Easter Monday Closed/ No deliveries

If you normally place an order for a Friday or Monday delivery then please give us a call at the shop and we can advise when we can get to you. We will be delivering on the Thursday 1st April and Easter Saturday so we’ll find an alternative day to get to you.

We’re nearly up to normal stock levels after Christmas. We’ve also had a brand spanking new fridge motor installed in our cutting room so we had to keep stock low to limit the upheaval. All done and everything is shipshape and Bristol fashion.

The online shop is up and running again. We had a “quiet launch” just before Christmas which overall went well but there are a few issues and tweaks that we have addressed. We will be looking to add products as we go along. If you are looking for something in particular and it’s not available then message me and I’ll endeavor to put it online. We really appreciate any feedback about your online experience with us. I can forward any suggestions to the “techy guys” who set it all up for us.

Life’s a bit dull at the mo so I’ve attached a really great photo of a market on Crediton High St courtesy of Crediton museum. Not sure of dates, got to be 100ish years ago or more, and amazingly the “BARNES” writing in white can still be seen on the alleyway that leads to our rear entrance.
