Birthday Party Package 1: $375 plus tax

• 1 hour 1/3 field + 1 hour lobby with tables and chairs
• 4 xl pizzas (16″ cut into either 8 or 16 slices) and up to 4 toppings
• 24 drinks (soft drinks or water)

The salt and debris from outdoor footwear causes the turf to deteriorate creating an unsafe environment.

Wearing cleats/sneakers between a vehicle and the building and claiming they are indoor footwear is not acceptable. Anyone who continues to wear outdoor footwear on the field will be escorted from the building. All footwear worn outside must be changed before entering the field.

• Minimum 1 hour bookings. If there is a half an hour slot available please choose the next one hour slot instead or choose the next one hour slot AND the half an hour slot to make a 1.5 hour booking.
• If only a half an hour is booked you will be contacted and your booking will be extended to 1 hour.
• Payment is due at the time of making the booking.
• There is a 4% processing fee added on the invoice for credit card payments.
• No shows will be responsible for the booked time.
• Refunds cannot be provided.
• Renters must leave the field in the condition it was when they arrived.
• Renters are responsible for any damage caused during their rental.
• Renters are responsible for all people that attend their rental.
• Groups must not enter the field until the start time of their rental.
• Groups must leave the field and have all equipment removed from the field by the end time of their rental.
• Set up and take down must be completed during the rental time.
• Food is NOT permitted on the field. Drinks can be brought on the field. Please place all garbage in the garbage bins.
• Indoor Footwear is required in the building. Any footwear worn outside must be removed and left in a change room or the lobby. Outdoor footwear is not allowed on the turf. This applies to all players, coaches, refs, volunteers and spectators.
• Birthday parties that would like to have pizza or donuts must order it through Robins 241 Pizza which is located in the lobby. Pizza and donuts from other places will not be permitted. You may bring in your own drinks, cake or other types of food. Please place your pizza orders in advance of the party by calling 709-726-7877.
• Techniplex reserves the right to remove individuals or groups or cancel bookings if the facility rules are not followed.

4. Choose the field size
5. Choose a date
6. Choose a time
7. Add selected
8. Click the check box for the booking you want and then Continue
9. Proceed to payment

Any footwear that was worn outside must be left in the lobby or a change room and is not permitted on the turf. Salt and debris deteriorate the turf so this rule is in place to keep all players safe and save the turf.
