New year should bring with it new inspiration for new ideas. I am still working on my rewrite for Red Summer and really looking forward to it. Although learning new writing programs is a major pain I must push through. I am also determined to try new festivals to strengthen my confidence. It has helped to get out there, forcing me to talk more about myself. This is a major hiccup in my character. I hate talking about myself. Writing it out is one thing, making my mouth form words to describe my mood, my likes or my art is difficult. But I have fun at the festivals…

Never did a pre-sale of any of my books as I can recall, but it seemed helpful this time around. It allowed me to format and publish my next novella and put it on hold for a while. The final novella is completed and waiting for its cover. Once that’s done I can put it on pre-sale as well for a much later date.

Still debating on joining all three books later on …. hmmm…..

Aloyce’s father left her half an antique amulet he found in a pawn shop the year he died. Her imagination made the loss easier to deal with, until she met Kori. The owner of the other half. Kori hadn’t planned to fall for Aloyce, but he did. So when he put the amulet together in order to prove his uncle wrong about it’s supposed ‘magical properties’ he wasn’t ready for the heart wrenching adventure he and Aloyce would be forced on. Spirited away to the future; neither were ready for what was in store. Stuck in a new world, both Aloyce and Kori must navigate their way through this new reality in order to survive.

The Amulet is in the final edits! My new trilogy will be ready for beta readers soon! I’m excited! This story has been knocking around in my skull for about two decades! But it doesn’t end here! Can’t wait to get started on the next stories.

I’m in the last chapter of my time-slip trilogy! I’m so excited! I’ve saved up enough for editing and I can’t wait to finish! But I can’t rush it too much. HOE and all in mind but it’s got to be worded right.The first and second covers are complete, the third hit a snag and has to be revised. I’m not sure on exactly how I’m going to release the books, but I’m debating on two ways. Release the second and third two months after each other and then a fourth ‘complete collection‘ sometime in the middle of 2021. So you have a choice how to read it. In installments or all at once. Still debating. But I’m proud to have accomplished my goal of complete a series before the end of the year!
