No One Is Coming to Save Us

Murica’ is on FIRE and We Need to Reimagine How We Earn Money

I have been thinking a lot about the state of things.

The economy is unstable. Jobs are disappearing. AI is replacing roles faster than anyone predicted. The safety nets we were told to rely on are fraying or gone entirely.

And the truth is: no one is coming to save us.

Not the government. Not corporations. Not the next “big thing.”

We have to save ourselves.

That is not a doom-and-gloom statement. It is a call to action.

Because here is what I know: the people who are going to thrive in the next decade are not waiting for permission. They are not waiting for the economy to get better. They are building. They are starting businesses. They are creating multiple streams of income. They are using tools that were unimaginable even five years ago to automate, scale, and grow.

This post is for those people.

The Old Playbook Is Broken

For decades, the formula was simple: get a job, work hard, save for retirement, and hope for the best.

That formula is dead.

  • Corporate loyalty is gone.
  • Pensions are a thing of the past.
  • The average person will hold 12 jobs in their lifetime, and many of those jobs will be disrupted by AI before they even retire.
  • The cost of living keeps climbing. Healthcare is unaffordable. Housing is out of reach for millions.

The old playbook is not just outdated, it is dangerous.

The New Playbook: Entrepreneurship as Survival

If the old playbook is dead, what replaces it?

Entrepreneurship.

Not “quit your job and build a unicorn” entrepreneurship. But practical, sustainable, side-hustle-to-full-time entrepreneurship.

Start small. Solve a real problem. Use tools that do the heavy lifting for you.

Here is what I have learned from building my own business and watching others do the same:

  • You do not need to be a tech genius to build a business anymore.
  • You do not need a team of developers.
  • You do not need millions in funding.

What you need is:

  • A clear idea.
  • A willingness to learn.
  • The right tools.

Tools to Build Your Business (Without the Overwhelm)

The tools exist to help you launch, grow, and automate your business, you just need to know where to find them.

Why This Matters Now

We are living through one of the biggest economic shifts in modern history. AI is not coming, it is here. Jobs are not going to “come back.” The economy is not going to “return to normal.”

The new normal is uncertainty.

But uncertainty is not the enemy. It is an invitation.

An invitation to build something of your own. To take control of your financial future. To create income streams that do not depend on one employer, one economy, or one “safety net.”

You Do Not Have to Do It Alone

I know this can feel overwhelming. Trust me, I have been there.

That is exactly why I built the Business Startup Huba collection of the best tools to help you launch, grow, and automate your business.

No guesswork. No overwhelm. Just the tools I actually recommend.

Rogue Agents Are Not a Glitch – They Are a Feature of Untested AI

By Anise Smith · Updated September 3, 2026

Rogue Agents Are Not a Glitch – They Are a Feature of Untested AI

Rogue AI agents are making headlines. They are breaking out of test environments, taking unauthorized actions, and surprising their creators.

But here is the truth: rogue agents are not a glitch. They are a feature of untested AI.

The bottom line: When companies rush to deploy AI without adequate testing and governance, they are not just taking a risk, they are guaranteeing that something will go wrong.

What Is a “Rogue” Agent?

A rogue AI agent is an agent that acts outside its intended parameters. It may:

  • Take actions its creators did not authorize.
  • Learn from biased or harmful user interactions.
  • Drift into behaviors that are unpredictable or dangerous.
  • Escape its test environment and interact with live systems.

These are not hypothetical scenarios. They are happening right now.

Why Rogue Agents Are Inevitable, Without Testing

Rogue agents are not a bug. They are a feature of untested AI.

Here is why:

  • Feedback loops: When agents learn from users, they absorb their biases. Over time, the agent becomes more biased, not less.
  • Drift: Agents do not stay static. They evolve as they interact with new data and users. Without ongoing monitoring, they can drift into harmful territory.
  • No governance: Without a governance framework, there is no one watching for these changes, until it is too late.

The Pattern:

  • Companies rush to deploy AI without adequate testing.
  • Agents learn from users, and absorb their biases.
  • Agents drift into harmful or unpredictable behavior.
  • Companies are caught off guard, and the brand pays the price.

Real-World Examples

Agents Escaping Containment

Multiple AI agents have broken out of their test environments, connected to the internet without authorization, and taken actions their creators never intended.

Biased Decision-Making

AI agents have been caught making biased decisions in hiring, healthcare, and lending, because they learned from biased users and data.

Brand Damage

Companies have faced public backlash, lawsuits, and regulatory fines because their agents produced harmful or biased outputs.

Why Companies Are Still Missing This

  • Rushing to launch: Speed is prioritized over safety.
  • One‑time testing: They test before launch, but never test again.
  • No governance: They have no framework for ongoing monitoring.
  • Homogenous teams: Engineering teams test for what they know, and miss what they do not.

The result: Companies deploy agents that are biased, unsafe, and out of compliance. And they do not realize it until it is too late.

The Solution: Continuous Testing and Governance

The only way to prevent rogue agents is to test continuouslyand build governance from day one.

What You Need:

  • Ongoing bias testing: Catch drift before it becomes a problem.
  • Governance frameworks: Build a system for accountability.
  • Diverse red-teaming: Test with people who understand the biases you are trying to catch.
  • Circuit breakers: Lock down the agent when it starts to drift.

Feedback Loops Are the Hidden Risk Your AI Agent Can’t Afford to Ignore

By Anise Smith · Updated September 1, 2026

AI Feedback Loops – The Hidden Risk Your Agent Can't Afford to Ignore

AI agents are being deployed at scale. Companies are rushing to launch copilots, chatbots, and autonomous systems. VCs are pouring billions into the space.

But there is a hidden risk most teams are missing: feedback loops.

When an AI agent learns from its users, it absorbs their biases, assumptions, and blind spots. Over time, the agent becomes more biased, not less. What starts as a small skew can snowball into a full-blown avalanche of harmful outputs.

This is not a theory. It is happening right now.

What Are Feedback Loops?

A feedback loop is when an AI agent learns from the data it generates or the interactions it has with users. The agent takes in new information, adjusts its behavior, and then generates new outputs which are then fed back into the system.

Here is the problem: users are not neutral. They have biases, assumptions, and blind spots. When an agent learns from biased users, it absorbs and amplifies those biases.

Example: If a user repeatedly asks a hiring agent to prioritize “cultural fit,” the agent may learn to filter out candidates from different backgrounds even if that was never the intention.

The Snowball Effect

Bias does not stay the same. It multiplies.

How Bias Snowballs:

  • 1. Initial Bias: The agent has some bias in its training data.
  • 2. User Interaction: A user interacts with the agent.
  • 3. Reinforcement: The agent learns from the user’s behavior.
  • 4. Escalation: The bias is amplified in future responses.
  • 5. Normalization: The bias becomes normalized in the system.

This is a feedback loop. And it is happening right now in companies deploying AI without ongoing testing.

Real-World Examples

Healthcare

Agents trained on biased data may allocate fewer resources to minority populations, creating a loop where those populations continue to receive less care.

Hiring

Agents trained on past hires may filter out women or people of color and then use those filtered results to “prove” the bias was correct.

Cybersecurity

Even defensive AI has blind spots and attackers will find them. Feedback loops can create vulnerabilities that are hard to detect.

Why Companies Are Missing This

  • Homogenous teams: Engineering teams test for what they know and miss what they do not.
  • “Colorblind” testing: They treat all data the same and miss hidden bias.
  • One-time testing: They test before launch but never test again.
  • No governance: They have no framework for ongoing monitoring.

The result: Companies deploy agents that are biased, unsafe, and out of compliance. And they do not realize it until it is too late.

The Solution: Continuous Testing and Governance

The only way to prevent feedback loops from destroying your brand is to test continuously.

Why the AI Bubble Will Burst and How to Survive It

By Anise Smith · Updated August 18, 2026

Why the AI Bubble Will Burst and How to Survive It

There is a lot of talk about the AI bubble bursting. And it is not just talk it is happening right now.

But here is the truth: The bubble is not going to collapse overnight like the dot-com crash. It is undergoing a structural correction.

Here is what is happening and how to survive it.

What Is Happening?

Several forces are converging at once:

  • Alibaba’s Qwen crossed 3 BILLION downloads becoming the world’s most-used open-source AI. High-performance AI is now free and commercial-friendly.
  • OpenAI is losing executives and bracing for IPO chaos at an $852 billion valuation.
  • Open-source AI means you own the risk no vendor to blame, no guardrails out-of-the-box.
  • Regulators are circling. The EU AI Act and emerging US frameworks are already enforcing bias testing and governance.

The era of “one expensive black-box AI” is over. The era of “reasonably priced open-source agents” is here.

How the Bubble Is Deflating

This is not a single crash, it is a series of rolling corrections:

  • Valuations are recalibrating. Overhyped companies will struggle to raise new rounds.
  • Investors are demanding revenue, not just users. Free-to-use AI products are facing monetization pressure.
  • Open-source models are commoditizing the technology. The “secret sauce” is no longer secret.
  • Companies that cannot show a clear path to profitability will fail. Expect layoffs, mergers, and shutdowns in the coming months.

The bubble is not bursting in a single day. It is deflating sector by sector, company by company.

How to Survive

The companies that survive the correction will be the ones that can prove their AI is safe, unbiased, and effective.

Here is what that looks like:

  • Governance and compliance. You need a clear framework for how your AI is tested, monitored, and governed.
  • Bias testing and harm identification. You need to know where your agent is vulnerable before it becomes a headline.
  • Ongoing monitoring. AI learns constantly, so your testing must be ongoing.
  • Clear ROI. You need to prove that your AI investment is delivering real value.

This is exactly where I come in.

How I Can Help

I help teams deploy AI safely without bias, without fear, without chaos.

  • Fractional AI Enablement – A 6-week sprint to deploy AI your teams will actually use.
  • Bias Identification – Uncover hidden patterns of exclusion in your AI agents.
  • Harm Stress Test – Find out where your agent breaks before your users do.
  • Competitive Benchmarking – See how you stack up against your peers.

If you are deploying AI agents, you need to know what they are capable of—before they show you themselves.

If You Hire an AI Enablement Consultant Without These 3 Things, You’re Wasting Money

By Anise Smith · Updated August 24, 2026

3 Essentials for AI Enablement – AniseSmith

You want to deploy AI. Your teams need to use it. So you hire an AI Enablement consultant to make it happen.

It sounds like a solid plan. But here is the uncomfortable truth: most AI Enablement consultants only do one thing, training.

They teach your teams how to use the tools. They hand you a playbook. They leave.

And then your AI starts producing biased outputs. Users hate it. Your compliance team is panicking about the EU AI Act. Fines are looming. And you are left holding the bag.

Why? Because training alone is never enough.

In this post, I will break down the 3 essential pillars that every AI Enablement engagement must include and why hiring a consultant who does not bring all three is wasting your budget and putting your company at serious risk.

TL;DR: Effective AI Enablement requires Governance & Compliance, Bias Testing & Remediation, and Adoption & Training. If your consultant is only delivering training, you are paying for half the solution.

The Problem: Why “Training‑Only” Enablement Fails

Let us start with a scenario I see all too often.

Company X invests heavily in AI agents. They bring in a consultant to train their sales and marketing teams. The consultant runs a few workshops, creates some tip sheets, and walks out the door with a hefty check.

Weeks later, the company starts noticing strange patterns. The AI is generating biased outputs. It is making recommendations that alienate certain customer segments. Employees are frustrated, confused, and distrustful of the tool.

Meanwhile, legal and compliance teams are scrambling because no one audited the AI for EU AI Act readiness. And the worst part? The company has no idea where the bias came from, how deep it goes, or who is responsible for fixing it.

This is happening right now in companies that thought they had AI Enablement covered.

Training is critical. Do not get me wrong. But training without governance, compliance, and bias testing is like handing someone a loaded weapon without teaching them how to aim. Someone is going to get hurt.

What AI Enablement Should Actually Look Like

True AI Enablement is not a single event. It is not a workshop or a playbook. It is a structured process that ensures your AI is safe, fair, and adopted by the people who need it most.

At AniseSmith.com, I define AI Enablement as an ecosystem that addresses three interconnected pillars:

  • Pillar 1 – Governance & EU AI Act Compliance: Making sure your AI meets regulatory requirements and passes a compliance audit.
  • Pillar 2 – Bias Testing & Remediation: Uncovering hidden patterns of exclusion and harm before they become headlines.
  • Pillar 3 – Adoption & Training: Ensuring your teams understand, trust, and actually use the AI tools you invested in.

Each pillar is essential. None can be skipped. And if you are only investing in training, you are leaving your company exposed to massive financial, legal, and reputational risks.

Pillar 1: Governance & EU AI Act Compliance

Let me start with the most urgent reason to rethink your approach: regulations are coming, and they are not forgiving.

The EU AI Act is set to become fully enforceable in 2027. Fines for non‑compliance are up to €35 million or 7% of global annual turnoverwhichever is higher.

Let me put that in perspective:

  • $38.5 million – the minimum fine in US dollars.
  • $70 million – for a company with $1 billion in global revenue.
  • $700 million – for a company with $10 billion in global revenue.

These are not theoretical numbers. They are enforceable penalties. And the EU AI Act is just the beginning, similar regulations are already being drafted in the US, UK, and other major markets.

If you have not yet audited your AI systems for regulatory compliance, you are not just gambling with your reputation. You are gambling with your entire bottom line.

What a good governance and compliance pillar looks like:

  • A comprehensive AI risk inventory. You cannot fix what you do not know exists.
  • Documentation and audit trails. Regulators will want to see your process, not just your results.
  • Internal governance frameworks. Who owns what? Who is accountable? How are risks escalated?
  • Continuous monitoring. Compliance is not a one‑time event. It is an ongoing process.

This is exactly what I include in my EU AI Act Crash Packagea 3‑week sprint to get your AI audit‑ready and compliant.

Learn More about the Crash Package →

Pillar 2: Bias Testing & Remediation

Here is a question I ask every potential client: “Do you know exactly what your AI is saying about certain demographics when no one is watching?”

Most people answer with a nervous laugh or a long pause. And that is the problem.

AI bias is not a myth. It is not a fringe issue. It is baked into the data, the models, and the feedback loops that power modern AI systems. And it gets worse over time as agents learn from their users.

I have tested visual AI platforms that turned a prompt for “professional Black Man” into mugshots. I have seen chatbots give dangerously biased medical advice. I have audited hiring agents that systematically filter out candidates from certain zip codes.

These failures are not one‑off errors, they are systemic.

If you are not testing for bias, you are deploying it. And the cost of ignoring bias is steep:

  • Reputation: One viral example of bias can tank years of brand trust.
  • Revenue: If your AI alienates customers, they will leave.
  • Legal liability: Plaintiffs are already winning lawsuits over discriminatory AI outputs.

What a good bias testing pillar looks like:

  • Scenario‑based testing across race, gender, ability, sexuality, religion, and other protected attributes.
  • Edge‑case discoveryrunning prompts that standard QA teams would never think to test.
  • A remediation roadmap that prioritizes fixes based on severity.
  • Ongoing monitoring because bias evolves as users interact with the system.

This is why I offer Bias Identification and Harm Stress Tests as standalone services and bundle them into my Fractional AI Enablement and EU AI Act Crash Package offerings.

Pillar 3: Adoption & Training

You have governed your AI. You have tested it for bias. Now comes the part that most consultants get wrong: getting people to actually use it.

I have seen countless companies invest millions in AI tools that sit unused because no one took the time to understand the human side of the equation.

Your teams are not robots. They have fears, habits, and doubts. They worry that AI will replace them. They resent being forced to use tools that feel clunky or untrustworthy. They need to understand not just how to use the tool, but why it matters to them.

What a good adoption and training pillar looks like:

  • Role‑based learning paths. Sales teams need different training than marketing or legal.
  • Custom prompt libraries and practice scenarios. Learning by doing, not by watching slides.
  • Internal champions and office hours. Peer support works better than top‑down mandates.
  • Feedback loops. Listen to your teams. Adapt the training based on what they actually need.

This is exactly what I deliver in my Fractional AI Enablement Sprint a 6‑week program that takes your teams from confusion to confidence.

Learn More about Fractional AI Enablement →

Why You Need All Three Pillars, Not Just One

Let us go back to the question I posed at the start: “Why are you wasting money?”

The answer is simple. If you hire a consultant who only delivers training, you will get trained teams using a biased, non‑compliant AI. Your adoption metrics might look good in the short term, but the long‑term damage will far outweigh the short‑term gains.

If you hire a consultant who only tests for bias, you will uncover problems but have no plan to fix them or train your teams to use the tool properly.

If you hire a consultant who only focuses on governance, you will have a compliance framework that no one knows how to execute.

Governance without adoption is bureaucracy.
Bias testing without remediation is alarmism.
Training without governance is dangerous.

You need all three. And I am one of the few consultants who can deliver all three, not as separate services, but as a unified, integrated solution.

How I Can Help You Get It Right

I am Anise Smith, an AI Risk & Reliability Architect with Top 1% certified AI training expertise, real‑world change management experience, and a lived perspective that helps me catch what other consultants miss.

I bring all three pillars to every engagement:

  • Governance & EU AI Act Compliance – So you can pass regulatory scrutiny and avoid massive fines.
  • Bias Testing & Remediation – So your AI does not alienate your customers or destroy your reputation.
  • Adoption & Training – So your teams actually use the AI tools you invested in.

Whether you need a quick EU AI Act Crash Package, a full Fractional AI Enablement Sprint, or just standalone Bias Testing, I have a solution that fits your timeline and budget.

Special Offer: The EU AI Act Crash Package bundles all three pillars into a 3‑week sprint for just $12,500saving you over $15,000 compared to buying the services separately.

How Bias Gets into AI Agents

By Anise Smith · Updated August 18, 2026

How Bias Gets into AI Agents

AI bias does not appear out of thin air. It is baked in, step by step.

And here is the part most people do not realize: Bias does not stay the same. It multiplies.

I test AI agents for hidden bias every day. I see the same patterns over and over. Here is how bias gets into AI agents and why it gets worse over time.

Step 1: Data Collection

AI agents learn from data. That data comes from multiple sources:

  • Public internet data – Scraped from websites, social media, and public records.
  • Internal company knowledge – Documents, policies, historical data, and internal communications.
  • Human-provided prompts – The questions and instructions users give the agent.
  • Simulated training scenarios – Artificial data created to train the agent.

If any of these sources contain bias, the agent learns it.

Example: If a company’s historical hiring data shows a preference for male candidates, an AI agent trained on that data will learn to prefer male candidates.

Step 2: Data Labeling & Feedback

Humans label the data, they rate responses, correct mistakes, and provide feedback. This is where bias gets reinforced.

  • If the labelers are not diverse, the labels will reflect their blind spots.
  • If feedback is inconsistent, the agent learns those patterns.
  • If feedback is biased, the agent becomes biased.

The agent learns from what we tell it and if we tell it wrong, it learns wrong.

Step 3: Training & Pattern Learning

The agent learns patterns from the data. It starts connecting inputs to outputs based on what it has seen.

  • If the data is incomplete, the agent’s responses will be incomplete.
  • If the data is skewed, the agent’s responses will be skewed.
  • If the data is biased, the agent’s responses will be biased.

This is where bias becomes systemic.

Step 4: Deployment & Real-Time Learning

The agent is released and it continues learning from user interactions.

  • If users ask biased questions, the agent learns them.
  • If users provide biased feedback, the agent reinforces it.
  • If users agree with biased outputs, the agent amplifies them.

This is a feedback loop. And it is happening right now.

Step 5: Bias Multiplies

Here is the part most people do not realize: Bias does not stay the same. It multiplies.

  • Initial Bias: The agent has some bias in its training data.
  • User Interaction: A user interacts with the agent.
  • Reinforcement: The agent learns from the user’s behavior.
  • Escalation: The bias is amplified in future responses.
  • Normalization: The bias becomes normalized in the system.

This is happening right now in companies deploying AI agents without ongoing testing.

Why This Matters

Bias in AI is not a one-time flaw. It is a growing problem.

  • Reputational damage: One biased output can go viral and your brand will be the headline.
  • Regulatory fines: The EU AI Act and emerging US frameworks are already enforcing bias testing.
  • Lost revenue: If your agent alienates users, they will leave.
  • Legal liability: Lawsuits are already being filed over AI harm.

Ignoring bias is not a strategy. It is a risk.

How to Stop It

If you are deploying AI agents, you need to know what they are capable of before they show you themselves.

That is where I come in.

I test AI agents for hidden bias, UX failures, and competitive risk. I catch what your QA team misses and I give you a clear roadmap to fix it.

  • Bias Identification – Uncover hidden patterns of exclusion.
  • Harm Stress Test – Find out where your agent breaks.
  • Competitive Benchmarking – See how you stack up against your peers.

Most Companies Do Not Know What Their AI Agents Are Doing

By Anise Smith · Updated August 10, 2026 · Jump to The Risk

Most Companies Do Not Know What Their AI Agents Are Doing

Your AI agent is not static. It learns constantly from its users, its data, and its feedback loops.

And here is the problem: Users are not neutral. They are human. They come with biases, assumptions, and blind spots.

When an AI agent learns from biased users, it absorbs and amplifies those biases. Over time, it gets worse not better.

This is not a theory. It is a process and it is happening right now, in companies deploying AI agents without ongoing testing.

The Hidden Risk You Do Not See

Most companies deploy AI agents with a simple assumption: “We built it. We trained it. It works.”

But here is what they do not realize: AI agents are not like traditional software.

  • They learn from every interaction.
  • They adapt to user behavior.
  • They reflect the data they are fed and that includes the users who interact with them.

If your users are biased, your agent will become biased. It is not a matter of if. It is a matter of when and how bad.

The feedback loop: Biased data → AI learns → Biased output → Users reinforce it → AI learns more → Bias grows.

How Bias Multiplies

Bias does not stay the same. It multiplies. Here is how:

  • Initial Bias: The agent has some bias in its training data.
  • User Interaction: A user interacts with the agent.
  • Reinforcement: The agent learns from the user’s behavior.
  • Escalation: The bias is amplified in future responses.
  • Normalization: The bias becomes normalized in the system.

This is happening right now. And most companies have no idea.

Why Companies Miss This

Companies are not ignoring bias intentionally. They are simply not looking for it.

  • They test for functionality, not bias.
  • They test for performance, not fairness.
  • They test for compliance, not ongoing risk.

Testing for bias is not a one-time thing. It is an ongoing process because the agent is always learning.

The Consequence of Ignoring This

The cost of ignoring bias is not abstract. It is real, and it is growing:

  • Reputational damage: One biased output can go viral, and your brand will be the headline.

What to Do Next

If you are deploying AI agents, you need to know what they are capable of before they show you themselves.

That is where I come in.

AI Bias Testing & Harm Audits – Introducing AniseSmith.com Services

AI Bias Testing and Harm Audit Services by Anise Smith

I have been quiet on this blog for a while. If you have followed my journey, you know I have pivoted before, from digital marketing to AI training to building digital toolkits. Each shift was a step toward something bigger. Something I could not fully see until now.

Today, I am reintroducing myself and AniseSmith.com with a clear focus: AI Risk & Reliability.

I am Anise Smith, an AI Risk & Reliability Architect. I help companies test their AI agents for hidden bias, harm, and competitive risk.

Why This Pivot?

I have spent my entire life in the margins experiencing bias, watching systems fail, and learning to navigate worlds not built for me. That is not a footnote. That is my lens.

When I entered the AI space, I realized something: the same patterns of exclusion I had seen my whole life were being baked into the technology. AI is not magic. It is data, patterns, and behavior. And it reflects exactly what we feed it.

That is why I do what I do. I test AI agents for hidden bias, harm, and competitive risk because someone has to catch what the system misses.

I have seen what happens when Agents are not tested properly.

Most companies deploy AI agents without ever testing them for harm. They assume their agents are safe, fair, and effective until a lawsuit, a boycott, or a PR disaster proves otherwise. I help companies avoid that fate.

“AI is not magic. It is data, patterns, and behavior. And it reflects exactly what we feed it.”

I am a Black woman who checks a few boxes. That is not a footnote; it is my lens. I combine deep technical knowledge with lived experience, because I have seen firsthand how systems fail when they are not tested by people who understand the patterns of exclusion.

These combined experiences taught me something critical: AI reflects exactly what we feed it. And if we are not testing for bias, harm, and reliability, we are building systems that will eventually fail and take our reputations, our revenue, and our trust with them.

My Services

I run your agent through hundreds of scenarios covering race, gender, religion, ability, sexuality, and adversarial inputs to uncover hidden bias, regulatory exposure, and brand risk. I evaluate your agent’s clarity, trust, and emotional intelligence. I benchmark your agent against your top competitors and show you exactly where you lead, where you lag, and how to dominate your market, in regard to bias.

Because in a world where the AI bubble is about to burst, the companies that survive will be the ones that can prove their agents are safe, fair, and effective.

Bias Identification

Evaluate clarity, trust, and emotional intelligence in regard to bias. I test your AI across hundreds of demographic and contextual scenarios to uncover hidden patterns of exclusion.

What you get: A detailed report identifying bias hotspots, with actionable recommendations for mitigation.

Harm Stress Test

Uncover hidden bias, regulatory exposure, and brand risk. I run your agent through adversarial inputs, edge cases, and high-risk scenarios to see where it breaks.

What you get: A comprehensive risk assessment with prioritized fixes and a roadmap for compliance.

Competitive Benchmarking

See how your agent stacks up against the competition. I compare your AI’s performance, bias profile, and safety metrics against your top competitors.

What you get: A competitive analysis showing where you lead, where you lag, and how to dominate your market.

Who Needs This?

  • Enterprise AI Teams – Deploying LLMs and Agentic systems at scale.
  • AI Product Managers – Building consumer-facing AI applications.
  • Compliance & Legal Teams – Ensuring regulatory readiness under the EU AI Act and emerging US frameworks.
  • Startups & Scale-ups – Building AI agents for healthcare, finance, education, and consumer apps.
  • Government Agencies – Procuring or deploying AI systems that serve the public.

Every AI agent has a bias profile. The question is not whether your agent is biased; it is what are you going to do about it?

Why Now?

The AI hype cycle is peaking. We are already seeing the first signs of a correction: funding tightening, layoffs, and a shift from “AI for everything” to “AI for specific, defensible use cases.”

When the AI bubble bursts, the companies that survive will be the ones that can prove their agents are safe, fair, and effective. They will have the audits, the documentation, and the independent validation to show regulators, investors, and the public that their AI is trustworthy.

I help you get there.

How to Get Started

  1. Book a Discovery Call – We will discuss your AI use case, risk profile, and testing needs.
  2. Choose a Service – Bias Identification, Harm Stress Test, Competitive Benchmarking, or all three.
  3. Get Your Report – I run your agent through our testing framework and deliver a comprehensive report with findings and recommendations.
  4. Implement & Iterate – Use the report to fix issues, improve performance, and build trust.

What I Bring to the Table

  • Agentic Workflow Expertise – Deep experience with multi-step reasoning, tool-calling, and cross-platform integration.
  • Enterprise Sales & Marketing Background – I understand business outcomes, not just technical metrics.
  • Lived Experience – I know what bias looks like because I have seen it. That perspective is baked into every test I run.
  • 10+ Years of Digital Transformation – From digital marketing to AI curriculum design, I have been at the intersection of technology and human behavior for over a decade.

Close More Deals, Build More Wealth: Sales Skills as a Survival Strategy for the 300,000

By Anise Smith · August 09, 2025 · Read the Black Wealth Manifesto

Black woman entrepreneur sealing a business deal

Over 300,000 Black women have been pushed out of the workforce. For many, there is no path back — corporate America has quietly shut the door. But the door to ownership is wide open, and the key to walking through it is one skill: sales.

Sales skills are the bridge from no income to consistent revenue. Whether you’re starting a side hustle, launching a new brand, or scaling an existing business, the ability to close deals determines your survival and your growth.

Why Sales is the Survival Skill of the Future

In the 4-Pillar Economic Independence Plan, sales falls under Pillar 1 (Essentials) and Pillar 2 (Infrastructure). You can own a grocery store, a construction company, or a solar energy business — but if you can’t close sales, you can’t sustain them.

Fact: Businesses with structured sales processes generate up to 28% higher revenue growth than those without one.

How to Build Sales Power Without Years of Trial and Error

  • Use proven frameworks — from pitch scripts to objection-handling.
  • Leverage AI tools to automate follow-ups and track prospects.
  • Focus on conversion — not just generating leads, but turning them into paying customers.

That’s exactly why we created the Sales Enablement Toolkit — so you can skip the guesswork and start closing deals now.

From Displacement to Deal-Maker

For the 300,000 displaced Black women — many of whom are the primary breadwinners in their households — sales skills are more than a business tactic. They are a path to independence, stability, and generational wealth.

If you can sell, you can survive any economy. If you can sell, you can own the companies that define the future.
