Can freezer jam be any easier? Yes!

I had the good fortune of picking up 8 lb. flats of strawberries for just $5.00 each (I know! Can you believe it?!), so I tried a new product for easy freezer jam. It was SO EASY, you’d almost have to call it “Freezer Jam for Dummies.” I’m not opposed to dumbing down kitchen tasks if the results don’t disappoint! Cornaby’s Jam in a Jiffy is well-named, and delivers great results! Simply mash and measure your choice of fruit, and combine with one bag of Jam in a Jiffy. Stir. Then pour into jars. I told you it was easy! Freezer jam is a snap with a box of MCP too, but I may never go back to measuring sugar for freezer jam again. I love the speed of this product, so I had to post about it.

Here are a few more details on Cornaby’s Jam in a Jiffy:
Just add dry mix to 2 lbs. of crushed fruit and stir.
Let sit for 1 minute, stir again, and it’s ready to freeze.
Jam in a Jiffy is a low-sugar mix and works well with any variety of fresh or frozen soft fruit.
Gluten free.
