What a beautiful morning by the ocean, surrounded by wonderful people coming together for a cause that touches so many lives.
I had the pleasure of leading my Dion’s Dynamic Stretch Warmup with the WE FIT MOMS ladies at the Sharsheret West Coast Dash, bringing some music, movement, smiles, and positive energy to get everyone ready for the day.
It’s always a joy working with Genna and the entire TEAM SHARSHERET. Their dedication, compassion, and commitment to helping women and families facing breast and ovarian cancer is truly inspiring.
Sharsheret, Hebrew for chain, represents something very special: a chain of support, strength, hope, and connection. The organization provides vital resources to Jewish women and families of all backgrounds facing breast and ovarian cancer, including those at increased risk.
A special thank-you to the volunteers, sponsors, community organizations, and wonderful vendors who helped make the morning so memorable. I enjoyed meeting so many people doing meaningful work in our community.

All Seasons Fitness Media`s CHARITY FITNESS TOUR, rolled to The Rose Bowl!!On Sunday, September 27, I had the pleasure of leading the Dynamic Warmup before the 2026 Bimbo Bakeries USA Global Race in Pasadena. I loved seeing the 10K and 5K participants get moving together before they headed out on the course. What makes this event especially meaningful is its mission. bimbo Global Race brings people together through movement while helping those in need. The organization says each in-person registration provides 20 slices of bread for donation to local food banks.That spirit connects with why I created the Charity Fitness Tour: to bring fitness, encouragement, and community to events supporting causes throughout the year. My warmup may last a few minutes, but I hope the energy stays with people long after the race. It was a pleasure working with race announcer Rudy Novotny, DJ Brandi Garcia, and the Bimbo Global Race team. Thank you to everyone who showed up, moved with me, and shared the good.

Today the ASFM Charity Fitness Tour was proud to support the @naaf_alopecia = Walk for Alopecia – Los Angeles at Culver City Park! I had the honor of leading everyone through an ENERGETIC Dynamic Warmup before the walk, and this group came ready to MOVE, smile and support one another! But today was about much more than exercise. We heard powerful words of courage, care, hope and community from people whose lives have been touched by alopecia. It was a reminder that showing up for one another matters. Thank you to the National Alopecia Areata Foundation (NAAF), the organizers, volunteers, families, sponsors and everyone who walked today. It was a GREAT morning with some beautiful people! KICK IT IN THE PARK — COMMUNITY, FITNESS & WORLD CUP FUN! 
All Seasons Fitness Media’s Charity Fitness Tour had a fantastic time volunteering at the FIFA-inspired “Kick It in the Park” neighborhood fan activation at Jackie Tatum/Harvard Park Recreation Center on Wednesday, July 15, 2026, for the Argentina vs. England match!
I had the pleasure of leading the kids in an exhilarating halftime cardio fitness challenge—getting everyone up, moving, smiling and having FUN! The children enjoyed soccer activities, families were treated to delicious hamburgers from the Summer Night Lights team, and our LAPD officers provided a friendly, personable community presence.
The real winner was the entire neighborhood! It was a beautiful day of families, volunteers, city departments and community partners coming together through sports, fitness, food and fellowship.
“Kick It in the Park” is a citywide World Cup celebration featuring daily match broadcasts at parks throughout Los Angeles, along with live music, dance performances and family-friendly entertainment celebrating community pride and civic engagement.
Thank you to Mayor Karen Bass, Council President Marqueece Harris-Dawson, the L.A. City Department of Recreation and Parks, the Department of Cultural Affairs, the volunteers and everyone who helped make the day so special!

The Charity Fitness Tour rolls to The Kicks in the Park Event at Harvard Park
Kick It In the Park — The World Cup in Every Neighborhood! 
This one was personal. I grew up at 1433 W. 61st Street in Los Angeles, just about six houses down from Jackie Tatum / Harvard Park. As kids, that park was our everyday playground — football, baseball, basketball, running, games, laughter, competition, friendship, and community. So to be back at Harvard Park on June 27, 2026, supporting Mayor Karen Bass’ Kick It In the Park program felt full circle. The event brought the World Cup spirit directly into the neighborhood — free, family-friendly, no tickets, no barriers, just the community coming together to enjoy the game on the big screen with food, fun, kids, families, and positive energy everywhere. I had a great time taking photos, videos, selfies, connecting with the community, and leading an exciting halftime stretch and movement moment with the kids. They brought the energy! And yes — the Modest Coffee was great, and the tacos were delicious! Programs like this matter because they remind our neighborhoods that major world events don’t just belong in stadiums — they belong in parks, families, and communities too. Big love to the Office of Mayor Karen Bass, Marquese Harris, Los Angeles Recreation and Parks, participating Council Districts, City departments, volunteers, families, and everyone helping bring the World Cup to every corner of Los Angeles. From South LA to the world — let’s keep moving, keep playing, and keep building community.
