more.
• There are no cancellations once we receive your auction submissions.
• Only Graded cards are eligible for this specific auction event.
• Please remember all cards submitted will START during the Sept. 30-Oct. 6th auction window.
