lets start with how limiters work they work by using opposing mana type of the person using the limiter limiters made for fire mages use water mana etc here is how they effect ranking

five star > one star or four star deoanding on how strong the limiter is

four star >one star the same
the rank s go down to one star or to one star below the mages normal rank
