Vice Chair

Bob has worked at AH for over 35 years and during that time has served as the chief staff executive for 5+ organizations. Bob currently is the Vice Chair at AH, as well as the keeper of the company culture.

In addition, Bob has served as the volunteer chief elected officer for 5 different organizations, as well as serving as a board member for 3 others.

Bob is recognized by colleagues as a leader in the association management industry, having received several industry awards such as the MASAE Points of Light Award, the NJSAE Excellence in Association Management Award, and the designation of Fellow by ASTM International, Customer Service CEO of the Year award from the Customer Service Institute of America and the Glen Bostrom Life Time Achievement Award from the AMC Institute.

Bob is a past president of the AMC Institute, New Jersey Society of Association Executives (NJSAE – Now MASAE), and the International Consumer Products Safety Organization (ICPSO). He has served as a board member and officer for many area non-profits and children’s charities, such as Kids In Distressed Situations (K.I.D.S.), First-Candle and currently the JPMA Cares Board.

Bob spends as much free time as possible restoring antique cars.

Chief Innovation Strategist

Mike Dwyer has enjoyed a long career of over 30 years in association management. Mike serves on the AH Executive Leadership Team (ELT), which comprises the company’s senior management team. Mike is also a partner at AH.

In addition to his AH role, Mike is President of AH client partner the Baby Safety Alliance (formerly Juvenile Products Manufacturers Association), the national trade organization representing 95% of the juvenile products industry. JPMA is AH’s legacy client and has been with the company since its founding in 1978.

As the Chief Innovation Strategist for AH, Mike is responsible for charting the course, developing the vision, and implementing the necessary steps to ensure long-term healthy client relationships between AH and the company’s full-service clients.

Dwyer is in his second term serving on the AMC Institute’s board and is also the board liaison to AMCI’s Professional Advancement Committee. Having been raised in New England, Mike is a diehard Boston sports fan, which is difficult to say the least, living in suburban Philadelphia!
