Thanks for the url link to my research on Fort Caroline. I have been in contact with several individuals interested in the subject via emails. I guess you know in May of 2016 the French Flagship the Trinite was found off the coast of Cape Canaveral. It awaits excavation by French archaeologists. Its contents will go on display in Florida eventually. Nothing has been removed from the wreck site, all is still under water. A bronze cannon has the royal monogram of the French King Henri 2d, a capital H with two intertwined capital C’s for his wife Catherine d’Medici of Italy. A similar cannon, with a similar monogram, resides today in the New York Metropolitan Museum of Art, excavated from a ship in the south China Sea. Another exists in a French museum in Paris, with similar a monogram.
