Hi there, My wife Barbara and I will be in Ostuni from 5th to 10th January 2027. We are interested in buying property in Ostuni to avail of the 7% tax rate. Perhaps you could show us a couple of properties in town (not too many steps as we are not young) and some villas within 7Km of the Old Town. Must haves are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Nice to have would be on site parking. We would like a turnkey recently renovated property. Our budget would be 400 to 500K and perhaps a little more for the right property. Perhaps the 6th, 7th or 8th would be best for us for viewing. Many thanks.

Hello,
I am very interested in the Stunning Villa with Sea View in Ostuni Hills, listed at €450,000 (Property ID RH-27151).
The property looks beautiful, particularly the setting, land, sea views and private chapel.
Could you please let me know if the property is still available?
I would also be grateful if you could confirm:
* The exact location of the property
* Whether the villa is currently fully habitable and if any significant works are required
* Whether there are any planning or legal restrictions affecting the property or land
* Whether permission for the swimming pool has already been discussed or obtained?
I should mention that ideally I would like to keep my purchase price at around €350,000. I appreciate that this is below the current asking price, but if the owners would be willing to consider an offer in this region, I am in a position to move incredibly quickly.
If this is a price level the owners may be willing to consider, I would very much like to arrange a viewing as soon as possible.
We are actively looking for a family property in Italy and this one has particularly caught my attention.

We are currently in Puglia and wondered whether it would be possible to view the property / Trulli near Fasano?
We leave on Tuesday.
