Cub Scouts to Scouts BSA: Building a Stronger Bridge
One of the most important transitions in Scouting is the journey from Cub Scouts to Scouts BSA. A successful crossover doesn’t happen by accident—it happens when Packs, Arrow of Light Dens, and Troops work together to create an exciting and welcoming experience for every Scout.
Join us this month for a special Roundtable discussion where we will bring both sides together to share ideas, best practices, and proven strategies that help keep youth engaged in Scouting.
Discussion Topics
Preparing Arrow of Light Scouts for the Next Adventure
Creating a Great First Impression
Why Attend?
Learn practical ideas you can take back to your unit immediately.
Share your successes and challenges with fellow Scouters.
Discover ways to improve retention and strengthen the Scouting experience for youth.
Connect with leaders from Packs and Troops who are committed to helping every Scout continue their Scouting journey.
Whether you’re a Cubmaster, Den Leader, Scoutmaster, Assistant Scoutmaster, Committee Member, or Commissioner, your perspective matters. Come ready to share ideas, ask questions, and help build a stronger pathway from Cub Scouts to Scouts BSA.
Together, we can ensure more Scouts continue their adventure and experience all that Scouting has to offer.
As always, please forward the invite to your unit’s parents as this is open to everyone.
Doors Open at 6:00 PM
Program begins at 6:30 PM
3131 E 12 Mile Rd., Warren, MI 48092
