In reply to Miguel. Black and light grey would work, I would use grey over white, you will get to the darker color faster.

How can i do charcoal grey. I have light grey. Should I add some black and this will work? Or add white to black?.

In reply to Amy. Hi Amy I used a "v" blade from X-Acto to cut the outlines, I used different X-Acto blades and a pairing knife to scrape the Minion. I just did a BB-8 pumpkin and this time I used a wood chisel to scrape and smooth it out. I went a lot faster. Thanks for visiting my site and leaving a comment, feel free to ask questions. I love the minion pumpkin. Can you give me some insight on how you did it, and what did you use to “scrape” it to make it so smooth? Any and all help is greatly appreciated!
