]]>I am currently working and living in Austin, TX with my wife, Katie and our cat, Phlox. By day, I work for Convio as a Technology Consultant working with Account Managers and the clients they serve. I am grateful for my job because it gives me the opportunity to work with hundreds of nonprofits all over the United States. I'd like to think that I'm helping each of them fulfill their missions.
Prior to working with nonprofit technology, I was a fundraiser for several organizations. Many of the organizations that I've worked with have a focus of helping improve the lives of people with disabilities. I have served on the board of a developing 501c3 organization and continuously volunteer with other organizations that I believe in.
Like all of my experiences in the nonprofit world, I feel that the 501c3cast has given me more than I've contributed. The purpose of this podcast is to provide a source of inspiration and information for people involved with charitable organizations.
