Hi CJ: I am Christine’s mom. I loved your sunset shots and had a chance to listen to the song you composed the morning we were in Dallas. You are a great inspiration to Christine. I also loved your message about your Father, your lighthouse composition and all the mistakes get made right before you reach the summit…but if you just hold on, the sun will rise, and it will be worth the journey. You are truly inspired to teach.

Thank you. 🙂 I love that you read what I write and encourage me to keep doing it. The more I write, the more stuff I think of to write about. I’ll see if I can find a recording of the program you listened to as well!

I have several groupings of my poetry and in a few months, I’m going to publish Kindle books of them, one grouping at a time.

Love Glow in the Dark
Just watched a program on poetry presented by Ted Kooser who is Nebraska’s Poet Laureate and also The Nation’s Poet Laureate. He is a Pulitzer winner. Individuals read their poems and it was neat. Ted told everyone to start writing and to treat it like a job. He gets up and writes about 4:30 every morning. I hope I spelled his name correctly.
This program was on Nebraska Public TV or NET. Thanks and keep writing. You have a special talent. ibs
