もしパキスタンで出産や育児をすることになったらどうなるのかなと疑問に思った。住み慣れた日本ではどんな風になるのかは想像つくのだけど、、知りたいと思ったので旦那さんに聞いてみた。パキスタン国籍の旦那さんは、すごい数の親戚がいる、毎回新しい面子のいとこが登場いて、いまだに顔と名前が覚えれない。いとこの中に、今年出産したというので新鮮な情報が聞けるぞー！ 

パキスタンでの妊婦の暮らしと出産について 

日本では、妊娠がわかったらかかりつけ医に受診をして、妊娠証明書をもらって役場に行って母子手帳を交付してもらい、定期的に検診を受けます。パキスタンで暮らしている妊婦さんは、よほど調子が悪くない限り病院にはあまりかず、陣痛が来たら病院で出産するのがスタンダードなようです。

かかりつけの病院によっては定期的に、赤ちゃんの様子をチェックしてくれるサービスもあるようですが、受診のたびに診察用を払わなくてはいけないので、経済的な負担が苦にならない家庭では定期的な診察も行っているようです。どの病院で、どのような医療サービスをどう受けるかによって出産にかかる費用は変わるようなので、家族と相談しながら病院選びをするとのことです。経済発展と医療が充実している都市部ではほとんどの妊婦さんは出産を病院で行うようです。出産をおえると母子ともに健康をどうかをチェックしてから、退院という流れがスタンダードになっているようです。地域によっては、病院がない場合もありますが、地域による医療格差もほとんどがなくなり病院での出産に挑めるようになっているそうです。ものすごく山奥で病院がない場合、地域に住んでいる産婆を自宅に呼んで、自宅出産をするようです。20年ほど前では自宅出産がほとんどだったそうですが、医療の発達がすすみ病院での出産も選べれるようになってよくなっているそうです。

パキスタンでの出産費用や入院期間 

パキスタンの病院で出産をすると、出産費用はどのぐらいの値段になるのでしょうか？出産費用は大体5万ルピーから7万ルピーが相場です。日本のように後払いはできず、先払い式の病院がほとんどなので、入院費用はしっかり用意しておくもののようです。通常分娩での入院期間は母子の容態によってかわりますが、2泊3日がほとんどだそうです。受診のタイミングは陣痛が来てから、家族に病院に連れて行ってもらうとのことです。緊急で帝王切開をすることになると、少し値段が増えるようです。 帝王切開で出産をした場合では、5日ほどの入院期間になるそうです。これもお母さんと子供の容態によってまちまちなので、退院が早い人もいれば遅い人もいるようです。

医療環境について少し懸念があると思いますがパキスタンの医療環境は、地域や都市によって異なります。一般的には質のばらつきがあるとされていて公立医療施設と私立医療施設が存在し、設備やサービスの水準、医師の経験などが異なるため、安心感が得られるかどうかは個別の状況によります。縁と知り合いとコネが、パキスタンで生き抜くにはとても大切なので、受診する医療機関の情報はしっかり集めておくといいでしょう。経験や専門性にもばらつきがあります。一部の医師は高い専門知識と経験を持っており、質の高い治療を提供していますが、中には資格や経験に疑問がある場合もあるかもしれません。

赤ちゃんの予防接種はある？ない？

大家族で同居が当たり前！妊婦の育児や家事の分担は？ 

出産を終えてから、目まぐるしい育児が始まります。日本では産休やらい育児休業など制度が整っていますが、パキスタンではどうなのでしょう？パキスタンでは、育児休業や産休といった国方針はほぼなく、雇用主に一存されているようで、ボスと相談次第で何とでもなるようです。育児をしたいならば休んでもいいし、仕事に集中したいなら産後復帰もできるとのことです。大体が大家族で生活しているので、赤ちゃんのおばあちゃんやおじいちゃんが育児を代わりにしてくれたり、資金力がある金持ちのおうちではベビーシッターさんや、お手伝いさんに診てもらいならがら体を休めて仕事に復帰する人もいるようです。 家事や育児に協力的な子供が好きな旦那さんとその家族に巡り合うと、産後の育児は大安心ですよね。

日本のように核家族化がすすんでいないので、おじいちゃんおばあちゃんに助けてもらいながら育児ができるので心のゆとりは大きいですね。もし私がパキスタンで出産することになったらどうなるのかと心配になり聞いてみたところ「パキスタンで出産することになっても家族みんなで面倒見てあげるから何の心配もないよと」旦那さんにも旦那さんのお母さんにも同じことを言われました。こうしなくちゃ育児はこうしたい！というこだわりがあまり強くないのであれば助けてもらえるのは天国ですねぇ。持つべきものは元気な祖父母と太い実家と理解のある旦那さんですね。

パキスタンにも健康保険があるらしい 

日本では、国民は全員が健康保険に加入し、負担金を納付し医療制度を3割負担で利用することができますが、パキスタンではどのような医療制度になっているのでしょうか？ 

健康保険制度は、あるようで、州ごとに違いがあるものの、まだ整備途上です。日本のように保険証をもっていれば全国で何とかるようなルールではないようです。 

とくにパキスタンの健康保険は低所得者や社会的弱者を対象にした健康保険が存在しています。健康保険に参加申し込みをすると、カードが発行され、連携している病院で医療を低価格で利用できるという仕組みのようです。また、企業や組織に勤めている人やその家族がカバーされる保険もあります。企業や組織が提供している健康保険では、提携している病院での診察が行える、医療費の負担を軽減する仕組みになっているそうです。企業や組織が提供している健康保険では、組織ごとにルールが違うようなので、担当の部署にて説明を受けてもらって確認が必要ですね。

愛大医学部産婦人科で、2021年に出産しました。出産方法は予約からの普通分娩ではなく緊急帝王切開でしたが、いったいどれぐらいの値段だったのか忘れないように記録します。2026年度をめどに健康保険の対象に検討がされているのでこれから値段は変動があると思われますが、2021年度ではどうであったかを記録しています。あと、愛大医学部の産婦人科では、無痛分娩は行ってないので予定帝王切開か普通分娩の２つしかないです。無痛にあこがれがあったのですが、ないのは仕方ない。傷跡残るけど帝王切開もある種無痛だと思えば無痛だ！痛くないの最高！！！

２６万9700円

おやだいぶ金額が安いやん！と思いましたよね？

平日の緊急帝王切開（保険適応の３割負担）だったので、安いのです。

それと出産は2021年度なので、出産一時金の金額は42万円なのでご注意ください。

2024年4月以降の出産では、出産一時金の値段が増額されていて50万円まで支給されます。

普通分娩だと７万円ぐらい持ち出しが必要ですのでご注意ください。

帝王切開だと手術になるので、高額医療の対象になり健康保険適応で３割負担で済みます。これが土日祝日の通常分娩の場合では値段がいくらになるのかはわかりません。土日祝日だと２割増しの料金とられます、通常分娩は手術ではないので、保険適応でなく全額負担です。愛大医学部産婦人科でもらえる分娩時入院案内では、目安の出産費用として５０万ぐらいと書いてあったので覚悟しましょう。

まず、前提として我が子は逆子でして、かなり早い段階（２８週ごろ）から帝王切開の予定で分娩予約はしていました。逆子を治す逆子体操もやっていたのですが効果は発揮されず、また外転手術という外から赤ちゃんを押して正しい地位に導いて普通分娩する方法をも愛大では未対応です。出産一時金が４２万円でるのですが、会社保険差額分の１５万円は申請するとすぐに戻ってきました。

平日の緊急帝王切開の大体の値段は、27万円ほどだというのはわかりましたが、、、普通分娩だといくらになるのか気になるな～っと思われた方のために普通分娩と予定帝王切開では大体どれぐらいの値段になるのかを書いておきます。

入院するにあたって、出産の手引きという教材をいただけます。

そのなかには、どれぐらいの金額を用意しておいたら大丈夫かがざっくり書かれていました。

赤ちゃんと母体の容態や、病院内の個室の使用の有無によって総額は個人差があるそうですが、出産自体には上記の金額が必要だとあります。10万円ほどは手出しが必要となるの可能性があるので準備しておくと安心かと思われます。

また、現行では出産は保険適応外なのですが、2026年度をめどに健康保険の対象になるといわれています。健康保険の適応されると、3割負担で出産が可能になり、少しでも金銭的な負担が減ることはうれしいですね。今後出産自体の医療診断報酬がどのように設定されるかによって、値段は少し変わってくると思われます。

緊急帝王切開だと何日入院するの

緊急帝王切開で入院した私は７日で退院しました。

普通分娩でも大体7日ほどで、母子ともに退院です。

予約を入れた帝王切開だと、前日から入院してなのでだいたい１０日で回復速度によって一日から二日のびるそうです。早産児で低体重だったので、生まれてからわが子はNICUに直行で、退院までお世話になっておりました。NICU、GCUからの退院の条件は、週数37週を超えることと体重が2300ｇを超えることが条件でした。

ワードプレスの自分のページを開いて、新しい記事でも書いておくかな。新規投稿をするなんて何年ぶりだろ。ふと思い立って昔を思い出しながらワードプレスを開いて管理画面から新規投稿画面を押した。

新規投稿画面は真っ白だった。

あれ、なかなか新規投稿ページが開かないな？このPC古くなったから遅くなった？？おかしいなぁ。Googleアドセンスはちゃんと収益上がっているからHP自体が止まってるわけではないのにどうした？

F5キーを押して、新規投稿画面をリロード。やはり真っ白だ。これはおかしい。

アドセンスの収益は正常でちゃんと広告は表示されているので、レンタルサーバーの期限切れやDNSの代金支払い忘れ等の事務的な欠乏ではないのはわかっている。アドセンスが表示されているので、ページのロストや４０４エラーではない。

新規記事の投稿ができないのは、対処せねば、日銭が入ってこぇのは困る！！！

どうしよう原因追及だ！

新規投稿の画面が真っ白ホワイトアウトどうやって解決するのか？ 

さて困ったものだ、どうやって原因を見つけよう、新しい記事をかけなきゃ仕事にならない！

助けてグーグル先生！！

調べてみると割とよくある不具合のようで、同じような症状に悩まされているという編集者がたくさんいる模様で似たような現象がたくさん確認されていました。大体共通しているのは、プラグインの愛称の問題だそうなので、問題のあるプラグインを探し出すことが問題解決の近道のようです。

プラグインが悪さをしているのはわかったので、いったんプラグインを全部無効化して、上から一つ一つ有効化、新規投稿でホワイトアウトしていないかを確認していきます。

このホームページにインストールされてるプラグインは24個、インストール済みのプラグインのリストをつくり、チェック、点検の繰り返し。

すると見つけたぞ！！このサイトのホワイトアウトの原因はきみだー－－－！！！ 

新規投稿画面の真っ白私のページでは、アドセンスマネジャーが原因でした。 

 ページのホワイトアウトの原因は、アドセンスマネジャーという名前のツールが悪さをしていたようです、解決の方法は簡単、このプラグインを無効化すると白紙のページが解決するみたい。 

試しに無効化すると、確かにホワイトアウトすることなく記事を書くことができるが、このプラグインで記事の真ん中アドセンスを表示するようにしているから無効化するとアドセンスの収益化率がめちゃくちゃ下がった。こんなところから記事中のアドセンスの必要性が露見するとは思わなかった。記事中広告の大事さを知った。 

プラグインを無効化すると広告収入が減るので、記事を書いている間は無効化をしておいて書き終えたら無効化の解除をしてしばらくは対処します。アドクイックタグの代わりに、記事のコンテンツ中に広告を表示する方法を見つけておかねば、まずは原因がわかって対処ができればおｋだ！

残った植木鉢の扱い方に困った私は調べました。

鉢植えの処分の仕方

「処分」とはなんとももの悲しい言葉ですが、役目を終えた草花はそれを必要としている人に手渡すか、土に返すかの2通りですよね。

鉢も使ってくださる方へお譲りするのがベストかもしれませんが大抵はなかなか思うようにはいきません。

するとおのずととるべき行動は…

1.誰かに譲る

鉢植えで育ててみたあなたはご存じでしょうが、実は何気に草花を育てるために必要なセット、

プランター、敷石、土、肥料、種などすべてを揃えると3千円近くしますよね？

それが種代だけになると、だいぶん安くつきます。

おそらくはあなたのお家でも肥料の類は余っているのではないのでしょうか。

ほしいという方が近くにいることは稀ですが、もし欲する人がいるのであればお譲りのはよい選択だと思います。

また、後述しますがお譲りされた方は土を作り直したり、追肥が必要な場合もありますので、肥料の類なども邪魔になるようでしたらお分けしてあげるのもよいかもしれません。

2.粗大ごみに出す

鉢植えに植わっていた草花は引き抜くと燃えるゴミとして廃棄できます。

ピーマンの種やキャベツの芯のような生ごみの親戚なのですね。

ですので、地域のゴミの分別に従って廃棄してください。

プランターの土の処分の仕方

花や野菜作りをプランターで楽しんだら、そのままほったらかしにはできませんよね。ベランダの面積も限られているわけなので、プランターの処分のほかにも土の処分に困りますよね。プランター事態は譲ったり処分の道がありますが、土の処分には困りますよね。地域のごみ処分の分別に寄りますが、一部ごみとして回収しているところもあります。土の処分は自治体に問い合わせてみるのが優先です。もし回収してくれるとしても、枯れた植物の枝や根水はけをよくするために入れていた石などは取り除く必要があります。とくに回収できる量が決まっていることもあるのでしっかりと確認してからルールに従って回収してもらおう。

また、土を販売している園芸店やホームセンターなどで、不要になった土を回収しているところもある。ホームページなどで、確認するページが少ないので電話で直接確認する方法が一番である。

どうしても回収もしてくれないし、ごみとして捨てられないそんな時は、2通りの方法で何とかする方法がある。

プランターの捨てれない土をもう一度使う！

プランターの捨てられない土、処分に困りますよね。

捨てれなくて困っているならば、もう一度再利用するという道があります！

プランターに入れる土は基本は一回使ったら交換するのがベストといわれます。土の力がなくなり連作障害や病気にかかりやすくなり、作物や花が育たないなどなど弊害がおこります。そこで、土の力を回復させてもう一度花や野菜を植えれる環境に整えてあげます。

土の力を取り戻すには2通りの方法があります。基本は土に栄養分を新たにいれるのと、すでにはびこっている悪い菌を消毒する必要があります。プランターで使った土と生ごみを一緒にいれて時間を置けば土につく菌が分解発酵していい肥料に変えてくれます。

1.振るいにかけてごみを取り除く→熱消毒→落ち葉と混ぜる→堆肥に

2.振るいにかけてごみを取り除く→熱消毒→生ごみと混ぜる→時間を置く→肥料を混ぜる→野菜や花を育てる

よみがえったら土に直接花や野菜を植えたり、違うプランターで栽培している野菜や花に肥料として与えてあげるという使い方だってできますよ。
