Drones are rapidly becoming a vital part of any company’s marketing strategy. As more industries innovate with drone videos and photography, staying ahead of the curve is essential. Drone flights offer a unique perspective that captivates and connects with the audience. Below, we will discuss some benefits of aerial videography and photography.
Drone flights offer stunning and dynamic aerial videos and photography to benefit almost any industry. Capture visuals of your fleet, project locations, and more. Investing in quality drone content rewards you with content that offers greater reach and more effective advertising.
In the past, aerial photos and visuals cost a lot of money. Aerial photography in the past required hiring or renting an aircraft, paying a pilot, and acquiring a flight permit, to name a few. Today, quality aerial imagery comes at a fraction of the cost. Drones offer a safer, less expensive way to create stunning visuals from the sky.
Drones can also fly safely at much lower altitudes than piloted aircraft, offering street-level and high-altitude visuals in one flight. Drones can also fly indoors, offering dynamic fly-throughs of warehouses, workspaces, construction sites, and more.
In addition to photos and videos, drone mapping services can be a great way to provide data for your project clients. Drone mapping uses a mesh of high-resolution photography to create a 3D model of the region. Mapping allows us to produce quality data for progress reports and safety inspections, show before-and-after content, and more.
When working with a homeowner or business to inspect or repair the property, drones can offer you a way to inspect for signs of potential damage and identify areas that require repair. Roofers, solar panel installers, and utility companies can utilize drone flights to ensure the safety of workers on-site
Our drones offer high-quality footage that helps produce stunning photography and video. With advanced sensors and cameras, our drones can fly where you need them to capture high-resolution images that capture the best of your business.
High-quality aerial photography can enhance your web presence in a variety of ways. These stunning visuals can attract attention on social media. From work sites to your business location, drones offer a unique perspective that followers will enjoy. Additionally, aerial visuals can go a long way to enhance your website. Professional photography can help your listing stand out above the rest, and get the buyer in the door to see the space for themselves. With the right use of lighting and framing techniques, our professional photographers can capture the property in a way that helps it rise to the top.
BetterBizTech also offers professional drone flight videos, both indoor and outdoor. Outdoor drone videos help show off the property and surrounding area to capture the essence of the home. Indoor drone videos create a steady walkthrough of the property that allows potential buyers to explore the space through a guided tour.
We use a licensed drone pilot for each of our flights. Our team checks with flight and safety regulations each time we fly. This helps to ensure a safe and quality flight as we film your real estate property.
Above all, a virtual tour helps your listing stand out from all of the others on real estate websites. Listings with tours are generally engaged with more and receive more interest than those without. Virtual walkthroughs can generate almost 50% more leads than a more conventional listing. Additionally, properties with virtual tours can create up to 4 times as many inquiries as those without. Properties can rent or sell up to five times faster when they have a virtual walkthrough. Our 3D Virtual Tours are perfect for your residential, commercial, or rental listing.
Through our virtual tours, you can also have access to 4K photos, schematic floor plans, guided tours, and other content to help provide potential buyers with everything they need to make an informed purchase.

]]>What does responsive website design mean for the end user and business owner?
Responsive web design differs from a simple mobile website because it is much more functional. It includes pictures, forms, content and the aesthetics that make a website look professional. The mobile sites that are offered today by the online directory companies are just that. Simple mobile sites that offer lines text that are buttons with no visual appeal. These are not responsive websites. They are touted as responsive website or mobile websites, but this fashion of mobile site has been around for years and really doesn’t do the job for most.
The use of responsive design when it comes to website planning includes accommodating users with different browsers and hardware. A responsive website has to work well with standard PCs as well as mobile devices and tablets. Most users think this only involves the way a website looks on your screen, but there is more to deal with than that. Making your website look good on most browsers is a standard practice today, although it amazes me how many web designers still don’t check their new creations in every browser at different screen resolutions.
A good web designer that keeps responsive web design in mind needs to plan how the content will look on each type of screen. Some designers opt to specialize in one area, making the site useful for mobile apps or PC’s. Before deciding if you can make that choice you need to know who your customer is and what their using to access your site. Google Analytics does a good job of telling you what browsers and screen resolutions are accessing your website.
Today there’s quite a bit of hype on concentrating on mobile applications but most retailers will still rely on The PC or tablet for purchases, while companies like car service,take-out restaurants, certain trade industries will rely more on mobile apps.
Once you have decided whether your company needs mobile , standard or both. Your web designer can proceed with planning. Creating a website that works well with all resolutions is more difficult than one that just works for mobile or standard PCs, but you have to keep your customer base and their needs in mind. Having a website that addresses the needs of half of your customer base usually will not fit the bill.
Creating the right look and functionality for the industry you are in, that serves the customers so they can access your business from anywhere at any time means more revenue for your company. It also means happier customers and better communication. Betterbiztech.com is an example of a responsive website. Take a look at it from your phone, tablet or PC and see how the look is configured. If you have any questions on responsive web design call us at 212-904-0020 or Contact Us.
BetterBizTech offers responsive web design for customers who need it.

]]>Most people are under the belief that their email accounts are secure, especially because a password is needed to enter the accounts. The reality is that email accounts are not very secure at all. When an email leaves your account it does not undergo an encryption process, and therefore displays it’s contents in plain text. If someone should intercept your email they would not have to trifle through encrypted codes, but can simply open it up and view the simplistic information. For this reason, the business world believes in the cardinal rule to never share personal information, such as credit card information, through emails. This rule is generally understood and complied with, however some of the complexities are overlooked.
One major issue that many overlook is that fax machines are now being connected to the same phone lines as our email accounts. The problem with this is that our once secure faxes are now travelling without protection. They can be easily intercepted like an email, and the information can be publicly viewed. What is worse is that many people do not know this is happening, making them all the more surprised when their information is stolen. Don’t fret though, there is hope. Telephones are constantly evolving making the exchange through spoken word quicker than ever. The most secure way to transfer information would be through a telephone, as there are only two parties who can presently hear the details needed. Now, for all the technological professionals who would believe the telephone to be archaic, it can be proven that sometimes the best methods are the most tried methods. Emails are a relatively new process and that is why they are still flawed, but telephones have been around much longer and have earned their right to be an integral part of business.
