]]>No parking, no private outdoor space, no sunlight (?), not really a two-bed if the second sleeping area is open to the living area. Baths need updating and my god that kitchen is fugly. Those cabinets made me barf in my mouth a little and I am not sure why – – could be the unpleasant color as Alice pointed out.
It was still decently hard to get a mortgage in December 2013 and prices were definitely depressed so I would expect folks who bought back then could turn a decent profit by selling today HOWEVER not this much of a profit considering the near zero investment the current owner has made in this space.
