The App is under development and has not been publicly released. This page provides advance information about its current save functionality, support correspondence, and planned advertising and privacy features. Advertising and consent features are still being implemented and tested. This page will be updated to match the actual implementation before those features are made available.
Cheese.Company (the “Developer”) provides this policy to explain how information is handled in the mobile application World Map Puzzle (the “App”).
The App saves progress, information used to resume a game, best times, star ratings, language preferences, and music and sound settings on the device to maintain progress and preferences.
The App is being prepared to use Google AdMob through the Google Mobile Ads SDK. The following describes the SDK’s data handling when advertising functionality is enabled. The SDK may collect and transmit information such as IP addresses, advertising and other identifiers, ad interactions, and diagnostic and performance information. Purposes include advertising, measurement, service improvement, and fraud prevention. An IP address may be used to infer an approximate location. Handling depends on the operating system, SDK settings, user choices, and other applicable conditions.

When you contact the Developer by email, the Developer receives your email address and information you include in the message or attachments. This information is used to respond and investigate the issue.
The Developer plans to implement Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) for applicable consent and privacy choices. Advertising requests are planned to start only after eligibility to request ads has been checked. Where required, an in-app option will allow users to change choices or withdraw consent. Actual instructions will be added after implementation and before these features are made available.
Your device may also provide settings for advertising identifiers or tracking. Available controls depend on the operating system.
When advertising functionality is enabled, advertising information is transmitted to Google and any applicable providers as part of their services. The Developer also uses an email service for support correspondence. Service providers may process information outside your country or region. Please consult their privacy policies for their practices.
The Developer retains support information only as long as necessary to respond, resolve issues, and meet relevant recordkeeping needs, and appropriately deletes information that is no longer needed.
Instructions for deleting local game saves and details of backup handling will be provided after verification of the release build. Please contact the email address below with deletion inquiries.
Information held by Google or other providers is subject to their retention policies and available privacy controls.
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, request portability, or withdraw consent. Contact the Developer about information it handles using the address below. Reasonable verification may be requested where necessary. You may also have the right to complain to a relevant supervisory authority.

The App is being developed as a geography puzzle for adults to revisit geography and challenge their knowledge of countries. Release audience settings and necessary age-related privacy practices will be finalized for the distribution regions and implementation and reflected on this page. The Developer takes reasonable measures appropriate to the information it handles to protect against unauthorized access, loss, and disclosure.
The Developer may update this policy as features, practices, or applicable requirements change. An updated policy and effective date will be posted on this page. Where necessary, significant changes will be communicated in the App or by other appropriate means and required consent will be obtained.

Cheese.Company（以下「運営者」）は、スマートフォンアプリ「World Map Puzzle」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者情報の取扱いについて、以下のとおり定めます。
本アプリは、ゲームの進行状況、途中再開用の情報、ベストタイム、星評価、言語設定、BGM・効果音の設定などを、進行の保存・再開および設定の維持のために端末内へ保存します。
本アプリには、Googleの広告サービスAdMob（Google Mobile Ads SDK）を導入予定です。以下は、広告機能を有効にした場合のSDKによる情報の取扱いについての説明です。広告SDKは、IPアドレス、広告識別子などの識別情報、広告の表示・操作情報、アプリやSDKの診断・パフォーマンス情報などを、広告配信、効果測定、サービス改善、不正防止のために収集・外部送信する場合があります。IPアドレスからおおよその地域が推定される場合があります。具体的な取扱いはOS、SDKの設定、利用者の選択などによって異なります。

利用者がメールで問い合わせる場合、運営者は送信元メールアドレス、利用者が本文や添付ファイルに記載した情報を受け取り、問い合わせへの回答と問題の調査に利用します。
必要な地域・状況に対応するため、Google User Messaging Platform（UMP）による同意・プライバシー選択の仕組みを実装予定です。広告をリクエストできる状態を確認してから広告処理を開始し、必要に応じてアプリ内から選択の変更・同意の撤回ができるようにする計画です。具体的な操作方法は、実装完了後、提供開始前に本ページへ記載します。
端末の設定でも、広告識別子やトラッキングに関する設定を変更できる場合があります。利用できる設定はOSによって異なります。
広告機能を有効にした場合、前記の広告情報は広告サービスの提供に伴ってGoogle等のサービス提供者へ送信されます。また、運営者は問い合わせへの対応のためメールサービスを利用します。外部サービスでの処理に伴い、利用者が居住する国・地域以外で情報が処理される場合があります。各提供者による取扱いは、各社のプライバシーポリシー等をご確認ください。
運営者が保有する問い合わせ情報は、回答・問題解決・必要な記録保持のために必要な期間に限って保存し、不要となった情報は適切に削除します。
端末に保存したゲーム情報の削除方法やバックアップの取扱いは、公開版での動作確認後に案内します。削除についてのお問い合わせは、下記のメールアドレスへご連絡ください。
Google等が保有する情報の保存・削除については、各サービスのポリシーおよび利用可能な管理機能をご確認ください。
適用される法令に応じて、利用者は個人情報へのアクセス、訂正、削除、処理の制限、異議申立て、データの移転、同意の撤回等を求める権利を有する場合があります。運営者が取り扱う情報についてのご相談・請求は、下記の連絡先へお寄せください。必要に応じて、請求に対応するため合理的な範囲で本人確認をお願いする場合があります。また、適用法に基づき、監督機関へ苦情を申し立てることができます。
