At ASI Gymnastics, we believe gymnastics is so much more than flips and cartwheels — it’s about building the confidence, strength, friendships, and life skills that set kids up for success both inside and outside the gym.
From toddlers taking their first tumble to teens perfecting advanced routines, our goal is to empower every child to become the best version of themselves. When kids step onto the mat, they’re not just learning gymnastics — they’re learning how to shine.
Confidence doesn’t happen overnight — it’s built step by step.
At ASI, we celebrate every milestone, from tiny victories to big achievements. Whether it’s nailing a cartwheel for the first time or mastering a high-flying flip, our coaches provide encouragement, patience, and support every step of the way.
Kids learn to believe in themselves.
They develop a “can-do” attitude that extends beyond the gym.
Small successes grow into lifelong confidence.
By fostering a positive, uplifting environment, ASI gives kids the courage to face challenges head-on — both in gymnastics and in life.
Gymnastics is one of the best ways to develop total-body strength while having fun. From swinging on bars to perfecting balance on beams, every movement works the entire body — especially the core, which is essential for overall fitness.
But at ASI, we build more than physical strength:
Kids develop discipline and perseverance.
They learn how hard work leads to progress.
They gain the mental toughness to push past limits.
The result? A strong body, a strong mind, and the confidence to succeed in any sport or activity.
Gymnastics isn’t just about strength — it’s about control, balance, and precision. Through skills like front rolls, cartwheels, and back handsprings, kids sharpen their hand-eye coordination and body control.
More importantly, gymnastics teaches focus and patience:
Kids learn to pay attention to detail.
They practice timing, rhythm, and movement patterns.
They improve concentration — a skill that benefits schoolwork, sports, and daily life.
And the best part? They’re having so much fun, they don’t even realize how much they’re learning!
Gymnastics may be an individual sport, but at ASI, we do it together. From cheering each other on to celebrating milestones, kids form strong bonds that last far beyond the gym walls.
Classes encourage collaboration and team spirit.
Kids learn to support and inspire one another.
Friendships formed at ASI often last for years.
For many of our students, ASI becomes their second home — a place where they feel safe, supported, and surrounded by friends who believe in them.
At ASI, we don’t just teach gymnastics — we develop leaders.
Through structured lessons, positive coaching, and group activities, kids learn how to step up, take responsibility, and inspire others.
They gain self-awareness and decision-making skills.
They learn how to lead by example.
They discover the value of helping others succeed.
These leadership qualities extend far beyond the gym, preparing kids to thrive in school, sports, and life.
Choosing ASI means choosing a place where your child is encouraged, celebrated, and set up for success. Reasons parents love us:
Expert Coaches — Trained, certified, and passionate about working with kids.
Fun, Engaging Programs — Every class is designed to keep kids active and excited.
Positive Environment — We focus on encouragement, not pressure.
Lifelong Skills — Beyond gymnastics, kids learn confidence, teamwork, and leadership.
We aren’t just teaching flips — we’re building kids up, one skill, one friendship, and one victory at a time.
At ASI Gymnastics, every class is a chance to grow, learn, and have fun. If you’re ready to give your child an experience that goes beyond sports — one that builds strength, confidence, and lasting friendships — ASI is the place to start.

Do your kids make your house feel more like an obstacle course than a home? Are they constantly launching themselves over obstacles, AKA your couch? Do they sprint down grocery store aisles, jumping, spinning, and kicking while yelling “Parkour!”?
We have just the class for your Ninja to burn off all that energy. Our ASI Ninja program combines elements of gymnastics, parkour, and American Ninja Warrior to teach your little Ninja skills, confidence, strength, coordination, tricks, and how to tackle any obstacle course.

Our ASI Ninja classes include warped walls for your Ninja to conquer, obstacle courses on the ground and swinging overhead for them to traverse, and trampolines to increase skill acquisition and air awareness.
Classes are 55 minutes of nonstop movement, action, and fun. Your Ninja will run, jump, swing, and climb throughout the entire class. They’ll feel a surge of confidence after conquering the warp wall, eager to show their friends all the new parkour moves they’ve learned!
If your ninja can’t get enough of the action and is showing off moves to their friends on the playground, consider throwing a ASI Ninja Party! Whether it’s a birthday, end of school celebration, or a fun weekend event, we’ve got you covered.

We’ll greet you at the door, set up your party, and parents can relax while our high-energy coaches take the ninjas through obstacle courses, teach them to climb warp walls, jump on trampolines, and learn exciting new parkour skills. It’s a stress-free way to enjoy ninja fun without any of the mess at home!
Visit ASI Ninja, choose your location, and join in on all the ninja fun!

You’re at home wondering what’s something my preschooler can do? My three or four year old needs something to help them grow, learn, and fall in love with being active! Gymnastics is the perfect sport to introduce to your preschooler that will help them learn their body and fall in love with athletics at an early age! Here are five reasons why gymnastics is perfect for your preschooler.
Now, that you’re convinced why gymnastics is the sport for your son or daughter, now you have the task of looking for the right gym near you. Now, it’s our turn to ask you, Why not ASI Gymnastics?
At ASI Gymnastics, we take all of these factors and combine them into a fun and safe environment for your child. Our gymnastics classes range in ages, skills offered, and levels. Your child will make friends in class, all while building their self confidence and strength. ASI uses The Gold Standard, a method of learning in which your child will learn gymnastics at his or her level, will advance at their own pace, and will learn their different skills in progressions, a method of breaking down the skills into its simpler parts, in which your child completely, safely, and successfully learn skills. Here at ASI, we guarantee a fun atmosphere for your child to learn and grow, and we are excited to meet every future gymnast that walks through our door! Come try a gymnastics class here at ASI Gymnastics. We’re excited to meet you!

School is back in session! Gone are the days of splash pads, adventure camps, and family vacations. Kids of all ages will now spend 30-35 hours a week in school learning and growing. One of the more challenging parts of school can be all the sitting the kids do.
On average, kids need at least 60 minutes of physical activity daily. Our gymnastics and ninja classes offer 55 minutes of nonstop fun and movement. Here are three benefits of adding gymnastics or ninja to your child’s after school activities.
