]]>Conservatory Roof Refurb
An ageing conservatory roof was leaking and making the room in-habitable due to the poor climate control of the existing polycarbonate roof.
Here we’ve stripped the roof back and re-built creating a timber warm roof construction. Made up of timber joists, 18mm OSB, VCL,150mm PIR insulation, Sikaplan PVC single ply membrane, Titan flat glass rooflight and plaster-board inside ready for skimming.
Ultimately this will allow the room to be used all year round whilst being 100% watertight.
Please get in touch if you would like more info on how we could transform your conservatory into a useable space once again.

]]>Fatra PVC Single Ply Garage Roof & Garage Door Replacement
Although completing big m2 projects are rewarding, completing domestic works is the foundations C&G have been built on.
As you can you see this garage roof required a full rebuild whilst also allowing for a level facade on the front.
Here we installed @fatrauk PVC single ply membrane and a @garadoruk garage door.
Being multi-faceted we can facilitate most improvement needs.
