As assistant store manager at Kundinger’s Green Bay store, Teel will process orders and provide hands-on support for products and production. She brings seven years of experience working with diesel trucks and hydraulic systems to the Kundinger team. 

As a manufacturing service technician, Lash will assist in the planning, layout, and execution of new industrial control panel orders. He will also perform routine field service calls related to gas detection. Lash’s previous experience includes working in panel shops and on location for customers.

As Green Bay’s assistant store manager, Roovers will have a pivotal role in overseeing inventory management, creating hose assemblies, driving retail performance and fostering strong customer relationships. While most facilities have moved past the “run-to-failure” mentality, relying solely on calendar-based preventative maintenance is often no longer sufficient. To achieve true operational excellence, maintenance professionals must bridge the gap between static schedules and dynamic, real-time asset health. This requires a blend of predictive maintenance, condition monitoring, strategic human expertise and well-managed industrial warehousing, all working together to move from checking the box to data-driven precision.

The Limitations of Calendar-Based Maintenance

Preventative maintenance has long been the industry standard. It relies on the assumption that equipment failure is directly related to age or operating hours.
