]]>Positive thinking is a form of mind power that can be harnessed and developed. By using positive affirmations and visualization techniques, you can reprogram your mind to think positively. This can help you overcome obstacles and achieve your goals.
The first step in harnessing the power of positive thinking is to become aware of your negative thoughts. Negative thoughts are like weeds in a garden; they can choke out the positive ones if left unchecked. By becoming aware of your negative thoughts, you can begin to replace them with positive ones.
Positive affirmations are a powerful tool for harnessing the power of positive thinking. Affirmations are statements that affirm a positive belief about yourself or your life. They can be used to replace negative thoughts with positive ones. For example, instead of thinking “I can’t do this,” you can replace it with “I am capable of doing this.”
Visualization is another powerful technique for harnessing the power of positive thinking. Visualization is the process of creating a mental image of what you want to achieve. By visualizing your goals, you can create a clear picture of what you want to achieve and increase your motivation to achieve it.
In addition to affirmations and visualization, gratitude is another powerful tool for harnessing the power of positive thinking. By focusing on what you are grateful for, you can shift your focus from what you don’t have to what you do have. This can help you feel more positive and optimistic about your life.
In conclusion, harnessing the power of positive thinking can transform your life and help you achieve your goals. By becoming aware of your negative thoughts, using positive affirmations and visualization, and focusing on gratitude, you can develop a positive mindset that will help you overcome obstacles and achieve success. So why not start harnessing the power of positive thinking today and transform your life?

HOW SUCCESSFUL PEOPLE THINK SMART: 7 Ways YOU Can Develop Their Mind PowerWHY are some people so successful?
The REAL secret is HOW they use their brain power
People who are successful all share one common secret: they use their brain in a very special way. This mini-book shows EXACTLY how the brains of successful men and women are different. WHY they’re smarter, faster, more creative, unstoppable, and end up on top. But winners were NOT necessarily born with high performance brains.

It’s a common belief that, above everything else, one’s success is determined by their level of intelligence.
Is this really true?
Consider this: Who has the higher probability of success? A person with brilliant smarts who struggles with self doubt, or a person with average intelligence who has a focus on positive action?
I don’t think you’ll have to flip a coin to come up with the correct answer. Far more than intelligence – your patterns of thought are the primary key to the level of success you have achieved (or will achieve) in your life.
In fact, research shows that a “positive mind-set,” rather than intelligence, is the most essential element of success.
A Harvard study, for example, revealed that the student research subjects credited 85% of what they achieved to their mind-set, and only 15% to their abilities, skills and innate talent.
And a huge research project of leading Fortune 500 company executives revealed that 94% of them believe their success is a direct result of their mind set.
Edward De Bono, founder of New York’s “De Bono’s School of Thinking” gives a good description of the connection between thoughts and intellect.
De Bono says, “We can think about intellect as the horsepower in an engine… (but) increasing the horsepower doesn’t necessarily ensure peak performance of the engine. If your ability to drive is good, you can get the most out of the car.
However, if it’s bad, then more horsepower will not help.”
In short – a sharp intellect can be an advantage, but only when guided by a positive mindset. In terms of success, your sense of self-acceptance and optimism are far more important than your logical intelligence (IQ).
This is so because those with a solid level of self-acceptance have a better ability to self-motivate and manage their emotions. Plus they are much more likely to recover rapidly when their plans hit a bump in the road.
This is the very reason successful people tend to have a passion for personal development and self-growth.
They intuitively know that the path to success is NOT goal seeking, but rather becoming the person their goals belong to.
So to think smarter in terms of improving your personal success, you might consider investing in your own self!
We have a course that specifically deals with increasing your EQ, self-confidence, and success-probability.

Increase Your Creativity.
Increase Your Creativity There is strong evidence that certain strategies definitely increase creative output. These strategies include…
Strategy 1. Embrace Your Problems
One of the most fundamental skills of creativity is the ability to recognize an opportunity and seize it. You have countless opportunities to expand your creative thinking skills. Such opportunities present themselves daily at home, while driving to work, during meetings or lunch – or while just hanging out with friends. There’s really no shortage of opportunities to refine and develop your creativity. The most basic approach is to recognize that a problem  may actually be a golden opportunity for a creative explosion – and seize the moment.
Strategy 2. Challenge Your Creativity Assumptions
It’s natural and necessary to make assumptions about the reality of our everyday world. We would otherwise spend all of our waking hours performing unnecessary mental analyzes of ordinary things. As a result, many times we see only what we expect to see. Our analysis of a situation or a problem is based entirely on assumptions based on our past experience or accepted knowledge. Plus assumptions can become so entrenched it doesn’t cross our mind to challenge them.
A problem may arise simply because we perceive a situation or condition through a set of false assumptions preventing clear thinking. Challenging your assumptions is an important component of creativity. This allows you to look beyond what is obvious or already accepted. And it leads straight to the creative breakthroughs you’re looking for.
Truly creative people in all fields of interest tend to automatically challenge both their own assumptions, and the commonly accepted knowledge about a problem. This mental attitude is the true source of all of the world’s great inventions and businesses. The moment you choose to challenge one of your assumptions as possibly untrue or incomplete,” you are on the way to discovering something new and different.
Strategy 3. Take Some Creativity Risks
A willingness to take risks is at the very heart of creativity. No creative person succeeds without first failing – as failures are part of the process of testing one’s assumptions. There is simply no creativity without failure.
To experience major creative breakthroughs, it’s important to become comfortable taking risks. Each failure you encounter will actually supercharge your creativity by generating new information. If you’re unwilling to take risks and deal with what ordinary people call failure, then you cannot expect to become a great creative thinker.
Modern neuroscience has shown that our brains are literally rewired each time we learn something new by making a mistake. The brain is designed to learn through the trial and error process.
Strategy 4. Use Alternative Thinking
To come up with a creative idea, you will often need a new vantage point. Creating a new solution to an existing problem, for example, may require looking at the problem from a fresh perspective.
There are many tools used by creative thinkers to create such a fresh perspective, including: Brainstorming, MESV creative visualization, and various other means of considering the problem from a fresh vantage point.
Additionally, a great way to kick start your creativity is to look at your problem from the vantage point of another profession. If you are a mechanical engineer, for example, how would an architect view your problem? Or if you are a product designer, how would an interior decorator approach your problem? This approach can lead to some remarkable creative breakthroughs.
Strategy 5. Accept Ambiguity
Many people prefer that everything be clear and unambiguous. They are uncomfortable with anything that seems vague, or could have more than one meaning or application. As a result they tend to be rigid, highly predictable thinkers.
A touch of ambiguous thinking during the idea generation stage of the creative process has the power to bring out genius-level ideas. People who can think ambiguously are fluid and flexible thinkers. The ability to think ambiguously can yield amazing creative insights. This is ability is experienced (and built) when you indulge in wordplay or humour.
Strategy 6. Expand Your Vision
An excellent way to build your creative muscles is to read and explore outside your normal area of interest. This can be especially useful when you are struggling to solve a creative problem.
Strategy 7. Massage your brainwaves
Creative thinking best occurs when your brain is in certain states called alpha and theta. You are in an alpha/theta state when your brain is producing a predominance of slower brain-waves, as opposed to the faster beta brain-waves associated with normal waking consciousness.
Alpha /theta brain-waves are the reason many people have creative ah-ha experiences during a nap, a stroll, or some other mentally-relaxing activity. But consciously entering into an alpha/theta state can be a challenge. Meditators spend years learning to initiate this state on will, but modern technology has introduced a much faster method of building alpha/theta expertise. Spiritual or metaphysical insights, enlightenment, healing, contact with a higher level of intelligence, or simply a new experience? Then you’re likely to find the contents of this brief article very interesting.
The concepts of “astral projection,” “soul travel” and “spirit walking” date way back to very ancient times. Anthropologists feel 95% of cultures worldwide believe in some form of out-of-body experience, perhaps making it a universal phenomenon.
Although mainstream science often dismisses such experiences as impossible according to the laws of physics, many studies estimate 14% to 20% of us have experienced a conscious OBE at least once in our lifetime. Some researchers believe lucid dreams are a form of OBE, and others insist that we have an OBE every night.
Many believe Edgar Cayce entered into an out-of-body (OBE) state to obtain his healing insights. The famous inventor Thomas Edison used such a “mind awake-body asleep” state of consciousness to work on his many inventions. Edison would place a silver dollar on his head and sit in a chair with a metal bucket in his lap. If he drifted into sleep, the coin would fall into the bucket and restore his alertness.
Albert Einstein would enter into a hypnagogic state by sitting in a chair with his arms suspended over the side while holding a small smooth stone in each hand. If he fell to sleep he would drop the stones, waking himself. Artist Salvador Dali was said to use a similar method to gain the odd visions that inspired his paintings.
WHY would YOU want to have such an experience? Actually there’s is a very high probability you already have! Ever have the sensation of suddenly “falling” while asleep? This could have been a re-entry into your body following an involuntary OBE.
Out-of-body experiences, remote viewing, and astral projections let you observe the world from a different point of view. Such experiences are often very vivid, resemble everyday waking experiences more than dreams, and always leave an unforgettable impression on the person who experiences them.
Many different experiences are often lumped together as “out-of-body experiences,” including:
Lucid dreams, where you seem to be conscious while dreaming.
Clairvoyance, involving a “mental-only” awareness of a distant object or location.
Sensations of separation from your physical body, floating above it, and looking down upon your physical form or a landscape.
Near death experiences.
Projecting and traveling outside of your body to different locations in physical time and space.
Bilocation, or a sense of your actual physical body being in two places at the same time.
People who have had such experiences say they produce a profound sense of awe and wonder, and changed their life forever. Why? The experience gave them a direct experience of what ancient mystics called the Akashic records, and today’s scientists call the one consciousness at the core of all reality
Dr. Roe, a parapsychologist based at the University of Northampton, says it’s entirely possible to project your mind to a distant location and observe what’s happening there. “Our results are significant,” Roe says.”Remote viewing is something that should be taken seriously.” His early findings suggest that up to 85 per cent of us possess clairvoyance – the ability to “remote view.” And he believes that with only a minimum of training, we can each sharpen our psychic skills.
Professor Brian Josephson, a Nobel Prize-winning physicist from Cambridge University, agrees with Roe: “[His] experiments have been designed to rule out luck and chance. I consider the evidence for remote viewing to be pretty clear-cut.”

Our human consciousness is awakening to a new level of self-discovery. We are seeing ourselves as more than just our physical bodies, and as connected to the universe through a web of limitless consciousness.
A colleague of Einstein, the late David Bohm, had a sense that the universe and everything in it – including you and me – are part of a grand cosmic interconnected web – the same vision of reality held by the ancient wisdom traditions.
In terms of quantum physics, you are an artist creating your own ever-changing reality from out of the stuff of the conscious universe. So then – why would you NOT want to temporarily put aside the limits of your physical being and travel into this universal web of consciousness and unlimited wisdom?
As a doctor of psychology and pioneer brain/mind researcher, I find the benefits of these experiences are deeper than most people realize. Like any deeply transformational metaphysical or deeply religious experience, you gain a whole new understanding of the nature of life – and a new set of beliefs and goals for your life. You’ll probably even find that your everyday worries and concerns are less important.
Whether you’re interested in expanded ESP or intuitive capabilities, spiritual or metaphysical insights, enlightenment, healing, contact with a higher reality or level of intelligence, or simply a new experience – both in-body remote viewing and out-of-body experiences are powerful personal development and growth tools that can move you forward.
I invite you to read the first couple of chapters in my book on OBE, my book on OBE,, astral projection and remote viewing.

]]>Why do diets end up in gained weight?
Why do some people fail again and again at business?
Why do others get into one bad relationship after another – in spite of their deep desire for a “good” relationship?
Obviously no one *wishes* to fail in their personal or business life. Yet this is an all-too-common problem
Let’s face it! We want and deserve to make our lives a better place to be!
We want and deserve success! We want a sense of security! We want a good relationship with ourselves and others.
Good grief — most of us just WANT to be happy!
** The *Basic Rule* of Lasting Personal Change Trying to change the external conditions of your life is obviously a challenge.
The basic rule of personal change is this: Your effort will *always* fail, or only be temporary, unless accompanied by a change of your internal thoughts and beliefs.
It all starts in your mind! Period!
For example: Consider trying to lose weight by going on a “diet,” without first dealing with “why” you are overweight.
We all know the final outcome of such a battle – failure!
There are NO exceptions to this rule.
To change your external conditions, you must first change your internal reality.
Ask yourself: What’s happening in your mind to make your business efforts end in failure? Or your relationships collapse? Or your waistline to continuously expand?
Unless you uncover and deal with the source, all your efforts will only be a band-aid over a festering wound.
This rule applies to anything you want to change in your life: From a fear of flying, to chronic underachievement and failure, lack of motivation, low energy, monetary lack, etc.
** How We Create Our Personal Reality The old saying “you become what you think” is more than just a “saying.” It is now solidly backed by years of sophisticated brain research. Here’s how it works:
Picture a foot path through a meadow: Frequent use creates a well-defined pathway. But if the path isn’t used, it eventually disappears.

]]>The post The Pineal Gland Revealed appeared first on Build Mind Power to Change Your Life.
]]>The potential of the pineal gland is only beginning to be realized by modern science. The pineal was the most recent endocrine gland discovered in the human brain.
Its location deep in the brain has led to many metaphysical theories attached to its function. Some believe the gland is dormant, but can be awakened to enable “telepathic” communication. Rene Descartes called the pineal gland the “seat of the soul.” It is also associated with the sixth chakra referred to by yogis as the Ajna, or third eye chakra.
The pineal is in the very center of the brain, and is shaped like a raisin-sized pine cone. It was long believed the gland was singular, but under a micron microscope two tiny hemispheres have been recently detected. Interestingly, the pineal gland is bio-luminescent as if lit by an internal light.
Although located deep in the brain, the pineal gland is sensitive to light, and has lens, cornea and retina like normal eyeballs. It releases a derivative of the “feel good” chemical serotonin called melatonin. This hormone modulates our wake and sleep patterns, and also adjusts our sex drive according to the seasons.
Two bio-mineralization forms are present in the gland: (1) So called “brain sand” — a polycrystalline complex a few millimeters long, and (2) tiny calcite micro-crystals about 20 μm long. The calcite micro-crystals bear a striking resemblance to the calcite crystals in the inner ear, which exhibit qualities of a piezoelectric electric field.
For centuries esoteric groups taught that the pineal gland connects us to higher frequencies and spiritual worlds much like a brain-based wireless transmitter/receiver. Science now tells us that the pineal gland crystals could truly allow an external electromagnetic field to directly impact the center of the brain. The piezoelectric property of the crystals may also allow them to interact with the electrical component of electromagnetic fields.
Historically many variations of this pine cone shaped gland have appeared across Europe and Egypt. It is found on the staff of the catholic Pope and the Egyptian god Osiris. The gland is known to Freemasons and is carved into medieval churches across Europe. It also appears on the back of the USA $1 dollar bill floating above an Egyptian pyramid. Isn’t it interesting how science sometimes catches up with ancient intuitive knowledge?
