High temperature extruder
The Creatbot F430 is equipped with two extruders. One print unit heats up to 260°C and is used for printing PLA, ABS, TPU PC, PA, PA CF plastics. The second extruder can be heated up to 420°C, which makes it possible to work with refractory polymers PEEK and ULTEM.

GDP is similar in principle to FDM systems, but with GDP a nozzle extrudes a liquid photosensitive material which is cured by UV lamps above the printheads. Thus, layering and curing occurs very quickly. Due to the curing speed of the Massivit1800 printer, there is no need to use supports for horizontal surfaces, which saves material and time and was not previously possible with similar 3D printing technologies.

The outstanding advantage of the Massivit1800 3D printer is the presence of two independent print heads, so that two different products or two parts of the same object can be printed simultaneously within the workspace, allowing you to create shapes over 3 meters in size for subsequent bonding.

For Andrytz Hydro we printed the blades of wind turbines and fish (The size of turbines 1,5m, 2,5m, 3,5m, 12 fish of size from 25cm to 50cm, time of printing all elements 3 days, preparation of the surface and painting 5 days)


Also we printed on Massivit blades for stand Rainmaker.

For the Global Hymalayan Expedition booth we created a 4×1 m model of the Himalayan Mountains. We completed this job in five weeks, of which a week was spent printing, two weeks on filling with two-part polyurethane, gluing, sanding, puttying, and another two weeks on painstakingly painting the mountain massif. We printed the structures in plaster on a Projet660.

]]>The Israeli firm has swiftly developed a successful business that serves the market of large-format 3D printing by introducing ever-larger printing machines.
