Ingredients:

  • 1 Green Papaya (raw papaya) 
  • 1 Clove of Garlic
  • Thai Chilies or Crush Chili peppers
  • 3 Green Beans
  • 2 oz of Shredded Carrots (optional)
  • ½ of a Tomatoes
  • 4 Boiled Shrimp
  • 1 tbsp Plum Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Fish Sauce 
  • 2 tbsp Lime Juice
  • 1 cup of Roasted Peanuts

How to Make:

  1. Peel and shred your papaya and carrots and put it to the side
  2. Smash your garlic and chili together
  3. Follow with the green beans and continue to smash lightly
  4. Add your plum sugar, fish sauce, and lime juice and mix well
  5. Add shrimp, and mix together
  6. Add tomatoes, papaya, and carrots
  7. Mix well
  8. Add roasted peanuts

Thai yellow curry, also known as kaeng kari in Thai, is a mildly spiced, rich, and flavorful dish that originated in Southern Thailand.

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons Yellow Curry paste
  • ¼ teaspoon Turmeric 
  • 1 ½ cups of coconut milk (make sure to use Thai coconut milk)
  • ½ cup of chicken stock or water
  • 8 oz chicken breast
  • ¼ of an onion
  • ¼ of fresh carrots (cut into cube sizes)
  • ½ cooked potato (cut into cube size)
  • ½ red and green bell pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

How to make: (25-30 minutes cook time)

  1. Boil your potatoes and carrots till done, let them sit on the side
  2. Add coconut milk and yellow curry paste, and turmeric powder in a heated pot, let it simmer for 5 mins under medium heat
  3. Add chicken broth
  4. Wait until the curry is boiled, then add your choice of protein. Let it simmer for 5 mins 
  5. Add your cooked potatoes and carrots, bell peppers, and onion. Let it sit for about 3 mins, or till boiled 
  6. Add fish sauce and sugar
  7. Simmer for 4 minutes 
  8. Pour into your favorite bowl and enjoy!

  • 3 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1-2 Egg (optional)
  • 6oz Chicken Breast (sliced)
  • 3 Garlic Cloves (minced)

  • 3 tbsp All Purpose Sauce (or oyster sauce)

Mango & Sticky Rice is a traditional Thai dessert made with glutinous rice, fresh mango and coconut milk. 

Sweet Sticky Rice: 

  • 4 cups of Sticky Rice
  • 2 cups Coconut Cream (unshaken)
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1½ cup Sugar 

Coconut Dressing:

  • 1 can Coconut Cream (shake well)
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt

Steps for Sticky Rice:

  1. Soak Sticky Rice in room temperature water for 3 hours
  2. After 3 hours boil a pot of water (2liters) in the 26cm pot (as shown in video)
  3. Drain Sticky Rice & add it to the bamboo basket (as shown in video), close the lid & let it steam for 15 mins
  4. After 15 mins turn it over & steam for another 15 mins
  5. Move the cooked Sticky Rice in with the Coconut Sauce 
  6. Mixed the 2 together well
  7. Wrap the Sticky Rice for about 15-20 mins to let the Sticky Rice absorb the sauce
  8. After 15 mins mix again
  9. Ready to serve 

Steps for Coconut Sauce: 

  1. In a separate bowl add 2 cups of Coconut Cream (unshaken)
  2. Add 1 tsp Salt
  3. Add 1 ½ cup of Sugar
  4. Mix well

Steps for Coconut Dressing: 

  1. In a medium, pot add 1 can of Coconut Cream (shake well)
  2. Add ¼ cup of Sugar
  3. 1 tsp of Salt
  4. Boil for 10 mins under low heat
  5. Stir occasionally
