Not under contract this weekend. I echo the other comments. Dark and depressing. The white brick can’t make up for the lack of light. Unit 2H sold in December for $417K (and was on the market for several months). It looks like there is some communal outdoor space. I think the west loop is the most overpriced neighborhood in Chicago.

This is where the skill of a professional realtor can come in to play. If the realtor can bamboozle a perspective buyer in to paying this much for such a crappy loft then good for the seller and the realtor. For 475K and no parking to boot is an awful deal but I suspect some one will step up and buy this loft.

It’s like a cave with the added insult of the only windows being flush up against a building.

No. Just No.

No parking, no private outdoor space, no sunlight (?), not really a two-bed if the second sleeping area is open to the living area. Baths need updating and my god that kitchen is fugly. Those cabinets made me barf in my mouth a little and I am not sure why – – could be the unpleasant color as Alice pointed out.

It was still decently hard to get a mortgage in December 2013 and prices were definitely depressed so I would expect folks who bought back then could turn a decent profit by selling today HOWEVER not this much of a profit considering the near zero investment the current owner has made in this space.

that white painted brick wall is disgusting looking. It looks like my basement. LoL And at almost $200k more than the 2013 sale, this looks vastly over-priced.
