12/10/2027 - OMB Christmas Party

Come celebrate with us! The night will include Christmas cocktails, a plated dinner, a photo booth, awards and installation, and more. After the program, stick around for the After Party! Snacks, cocktails and dancing will ensue as we celebrate the end of our year and prepare to ring in 2028!

Price includes a plated dinner and drink ticket for the main event, and a ticket to the after party. Tickets will go on sale in the Fall of 2027. Stay tuned for more info! Questions? Contact Brianna at brianna@omb.org.

10/28/2027 - Tour of Homes Awards "Happy Hour"

Join us for happy hour as we celebrate the success of the 2027 Tour of Homes!
The night will include a cocktail hour with light appetizers and a no-host bar, a chance to view all the beautiful projects that were on this year's Tour, and a short awards ceremony where we reveal the People's Choice and Judges' Choice Awards for 2027.

Registration will open in the summer of 2027.

Attention BUILDERS!! This is the perfect opportunity to showcase YOUR Craftsmanship to the Public! There is no better way to market your work to the community!!

We accept the following projects:
    - New Construction and Remodels (anything from single room to whole house!)
    - Residential and Commercial projects

* We also accept projects within the last few years, so the project does not need to be built or remodeled the same year of the Tour!*

INFORMATION FOR THE GENERAL PUBLIC
The Tour of Homes is a free community event that showcases the finest craftsmanship throughout our region. Step inside stunning homes, experience the latest in design, and connect with the expert builders and remodelers who bring it all to life. The Tour is a self-guided event, where you may visit any of the projects in the order that you choose.

The week of the event, we will release our “Tour of Homes Guide”, complete with project addresses and directions, details of each home, and a map to help guide you along the way. The Tour Guide will be available online, and we will also have printed copies available to pick up at our Main and Silver sponsor locations, OMB, and at the office of our Map Sponsor.

Whether you’re gathering home improvement ideas, adding to your decorating or landscaping wish-lists, or looking for a contractor to build or revamp your dream home, the Tour of Homes will be a great resource for you – so come visit us on September 18th and 19th!

06/11/2027 - OMB Education Foundation Auction

ABOUT THE AUCTION

Our annual Auction is the biggest fundraiser for the Education Foundation. In addition to enjoying a delicious plated dinner & cocktails, our guests get the opportunity to participate in both a Silent and Live Auction, as well as fun raffles and games throughout the evening. Funds raised through merchandise and raffle sales help support the operating costs of the Foundation, including the programs listed above. During the Live Auction, we also conduct a paddle raise, where 100% of the proceeds go to our Scholarship program.

ABOUT THE OMB EDUCATION FOUNDATION

The Foundation is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, formed in 2016, dedicated to educate, foster and stimulate interest in the construction industry.

Since it’s inception,the Foundation has awarded $128,100 in scholarships to students pursuing continuing education in our industry.
The Foundation has partenered with South Puget Sound Community College (SPSCC) to launch a Residential Construction Academy at SPSCC and it has been a huge success - changing lives and strengthening local workforces in our industry!
- The program offers hands-on experience and industry certified curriculum.
- Most of last year's graduating students have already been hired!
