Bienvenidos (welcome) to Day 5 of Week 1 for our Goldilocks term!

Today we are learning 5 new words from the story. (Listen to the story here.)

If you haven’t done so already, make sure to print the pictures for the kids to look at while you learn. You can do so here.

Kids should learn a new language first by HEARING it, not by trying to read words in print (learning through text comes a little later in the language-learning journey.) BUT!! As a parent our guide, I know it can be helpful to have something written out to help you help your kids. So I made a pronunciation guide for you, and you can print it here.

¡Hola amigos! It’s Week 1, Day 4 of our Goldilocks term (Term 1A).

Make sure you have the pictures printed out to help you learn (if you haven’t done so already). Each week there is ONE page of pictures to print that goes with all the words for the week. (Check out this week’s pictures here.)

Parents, if you want support in learning how to pronounce the words, print the pronunciation guide here. REMEMBER!! Kids should learn a new language at first by looking at pictures, not words. But I know as a parent or guide it is helpful to see the words written out.
