Everyone reflects to us what we perceive in them. These are all our own perceptions. Everything is our own creation. It may seem impossible, doesn’t it? Yet that is how it is. If you believe someone is a bad person, you will only notice the things that confirm that belief. If you believe they are a good, you will focus on the good in them. Our perceptions can lead us to believe things that are not necessarily true. Yet, to us, they feel completely real. It is worth taking a moment to reflect on this. Our thoughts are creative. We think, we feel, and then we act. Our perceptions arise directly from our thoughts, and we project them into everything we do in life. The way we perceive the world comes from how we see life within ourselves.
We are all mirrors for one another. We see in others what we carry within ourselves, but often we do not want to acknowledge it. When you notice something in another person that you dislike, ask yourself, ” Where is that hidden within me?” Look for it, and you will find it. Heal it, and it will no longer disturb you, no matter how many times you encounter it again. The same applies when people we think we know well surprise us. Once again, look within yourself. We are all fractals of a greater whole that embraces us all. We are neither better nor worse than anyone else. We are simply who we are, doing what we chose to do before coming to this planet. Others are who they are, and they are doing what they chose to do on this journey through life. It is up to us to develop discernment and awaken to a new humanity, leaving behind everything that no longer has a place in our lives.
These days leading up to the great eclipse are an ideal time to face the darkness within us, to accept it with compassion, and to let it go with love. In doing so, we free ourselves to flow through life, guided by a pure heart that connects us all. To observe oneself from a still, visible point from which all perspectives can come together without becoming confused would be to find oneself in a state of neutrality.
I am the force of life and so are you.

Which of these groups do you belong to? What is happening in your life? How are you feeling? Is there joy around you? Are you experiencing positive changes, or are you facing major challenges?
When we consider the brevity of our lives on Earth, is it really worth carrying so much weight? Perhaps this is the moment to reflect on our priorities and choose those that truly bring us closer to feeling more connected, fulfilled and at peace. What do you think? Reflection invites us to pause and consider how we are living. Is it routine? Is it duty, work or pleasure? And what else fills our days? Constantly rushing from one place to another, what does that mean to you? On the other hand, allowing time to pass without doing anything meaningful or worthwhile, anything that inspires us or helps us grow, what does that represent in your life?
When we examine ourselves honestly, life takes on a deeper purpose. So often, we waste time carrying out actions simply out of habit, obligation, duty or belief, without gaining any real benefit from them. If you have not yet found yourself, then keep on looking. Do not let the moment that is available to you today slip away; it may be the very moment you might have always longed to have.
My book, “My Awakening to Myself”, may be of help to you or to someone close to you. It is an easy and accessible read that accompanies you, step by step, along the path of inner awakening until, one day, you discover your wings and soar to new heights. Have faith in yourself and trust that, in the time you need, everything will unfold as it should. Above all, it is important not to waste time, so that you do not end up looking back with regret. Learning to live in harmony with its rhythm will help us grow and evolve.
What are you going to do today with the time you have?
I am the force of life, and so are you.

The first step should be to observe oneself honestly, with a heart free from judgement, whether self-imposed or inherited from one’s environment, family, friends, acquaintances, the media, or educators at any level. Here, people move through life carrying all kinds of negative emotions. Most of the time, they do not know what they are feeling or why they are feeling it, yet they remain trapped in a well of pain and confusion. Deep within, an unrecognised arrogance covers their eyes, denying them the light that would allow them to see.
To truly see requires humility of heart. Clarity comes through gratitude for all that we are. Feeling wounded, burdening oneself with blame, adopting the role of victim and everything that accompanies it, is in fact a denial of what we truly are. Even if someone believes that, in their emotional isolation, they are harming no one, they should understand that they are affecting humanity and creation, for these are frequencies of energy that radiate from them and spread everywhere. We are energetic networks. Everything we think, feel, and do is communicated through these networks. For this reason, it is necessary for people to take responsibility seriously. You cannot be responsible for only one thing while everything else is considered irrelevant. Everything matters.
You can help through your light, or you can darken the world through your shadows. Where do you wish to stand? In the role of victim, victimiser, or saviour? None of these serves humanity. Asking questions opens new paths: What happens to me when my light goes out? What fruits am I harvesting? How do I observe the fruits that are manifesting in my life?
Compassion towards oneself would be a good place to begin. Give yourself permission to let go of what no longer serves you and replace it with encouraging thoughts, words, memories, and actions that strengthen what is natural within us, the light that we are, the greatness we carry inside.
I am the force of life, and so are you.

If we were to reflect on the opportunities, we have allowed to pass us by, we would probably be surprised, especially the ones that could have deeply shaped our lives. A moment of honest reflection can help us understand the reasons why, without openly rejecting them, we still allowed those possibilities to drift away from us, even when they might have brought great benefit and meaning into our lives.
What was it, really? Arrogance? An unchecked ego? Neglected weakness? Conflicting interests? Lack of attention? Ignorance? A state of unconsciousness? The list could go on. Yet it is up to each of us to become aware of our actions, always remembering that we are co-creators of everything that unfolds in our lives. Once we truly realise this, something within us begins to change. Every thought gives rise to an emotion, and together they shape the actions that follow.
If we are creators, then we must become conscious creators, aware of what we are bringing into existence. This happens when we live from the inside out rather than from the outside in. It is much like tending a garden with care. If neglected, it soon becomes overrun with weeds, until eventually the flowers we once planted can no longer be seen. The human mind can also become like an untended garden, through negligence or ignorance. And amid such inner chaos, valuable opportunities are easily lost. By the time we recognize their worth, it may already be too late to reclaim what slipped away because we failed to value it when it appeared.
Let us always remember that within us there is a sacred space where nothing external can truly harm us, an untouched centre that sustains us through every storm. If you are not yet aware of this place within yourself, seek it quietly, and in doing so, you may finally find yourself.
I am the force of life and so are you.

Knowing how to listen has a value that is little appreciated. If we know how to listen, we hear what is relevant. There are fewer misunderstandings. We save time, because we do not leave things halfway, listening without really hearing them. The other side of this is that those who should listen do not stop talking, and in this way make the conversation lose its meaning.
When you listen to someone, are you listening one hundred percent or are you thinking about what you are going to answer, what you are going to do afterwards, what someone told you, or about what you hear or see at that moment? Are there other distractions? When someone tells you something sad or problematic, do you interrupt all the time with your comments about similar situations you know, or by giving advice? Do you get distracted in your own world until they finish speaking? Do you get angry or irritated?
When you want to be listened to, does it bother you if the person listening does all those things or some of them? How do you feel when someone does not listen to you from the heart, when they interrupt you to give their opinion or to advise you? Ah! And what about when they compare you with other people who say they are going through the same thing?
If you do not listen one hundred percent, you do not respect the person who is speaking to you. If you do not listen one hundred percent in any situation in life, you will always fall short of what you learned, received, or made use of. Do not feel you are the only one; there are many people who join in with this. But you can make the difference.
To know how to listen well, you have to start by listening to yourself. Listen to yourself when you speak with people. What do you say? How do you say it? What tone do you use? What do you feel when you say it? Being aware of this is very valuable. Whatever you find and consider needs polishing, do it as soon as possible.
Also listen to yourself when you speak to yourself. Be aware of the thoughts you have. Look for the reason for having them, because many of them are not yours, even though it may seem they are. Clean out your thoughts.
I am the force of life and so are you.

It feels as though it’s saying: “Look how much I carry within me… and you?” And that question settles inside me. How much do I carry? What do I carry? How do I use it? Whom does it serve? A full heart stirs within me, searching for substance reasons, hopes, dreams that seem out of reach, yet they are right there. What clouds do I place before them so that I can’t see them? How many distractions rule me? How many excuses do I find to feel justified?
We are in a time of distraction, Christmas, gifts, family and friends, celebrations. In truth, all of it is fine and brings beautiful experiences, if we don’t forget who we are and why we’re here. What do we do to make our existence meaningful for all those we encounter in this game of life? Are we conscious or unconscious? What you choose to do, or not do, depends on this question. They are two different paths, each bringing different consequences.
If you feel lost, remember to turn inward, where you will find all the answers.
If this inner search resonates with you, perhaps my book My Awakening to Myself may accompany you, just as the process of writing it accompanied me.
Happy Holidays!
I am the force of life and so are you.

I’m speaking to those of you who may feel afraid. If that is what you’re feeling, it becomes important to choose to move the pieces that may be stuck because of fear. Clear them, bring them back into the light so you can see them more clearly. Doing so will give you strength and confidence in yourself, and the encouragement to play more effectively, making it easier to recognise the results of your efforts.
If you’re wondering how to do this, you simply need to place the question within your inner being, without expecting a quick reply, although for some it may come swiftly, but not for all. Remember: the essence we’re made of is the same, yet we are all different, and because we are unique, our situation is also unique at every level in which we move. What matters is learning how to listen. I may already have written about this, about the art of listening. If not, I will do so in another post.
I am the source of life and so are you.

At first, it surprises us. It’s like watching the pieces of a puzzle dance before your eyes. The sense of wonder leaves you unable to name what you see. Yet the feeling of freedom is deeply satisfying, and you feel good within yourself.
Once you grow used to that state, suddenly the pieces of the puzzle begin to fall into place, each one where it truly belongs. Now we realise we’ve climbed one step higher and can see a little further. The satisfaction brings us pleasure. We’re grateful for this moment, because we never noticed how we got here, and yet, here we are.
It’s hard to explain what I’m trying to express. How can I, when it happened spontaneously, without me noticing the game? Everything we do each day is a game divided into many smaller ones. With so much movement, many of us remain unaware of the constant frequency we move within, endlessly changing.
Here I leave you with the puzzle. Share yours and how you came to it.
I am the force of life and so are you.

When we look at ourselves, we tend to believe that we know who we are, that we understand what we do and what we don’t. We find reasons to justify our choices, and we hold tightly to our ideas. Yet, if we dare to look inward and set aside everything that comes from outside, we soon realise that many of our beliefs aren’t as relevant as we think they are.
True change begins when we open up with honesty and ask questions without fear, ready to accept whatever answers may come. It’s not always easy to admit that what we find doesn’t match what we believed. Nor is it easy to face the opportunities that passed us by because we remained stuck in inherited or limiting beliefs.
Humility opens doors; pride shuts them. Honesty can hurt, but it wakes us up. Difficult questions lead us to hidden paths that fear had kept us from exploring. We take a deep breath and, with courage, begin to walk them. What we find along the way helps us to understand ourselves and discover who we are. All the answers we need are held in the silence within, not in the noise of the outside world.
If you’ve made it this far, ask yourself:
Where are you? Which path are you on? For there are many.
What are your fears? Let them go, they are obstacles that hold you back.
What feelings do you have towards yourself? Knowing this is essential to choosing the right path.
Where does your self-esteem stand? Take care of it, it gives you strength.
How much do you love yourself? That answer will define who you are.
Keep searching. The answers arrive when you’re ready to receive them.
I am the strength of life and so are you.
