Earlier this year, the Plant Acceptance Protocol for the new hydrogen peroxide plant based on Chematur technology was signed, marking the successful completion of the project. This achievement is the result of a strong collaboration and commitment from both teams throughout the project.
We are especially pleased to have received very positive feedback and strong recommendations from our customer, something we value highly.
In September, we had the pleasure of welcoming EPCL CEO Abdul Qayoom, together with Muhammad Saad Khan and Imran Shabbir, to Karlskoga. The visit provided an excellent opportunity to reflect on the successful project, discuss future opportunities and further strengthen the relationship between our companies.
During the visit, a License Certificate was formally presented to EPCL, recognizing the successful implementation of Chematur’s hydrogen peroxide technology.
We would like to thank everyone involved in making this project a success and look forward to continued cooperation with the EPCL team.

Polyhydroxyalkanoates (PHAs) are a unique class of biobased and biodegradable polymers produced through microbial fermentation of sucrose. Unlike conventional plastics, PHAs break down naturally, making them an environmentally friendly alternative to traditional plastics.
Chematur is the exclusive global licensor of Bioextrax PHA technology. The process is an entirely biobased process where PHA is produced in a fermentation process and then extracted biologically in a patented cost-effective method. The unique features of the technology are:
it produces valuable co-product: Single- Cell Protein (SCP), which has high commercial potential in applications such as animal feed, human nutrition, and other industries.
