When using a tablet, it may be easier to pre-install the Cisco WebEx Meetings app before the meeting. When you want to join the meeting.

1. Open the WebEx app.
2. Press “Join Meeting.”
3. Enter the event number. (See information for each meeting above.)
4. Enter your name and email.
5. Enter the event password. (The password for all ANC 6C meetings is “1234”)
6. Join the meeting.

By Phone:

1. Call 650-479-3208 or 202-860-2110.
2. When prompted to enter the access code, use the “Event Number” for the meeting listed below.
3. Community members joining by phone will remain in Listen Only mode throughout the call and will not have the ability to speak at any point unless arrangements have been made in advance with the appropriate meeting chair. Press ** to hear all keypad commands, and *6 to mute/ unmute your microphone.
