One (1) Prize: One (1) winner will be awarded the prize consisting of a 5-day/4-night vacation package for the winner and up to three (3) guests to the Disneyland Resort (the “Resort”) in California (the “Prize”).

The Prize includes:

a) Up to four (4) round-trip coach airfare tickets between the closest major international airport to winner’s residence in Canada and a Southern California Airport (such airport to be selected by the Prize Provider in its sole discretion; with possible layovers);

The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Prize is Seven Thousand Five Hundred Twenty-Five and 56/100 Dollars (CDN $7,525.56). The actual value of the Prize may vary depending on point of departure and fluctuations in the cost of air transportation. Any difference between the estimated ARV and the actual value of the Prize will not be awarded.

Certain restrictions apply to the Prize, which restrictions shall be determined by the Prize Provider and shall include, but not be limited to:
a) The Prize must be taken after March 1, 2015 and must be completed at the latest by September 1, 2015
