R. Kelly Sued For Back Child Support, Facing Jail Time

(AllHipHop News) R.Kelly is reportedly thousands in arrears for back child support to his ex-wife.

Andrea Kelly, the singers former better half, says kelly has missed the $20,833 per-moth support due.

The singer also fell behind last year for more than $100,000, but brought the payments current.

The singer also faces jail time if he fails to appear at a separate child-custody date on March 27 after missing the first November assignment, A judge said the singer could get 30 days to six months in jail if he fails to appear.

A source told the New York Post that the situation is serious for the embattled singer.

“The judge was clear in November that he wasn’t happy R. Kelly didn’t show up. His lawyer is worried the judge could lock Kelly up if he doesn’t show this time, but he can’t reach his client,” a source told the paper.

To this day, I have never heard a song from Chief Keef. Now, that’s not hate. That’s just a fact. Ooops! Let me take that back. I heard the remix to “I Don’t Like” which featured Kanye West, Pusha T, Big Sean and Jadakiss. That joint was a big move for the kid. Now, even though Keef is making major moves, that’s the only song I have heard. But, despite the gesture, Keef insists that he did it all my himself. Keef was buzzing in the streets, but Keef says otherwise. Peep the tweet!

What do you all think about this? I hope the lil feela doesn’t talk too slick. Anyway, the tweet was later erased so perhaps he realized that was CRAY.

What is it about Bang ‘Em Smurf? I don’t know, but there must be something about him that keeps him in the rumors. As you know, he was down with 50 Cent back in the day until they had a falling out. Then, he linked with Rick Ross and help solidified Rick Ross in the East, especially with Rick’s beef with 50 Cent. Now, for a second there, I heard there was beef with Rick and Smurf, but I hit him up directly on it instead of putting it in the rumors. He hit me back and said there was no beef. Anyway…here is the point…

I’m hearing that Bang ‘Em Smurf is now down with French Montana in a crazy way. French Montana Flew down to Trinidad had a BBQ fed the kids and gave them U.S. currency. But, he also “inducted” Bang ‘Em Smurf into the Coke Boys. Bang ‘Em filmed a cameo for the next single off Self Made 2 – “All Birds.” Last but not least, Smurf went and got a Coke Boyz tat on his face just to show his loyalty on the outside. I’m sure Frenchie was like, “I believe you, dawwwg. You don’t have to do that.” But, this is how Hip-Hop does it in 2012! The Ill Face Tats!
