A speculatively built industrial facility on Brisbane’s northside has been constructed, leased and on-sold in less than a year.

The 1313sq m office/warehouse at Lot 8, 62 Crockford St, Northgate, was developed by David Fielding’s Castle Property Group and partners PPD Qld Pty Ltd. It sits on a 2001sq m parcel of land that was purchased in March last year.
