So, I grew up in western Maryland. *pauses to duck any incoming tomatoes* No shade. And I was completely oblivious to this because I didn’t generally travel that far south. But I wound up in Chicago as an adult where I see that people have OPINIONS about hot dog condiments, which to me is an endless source of amusement. And I do love a good Chicago-style hot dog. And seeing that I grew up in an unhealthy number of borders surrounding it, I find conversations around culture and edges fascinating.

Thank for you for this edification. I don’t know if I can, but I’d like to get down there and try one of these sometime.
