We had to travel to Driffield for it, as locally you had to have a BOGOF with the flu jab, which she'd already had. Just paid to park when she got a text to say it was cancelled. As we were already there we went to the vac centre , and they said there is a needle shortage but they had a few for people who still turned up, so she got te jab there and then. Apparently i'm too young and healthy for a jab.

Celia , free because of Asthma. I had to pay when I booked mine with Boots, they used to take payment at the appointment but they have got wise to the government changing payment rules late in the day. The pharmacist actually had the needle in its little packet in her hand when she told me I know qualified for a free one )which I knew) , but I would have to cancel the appointment and rebook for a month's time, which I think is too late .
Celia had her Covid booster last week as Coeliacs are on the priority list. I get mine next week in the over 50 cohort.
