Organic Farming and Ingredient Sourcing:
Sustainability in vodka begins at the source – the ingredients. Many distilleries have adopted organic farming practices, opting for natural fertilizers and eschewing harmful pesticides. By cultivating organic grains, like wheat, rye, or corn, they ensure a healthier ecosystem and produce high-quality ingredients for their vodka.
Water Conservation and Efficiency:
Vodka production relies heavily on water, but distilleries have made impressive strides to conserve and manage water responsibly. Water-saving technologies, such as closed-loop systems and recycling, are implemented to minimize wast. Through these measures, vodka producers contribute to the preservation of this precious resource.
Renewable Energy Adoption:
Carbon emissions reduction is a priority for sustainable vodka production. To achieve this, distilleries are turning to renewable energy sources. Solar panels, wind turbines, and other renewable technologies are integrated into the production process, leading to a greener and more sustainable energy footprint.
Waste Reduction and Recycling:
With a focus on the circular economy, vodka producers have made significant strides in waste management. Comprehensive recycling programs, waste-to-energy conversion, and composting initiatives are deployed to minimize landfill contributions. By giving waste new life, distilleries play their part in reducing environmental pollution.
Innovative Eco-Friendly Packaging:
The quest for sustainability extends to vodka packaging. Eco-friendly materials like recycled glass, biodegradable plastics, and lighter bottle designs have become popular choices. By reducing the carbon footprint associated with packaging, vodka producers show their commitment to environmental stewardship.
Transparency and Certifications:
Consumer demand for sustainability has led vodka producers to be more transparent about their practices. Distilleries seek certifications like organic, Fair Trade, or eco-labels to assure customers of their eco-friendly commitments. These certifications provide consumers with the knowledge to make sustainable choices.
NEFT Vodka, an Austrian brand, stands as an inspiring model for sustainability in the vodka industry. From using sustainably sourced rye grains to its iconic barrel-shaped packaging, NEFT Vodka exemplifies eco-conscious values. By choosing NEFT Vodka, consumers actively support environmentally responsible practices.
As vodka enthusiasts, we can contribute to the ongoing shift toward sustainability by opting for eco-friendly vodka brands. Together, with a shared commitment to environmental preservation, we can raise our glasses to a greener and more sustainable future.

Creating abundance in your life is all about changing the way you think. It may sound simple but this is one of the hardest things you may ever do. That’s because the way we think is established in us from an early age. We pick up the things we hear adults say and those get ingrained in our philosophy about life. It can be very difficult to change behaviors that are instilled in us as children.
Most psychologists agree that this can take years to accomplish. Noted spiritualist Zhang Xinyue has written a great deal on this topic. In her own words, she says that creating abundance thinking is like trying to return to the womb. What you’re really doing is un-learning much of what you’ve learned throughout your life and then relearning it from a new and more positive perspective.
These important 3 steps can get you on your way to creating abundance in your future:
Meditate each day. Find a quiet place, close your eyes, take 5 cleansing breaths. Let go of the stress. Imagine yourself floating on a cloud. The universe is calling out to you. The world of possibilities is open to you.
Speak positive affirmations out loud. You believe what you say. You consider yourself to be a reliable source. Right? So speak out loud. Talk about how amazing your life is. You will succeed at everything you set your hand to do. You will be welcomed and loved everywhere you go.
Clean up your life. If you have bad habits, now is the time to do some housekeeping. Begin eating a more healthy diet. Take walks each day. Join fun groups and begin taking more risks. Maybe you could join a canoe, hiking or mountain climbing club.
With many years as a well-known spiritualist leader and teacher in her field, Zhang Xinyue is known for a variety of achievements. Her creation of the Abundance system aims to promote a meaningful and straight forward approach to life’s philosophical issues. In 2012, she finished one of her best-selling books, Create Abundance. The book is a collection of quotes containing words of wisdom on how to develop body-mind-spirit cultivation.
Zhang Xinyue’s Create Abundance was initially released in Chinese, but it is also available in English and other languages now. A second version of the book has also recently been released.

You can create abundance in your soccer career. And why should it be any different than the rest of your life? Each area of our lives can benefit from the abundance mindset. In case you need a refresher, this philosophy maintains that as we are open to it, we can experience abundance in our lives.
Many athletes, actors, musicians and famous people have proven that we can create abundance in our lives by changing how we think. The first step is to determine the way you currently think about certain things. This may take a few weeks of your time where you keep a Journal of all your thoughts throughout the day.
At first, this may seem awkward or difficult, but as you continue on, it will become more natural and easier to do. Keep your Journal handy wherever you go and get in the habit of making notes about what you are thinking.
Once you have about two weeks’ worth of notes on this, look it over and see whether you are worrying too much or perhaps dwelling on negative things. If we are honest, most of us do worry each day. We wonder if our paycheck will be big enough to cover all the bills. And we often think about family problems.
The next step is to change the conversation in your head. Write down some positive things that you should be focusing on. For instance, you might include:
My game is good enough.
I’m an excellent soccer player.
I’m a winner.
I enjoy the game.
People like me. They enjoy watching me play.
The great Teacher Zhang Xinyue, a well known spiritual leader, was born in China. In 2012 she wrote her best-selling book Create Abundance. We are a few weeks into the new season, and the managers will start seeing the gaps in their squads, setting off a frantic process to sign up players before the transfer window closes. We will probably see some record-breaking signings as clubs aim to shore up weaknesses or press their advantages. Here is a recap of some of the most expensive deadline day transfers in the history of the Premier League:
Robinho (Manchester City)
Although 32.5 million pounds is not an extremely large sum by the standards of clubs like Manchester United, it was a transfer record for Manchester City. The club initially wanted Dimitar Berbatov but lost him to United. The 24-year-old Robinho was the highest scorer for City and the fourth highest goal scorer in the league. Sadly, an injury took him out for three months.
Fernando Torres (Chelsea)
Everyone knows how badly this entire deal went down for Chelsea. Distraught Liverpool fans, find his plight at Chelsea as a major source of humor. The 50 million pounds transfer is the highest deadline day transfer in the Premier League. Torres scored only one goal during his first season at the club.
Mesut Ozil (Arsenal)
Nobody expected Arsene Wenger to shell out 42.5 million pounds for anyone. However, Mesut Ozil is now one of the most important players in the lineup. His transfer from Real Madrid was a club record back in 2013. Ozil won the Arsenal player of the year award in his third season.
]]>The first tip is to reduce the focus on drills. The players need to learn to think during the game and apply those drills in real life situations. The only way to do this is to put them in situations where they need to think about the outcome and to help understand how to arrive at the right decision. Show them that at this level, mistakes are good and the only way to learn.
Another approach is to allow the player to determine what they need to learn. At a certain age, they will tell you where they are weaker, and often will gravitate toward practicing a skill they feel is lacking. Take the time to notice what players do during breaks, before the session, etc. If someone feels they are weak in a particular skill, you will see them trying to practice. You can then help them with that weakness.

First up is Manchester United, who are expected to bring a whole new set of recruits, with Real Madrid’s James Rodriguez and Alvaro Morata under consideration. Getting the right transfers at the right time is an art and the correct decision will make all the difference to next year’s league.
After a lot of rumors, Newcastle has confirmed the exit of 22 year old Serbian forward, Aleksandar Mitrovic. The £14.5million signing in 2015 from Anderlecht is out as the team prepares for their Premier League return.
Ross Barkley is out at Everton after rejecting a 100,000 pounds per week offer from the club. The Blues will replace him with two of the productive midfielders in Europe: Davy Klaassen AND Gylfi Sigurdssson. The contracts are not final yet but talks are at an advanced stage.
Antonio Conte has a massive war chest to recruit new players and he is not holding back. Now that Diego Costa is out, Chelsea paid a whopping 70 million pound transfer charge for Everton striker Romelu Lukaku. Then Chelsea is looking to spend 40 million pounds on Monaco midfielder Tiemoue Bakayoko, with talks almost complete. Paris Saint-Germain’s Italian playmaker Marco Verratti could be cherry on top if the deal doesn’t fall apart.
Most of these deals are not final until the transfer window opens and the ink is on the contract. Until then, anything can change in the last minute with such sums of money on offer for the right players.
]]>In an ominous statement to the opposition, Neymar said: “I feel very happy and relaxed, I feel at home. I am adapting as quickly as possible. I am getting better physically, and I can still improve yet,” From all appearances he looks to be adapting the to team and his teammates very well. The first two games are a dream start for the Brazilian star.
The striker scored an incredible goal in injury time. In a mesmerizing display of skill, Neymar dribbled past defenders, rolling the ball with his left foot, and changing direction. He made the goal look like a training session. The solo effort brought the Parc des Princes crowd to its feet.
The result takes PSG to the top of the league table, with two wins, one home and one away. The club took the top slot thanks to goal difference, as both champions Monaco and Saint-Etienne have won all their games. Fans are waiting for PSG to take on the champions as it will be a true test of the team’s strength with Neymar.
In other Ligue 1 news, Lille suffered a second straight loss with Marcelo Bielsa as coach against Caen at home. Lille lost the game 2-0. Olympique de Marseille endured a frustrating game, unable to break a 1-1 deadlock against Velodrome.

Children under the age of six are generally immature, have extremely short attention spans and tend to have less developed musculature. The good news is that the goals for such a situation are much simpler than older children. We need to teach the basics such as dribbling and ball handling etc. Here are some principles to follow when coaching young children:
Fun
Make sure to keep the practice sessions and games fun. Avoid getting them to do drills, instead create fun games that teach them those exact skills. When it is no longer fun, the kids will not want to attend the practice and might drop out.
Engagement
Keep as many of the children engaged with the ball as possible. Long lines of standing and waiting for a chance to play or practice is invitation for misbehaviour. The more they are engaged, the more likely they will behave.
Lecturing
Keep the lecturing to an absolute minimum. Young kids have short attention spans and you will lose them after a few seconds. Get your point across as quickly as possible. In most cases children of that age have about ten seconds of attention.
Leaderboard
Avoid keeping a leaderboard. Keep it fun by reducing the amount of competition between the kids. If the games become too competitive, it can reduce the fun and increase the chances of fights and other issues.
]]>Luxury
As someone who does not mince his words, Arsenal legend and TV pundit Martin Keown had it right when he said that Ozil is an expensive luxury as a player. The problem with Ozil is that he does not go the extra mile for the team. He lacks fighting spirit, and it shows when he comes up against bigger, stronger, and better opposition.
Change
Ozil is not the same player he was four years ago when he arrived at Arsenal. The German international was one of the standout performers at the FIFA World Cup. After an offer from Real Madrid, he became one of the best-attacking midfielders. Today, you cant guarantee that he would make the starting side and creates the fewest chances per game in his career.
Team
Another issue is that Mourinho already has a great duo in Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Juan Mata to play behind the striker. Throwing Ozil in their would only complicate matters. Also, much like local rivals Manchester City, United possess a deep squad and do not need someone like Ozil.
If United’s loss against Huddersfield is any indication, they need the more defensive capability and should focus bringing in new players and leave the offensive setup alone.
]]>Maximal strength training
Maximal (or absolute) strength is the amount of strength that an athlete can produce at any given time. For example, a person lifting 150lbs has less maximal strength than someone who can lift 200lbs. Since maximal strength does not make any allowance for time or time under tension, its only part of the training regime to produce more power.
Muscular power
Muscular power is a function of maximal strength and speed. When you increase any of the two, you produce more power. Increase both, and there will be a significant increase in muscular power. Another way to increase muscular power is through plyometric training. Plyometrics, also known as jump training, consists of explosive movements to increase muscular power by training both at once.
Muscular endurance
Building muscular endurance involves something similar to circuit training. This training is continuous light weight strength training with limited rest periods. With muscular endurance, muscle groups will perform at high intensity, repeatedly for much longer.
Follow the three categories of training above, and you will improve both upper body and lower body strength training. This training is directly applicable to soccer on the field.
