How often are orders shipped out?

Depending on the product your order can be shipped within 3 days. Rarely orders are shipped after 5 days. I try to leave the orders as fast as possible at the Post Office.
Please keep in mind sometimes orders can be shipped a bit later than 7 days due to a national or other holiday where the post office is closed.

Are returns/refunds/exchanges accepted?

All sales are final. Please feel free to contact me regarding your order ( be sure to include your order number) if there is an issue and a picture of the issue mentioned. For contact you can email me directly or use the contact form provided on the site.
Unsolicited mail to the return address listed on your package is not accepted , must contact me for permission!

Shipping Terms & Conditions

Carefully check whether your address, contact number, and any other important information is correctly entered and complete.
Buyers will be responsible to cover shipping and return costs, if by any chance the order is returned or abandoned due to incorrect/incomplete address.
Any customs/VAT/import taxes required upon receiving the items will have to be covered by the buyer. As the seller/store I am not responsible for packages being misplaced, lost, damaged by courier services / the post.
Delivery issues and delays should be reported to your local courier service/post office.

How can I add Tracking to my order?

Tracking can be added to every order with an additional fee to pay for the tracking, the tracking can be found as an item in the shop for every category (Stickers,T-shirts..). If your order contains a sticker and shirt the tracking has to be the one for the shirt. You don’t need to add multiple shippings to your order. I will send the tracking code with a link to where to view the tracking via the email provided while placing your order.

The Collection

We decided to kick things off with MANGA as Kanan loves to read them so much! The Manga collection is inspired by the road that a idea,a character or even a story needs to take before it gets a chance to be animated. Everything starts with a simple sketch on paper aka the traditional way. In the past people only needed a piece of paper and ink to make something amazing! Since this is our beginning we want to start things off the old fashioned way You will get a chance to see the difference in style and art as our artist also grows along with Kanan, Anime Kick, and the reason this is all possible, YOU!
