SPACE SAMURAI: DESOLATION
In the first movie, a lowly trash collector aboard Oasis discovered she was born for something more… Trained in secret. A Sadunai Warrior hiding in plain sight.
Now; the fight comes to her.
SYNOPSIS:
A team of extremists seizes control of the International Space Station, holding the world hostage with a secret weapon. These mercenaries are led by a madman, who orders the assassination of a few post-evacuation stragglers. The terrorists begin hunting them one by one. Within Oasis, a lowly trash collector, born for space and trained to be a Sadunai Warrior, becomes Earth’s last hope to save her friends and her planet. The terrorists’ prey are her only friends in the universe. To save both them and Earth, she must do what she has been resisting and fears most: emerge from the shadows, embrace her identity, and fight, even if it means death.
Desolation shoots this fall.
Cameras roll soon. The opportunity for Oasis has passed, and there are only two movies left. After Desolation, one remains.

Space Samurai: Oasis is “In The Can”… meaning,”shooting principal photography and/or production on a motion picture has officially finished” … and we’re now in Post-Production.
We were able to shoot all of the live action scenes, now we begin the edit… There were no major problems— always minor hiccups, but no set-backs, and nothing that delayed the production process…
13 days in San Diego — Every scene we wanted, we got…
I want to thank every single person who made that happen… our cast, our crew, our department heads, the background volunteers who gave us their own time, the City of San Diego…
Everyone who helped make this a reality, nearly 200 people. Some of you have been with us a long time… even from the very beginning.
You’ve all heard me say it… “It’s not the time it takes to take the takes that takes the time it takes. It’s the time it takes between the takes that takes the time it takes.”
That time reveals what a crew is made of. And I found out… every day… that’s all of you
We all enjoyed a Wrap Party on Friday night and a relaxing Saturday / Sunday.
And what we shot in San Diego is one piece of a much bigger story… that was always by design.

It’s been quiet on this end. That’s because we’ve been busy.
Production on Space Samurai: Oasis continues to move forward. But behind the scenes, something else has been taking shape.
The technology inside the Trilogy isn’t set dressing… it never was.
The science our story is built on is grounded in real technology built for today not tomorrow.
We won’t say more than that right now.
What we will say is this:
The Trilogy was always designed to be the front door to something much, much bigger.
Movies introduce the world to ideas that don’t exist yet.
Some of those ideas, we intend to build.
Walt Disney had a word for this.
He called it “plussing.”
You take something good and you keep asking, “Yes, and…?”

]]>Space Samurai, Inc. was officially formed on May 4th, and years later, on that same date, we begin shooting.
We didn’t plan that coincidence, and it’s a date that’s very special to us.
WHERE WE ARE
Our UPM (Unit Production Manager) is engaged and building out the department heads. DGA and SAG filings are already provided.
Location scouting, production design, costume design, and an assistant director are being lined up on a 9-week pre-production calendar that’s already active.
We are hiring crew. We are locking locations. The machine is moving.
WHAT THIS MEANS FOR YOU
If you want to visit the set, we will provide a Production contact for coordination.
If you’re interested in a cast role, we will provide the Casting Director’s name and contact information.
If you’re interested in crew work, we will provide the appropriate department contact.
Those names and contacts will follow in a separate communication.
PRODUCT PLACEMENT, MUSIC & INVESTMENT
All product placement, music licensing, and investment opportunities must be locked before production begins.
Once we start shooting, the window closes. There is no going back to add placements after cameras roll.
If you’ve been in discussions with us, now is the time to finalize.

Angelica Sirotin, Executive Producer and Story Writer for the technology of our Trilogy, Space Samurai: Oasis, Desolation and Metamorph, was just named to the Forttuna Global 100: Game Changers 2026 under Technology and Enterprise Leadership. Her name, Angelica Sirotin, appears at #23 on the list, among executives from Microsoft, Rackspace, Eaton Corporation, and advisors to Stanford and the United Nations.
Angelica Sirotin didn’t apply for this.Forttuna receives over 1.5 million profiles across 100+ countries. Their selection process uses AI screening followed by review from an editorial board that includes members from the United Nations, U.S. and U.K. governments, and Fortune 500 executives, flagged her profile independently.
The recognition was picked up by Business Insider Markets and other outlets this week.
For those tracking the Trilogy’s progress, this matters.
The technology depicted in Space Samurai isn’t generic sci-fi set dressing.
The story is grounded in where space technology, defense systems, and commercial innovation are actually heading.
Having an Executive contributing on the creative team recognized externally for technology and enterprise leadership adds credibility to that vision.
We’re building something that holds up to scrutiny, and the outside world is starting to notice.
