April’s BrisBIM gathering attracted around 170 industry professionals. There were some great presentations on BIM in infrastructure and computational design, including the relaunch of the Brisbane Computational Design Group.

At our February event Andrew Curthoys from the Queensland Government announced that the Deputy Premier, Minister for Transport and Minister for Infrastructure and Planning, recently approved the release of the Building Information Modelling – draft policy and principles for Queensland document. This presentation will focus on a case study: the Sydney Opera House, with its ‘BIM+FM Interface’ project.
