Its a soft sugar candy. In Norwegian we just called it “Flesk” which doesnt really related to what it is, so I gave the recipe a better name.

Even though its traditionally used around Christmas in Norway, I am sure you find similar candy all around the world where they sell sweets. Though this is homemade and delicious.

In reply to TERJE MILLER. As far as I can see yeast is mentioned on website, download recipe and video. You could always use less yeast if you give it more time to raise.
